“I would like to start by saying, in general I am a skeptical person who does not trust people with my dog because like others, my dog is my child. With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. While scrolling through Rover I found Diane and I am happy I did. She was amazing in every aspect. She kept me posted about my dog with text, videos, and pictures several times throughout the day. She gave him sooooo much love and affection, responded fast and answered any questions I might have. She was very accommodating to me and Kobe. She treated him like he was her dog. “Emily was great with Evie! Very responsive and also made sure we were comfortable with everything. Even though our dog is very skittish around other dogs, she made sure her own dogs stayed at a family member's home during Evie's stay. Also, Evie's stay was during the forest fires in Canada so the air quality was bad outside. I’ve worked with cats at a day care that would board and currently work with cats that come from long flights or need to be out on to a plane. About: I've taken care of many pets ever since I was a little girl. Always had pets in the house, dogs, cats, even guinea pigs and a mouse. I also used to volunteer as a kid at my camp to work with the animals in the stables like the goats, bunnies, and brushing the horses. As I got older my love for animals never wavered, so I went to high school and I majored in agricultural sciences and spent my first summer there on our land-lab taking care of not only an arrange of animals, but plants as well. I also volunteered at a pet store near my high school caring for stray animals that were brought in, and at one point a bunch of baby kittens, alongside my best friend. I have always loved dogs and cats most and would love to have them as pets again. My family and I started our pet sitting Journey when we used to live out in Florida, it's been almost 2 years now, since moving back to New York City . We have gotten the chance to sit many furry four legged friends, and now I have two of our own. We would still love the opportunity to continue to caring for other's pets as well. My kids and I used to feed and give love to some of the strays we'd see in our neighborhood, back in Florida( unofficial cat lady lol 😅 ). We cannot wait to care for your furry, four legged family member. Home is well air conditioned, space to accommodate a crate if you have, and will be able to give walks around area, or nearby park. You can rest assured your pet will get lots of love and attention, as my children LOVE animals as much as I do, and jump to the opportunity to assist me with them I'm currently working part-time, so I am usually able to give walks in the morning, and in the evening after 6:00 p.m. However, on my days off, I can give walks at least three times a day. I would be able to work out a schedule that might be accommodating for the both of us. I would prefer to have them dropped off during the evening's, after 7pm. We adopted a Maltese/ Silky terrier mix dog(female), and a Chihuahua/ Terry mix dog (male). I use our bedrooms (mine and the kids) to place them in, to accommodate while the other dog is out. Or, we can use the backyard or crate.

About: I've taken care of animals since I was a kid. Through out my life i have learned how to properly handle dogs, Puppies, cats and kittens by watching my family members and by having my own fair share of pets. I had a puppy of my own in high school and taught myself how ' to potty train as well as learning the different things like the best type of toy for teething, type of treats and food a puppy needs. Also I have had a pet of mine that has had a litter of puppies and learned how to distribute formula to newborns. I currently have two doggies one is 6 years old the other is 7 years old well as a cat that me and my family got from a family friend that found her in their garage. I’ve worked with dogs between the ages of a puppy to a senior dog as well as dogs with disabilities since high school. My love and passion for helping animals in need has made me work with a private owned foster care facility that worked close with dogs with disabilities to places like doggy daycares where I got to see more dogs that require special needs and see first hand how nice and or aggressive a dog can be. I’m currently not in school for the summer so that gives me more time for your fur babies. I can give them my full attention and time and give them the care they deserve and allow you to feel comfortable knowing someone is giving them attention If you require your pet to be in a crate once their walk has been finished or need to be sectioned off to a specific area I will make sure I properly do so.

About: Life is better with fur babies !! I have two cats of my own that are literally my babies. I can’t wait to look after yours as if they were my own. I love looking after cats and dogs. Especially high energy dogs that are up for a good walk! I’m currently working part time so I am available all week. The best time is weekends and evenings during the week. So I have a lot of time to spoil your fur baby! I have a spacious apartment that furbabies can roam freely. Dogs/puppies are always welcomed to bring toys of their own. For cats I have toys and small kitty condos that they may use if you would like.

Dogs are friends to me and spending time with them makes me happy. I am very good at making dogs feel safe, loved, and cared for. I’ve fostered puppies and kittens for almost 10 years; since I was in high school. It fits in my daily life cause I myself have two beautiful puppers named Scooby and Lola who I feed a mostly raw diet. “We had a wonderful experience boarding our 8-year-old Greyhound (Annie) with Tyler! After reaching out, we set up a meet and greet where Tyler showed us around and made us and Annie comfortable with the environment. When we came to drop Annie off, Tyler came out to greet us and even helped carry some items inside! During the stay, Tyler sent photos to us every two hours! On top of that, Tyler took Annie on at least four to five walks a day (many more than she gets at home!) Tyler was attentive to our concerns and shared updates that were important to us. Namely, Tyler let us know when Annie finally began eating her (she's a picky east, especially when she's not at home). When we came to pick Annie up, Tyler was just as helpful as when we dropped her off. He brought all the items out to our car, which was a great help after a long and tiring weekend for us.
