I know how much our pets mean to us and how hard it can be to leave them when we’re away, so I want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. I’m happy to help with walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles, and sticking to your pet’s normal routine. I’m also comfortable giving extra attention to pets who are shy, anxious, or need a little time to warm up. We provide a safe, loving, and structured environment where pets are treated like family. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
