“This was our first time having Channing walk our dog and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! She was very communicative with us and caring toward Ollie! Highly recommend!”

“Norah is truly the best! She goes above and beyond for our boys every single time. She even surprised them with their own balls for the dog park, which just shows how thoughtful and invested she is. Norah is always timely, incredibly communicative, and sends the best photos that clearly show how happy and well cared for our dogs are. We have total peace of mind knowing they’re with her. Thank you, Norah — we’re so grateful to have you!”

“Christine loves what she does. The dogs recognize it, so do the dog owners. She is very reliable and always keeps me updated. I highly recommend her. She seems to have a natural ability with dogs.”

“Tara has been excellent with my timid rescue Chow Chow. She figured out how to charm her and more importantly to get her to trust that she could go for walks and enjoy herself. Tara has been very helpful to get her the exercise that she needs. More than that you can tell that she cares about our dog. Tara keeps me informed on every detail about Rosie’s walk and her visit.”

About: Your Pet's Home Away From Home with a Lifetime Animal Enthusiast I'd be honored to welcome your beloved pets into my home! My life has been devoted to animals, starting on a ranch where I gained hands-on experience with everything from horses, dogs, and cats to chickens and beyond. As a retired horse trainer and long-time dog breeder, I bring a wealth of knowledge in animal health, behavior, and communication. I've personally trained service dogs for mobility, and I'm passionate about helping dogs overcome behavioral challenges. With your permission, I can address specific training needs your dog might have, such as potty training, leash manners, or breaking other bad habits, ensuring their time with me is both enjoyable and productive. Rest assured, your pets will be treated as cherished members of my family during their stay. Our home is a calm, adult-only environment, providing a peaceful and safe space for your companions. I'm available at anytime to make sure your pet is well taken care of. I have dedicated my life to animals and I love it. With many years of dedicated experience across a diverse range of animals, I offer exceptional pet care grounded in health, compassion, and understanding. My extensive background includes not only general animal well-being but also specialized expertise in handling animals with specific needs and successfully training dogs and other animals through positive methods. We do not have any small children or any children. Just adults that love animals. I'm committed to ensuring every pet under my care feels loved, safe, and comfortable. My flexible availability means I can accommodate your pets' schedules and individual requirements at any time. For larger companions, I also have several giant crates to ensure their comfort if needed. Dogs will be crated at night only if they need to be. If your dog is potty trained and can be trusted being loose in a house overnight then they will not be crated unless the pet owner wants them to be crated. Pets always have fresh water and are fed as scheduled by the pet owner. We do board cats and they are kept in a seprate area of our home. We have a very large lani and pool. Your pets will never be unsupervised when they are in our pool area. I have a yard but it's in the process of getting fenced. I do have a small fenced area for little dogs. I walk the dogs as many times as they need to, to go potty. I've been told by multiple pet parents that other sitters just put their dogs out in a yard unsupervised and their dogs were attacked by other dogs. I'm always supervising your dogs.

About: Hello, I'm Emma! As a previous veterinary assistant, I have a ton of experience with animals and their behavior. I have dealt with everything from the giant rowdy Great danes, to the tiny timid hamsters. My love for animals started at a very young age, when my father was a wildlife rehabilitator and would have me bottle feeding baby raccoons and squirrels or changing the water in an owls cage. From then on, I knew I’d grow up to work with animals and I’d cherish every wagging tail and head butt. So whether you need me for overnight stays, if they have special needs, or if you just need someone to let them out and feed them, I'm your sitter! I can also bathe, administer medications, etc. Let me know what you need, and I will be there! I’m currently only working from home on my photography business, before I start a part time job in a month or two. I have an open schedule for your pets while I have some time to myself! :) When I am at your home, I will do everything I can to make your pets feel safe and comfortable. It is their territory that I’m staying in and I always respect that. It’s very important to build trust with animals and form a relationship. By the end of every visit I end up with bonds I will never forget!

North Port dog parents share their Rover experiences
Norah has been an absolute gem as our dog walker. From day one, she has taken spectacular care of our dogs, treating them with so much love and attention as if they were her own. She consistently went above and beyond, she even surprised them with new toys, which meant so much to us and clearly made our boys so happy. One of the things we appreciated most was how reliable she was. We could always count on Norah to be on time or she would communicate with us if she needed to make adjustments to the times of their walks, which gave us such peace of mind. And the biggest sign of her dedication? Coming home to two very tired (and very happy) pups every time. Proof that she truly spent quality time walking, playing, and engaging with them. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and genuinely passionate about animals, I cannot recommend Norah enough. She’s simply the best for your dog care needs!
