“Terry is an amazing human being & we appreciate the wonderful care she provides to our pets. She’s reliable and communicates amazingly well. We will hire her again & again & again…”

About: I've grown up in a dog house since I was little, and have always loved taking care of animals. Growing up I took care of our dogs, cat, frog, and my never ending bug farms. I've been the go to pet sitter for neighbors, friends, and family especially in high school. I've taken care of dogs both big, small, and everything in between. I also am good with dogs of all ages and am currently raising my little five month old terrier son so the puppy routine is already drilled in! I've taken care of many elderly dogs with various medical conditions, although each one is unique. If you have a dog with special needs please reach out with details and I will let you know if I'm confident I can accommodate them! I'm always happy to work with a little high energy trouble maker as I had a husky mutt growing up who gave me a real run for my money. If you need someone to take your dog on a walk/run that will knock them out if even for a little bit I'm happy to provide that relief! Additionally I also spent 6 years in a herpetology club which involved taking care of turtles, tortoises, snakes, lizards, frogs, toads, salamanders, and even hissing cockroaches. If you need someone to check in and make sure both their space (heat lamps, food, water, filters, tanks, etc.) and themselves are taken care of I would be very happy to meet some scaly friends. My schedule is fairly flexible as I do scheduled service work. Afternoon visits are when I'd be best available and I'm always happy to help on the weekends! Wether it's a play partner, someone who mysteriously brings snacks and food, or just keeping them company I'd be happy your family happy. I'm more than ready to give a high energy dog some good running in as well!
“Becky is very sweet and reliable. She was able to meet my dogs and quickly built rapport with my very shy little pup. It was only one week later and my shy baby was giving her kisses and not barking when she came to care for her. Becky sends me photos from the visit and regularly checks in. I appreciate her help with my grandma dog and the extra love and care she needs. Becky has been great and I am very thankful for her help!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life (18 years!), so being around animals just comes naturally to me. I’ve cared for all kinds of pets—from chihuahuas and shitzus to corgis, huskies, Australian cattle dogs, bullies, and cats—so I’m comfortable with different personalities and energy levels. I love to keep up with high energy dogs who love to endlessly play, while I'm also just as patient and gentle with dogs who just want to sit back and relax! I have experience with senior dogs so I understand the extra attention and care they need. I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! I’m a high school student with a pretty flexible schedule, so I have lots of free time to dedicate to pet care. Since I already love going on walks, taking dogs out for exercise and fresh air fits perfectly into my daily routine. Pet care is something I naturally make time for—I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just keeping them company. I’m reliable and happy to adjust my schedule to make sure each pet gets the attention and care they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my main priority is keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely—feeding schedules, walk times, medications, and any specific preferences—so pets feel comfortable in their own environment. I’m very mindful of safety, making sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, and I keep a close eye on pets during walks and playtime. I also pay attention to their behavior and mood so I can respond quickly if anything seems off. I treat every home with respect and keep things clean and organized while I’m there. I also like to send updates and photos so owners can feel confident and at ease knowing their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.
About: Hiya! I’m a newer resident of the Portland area with a longtime background of caring for pets of friends and family hoping to fill a need in you and your pet’s lives. I love going on longer walks/excursions with dogs but also love just spending time in the neighborhood. I’m currently a part time post grad student looking to do some pet care during the day on weekdays, I can do weekends but mostly I’m looking for people wanting and needing pet time during their day to day work schedules when they can’t get home. I’m hoping to be as seamless into your life and schedule as possible. That means being in your house minimally, keeping you updated on times but not too buggy, keeping pets watered, and being in and out.
“Thank you Andrea! I 100% felt Ringo was in good hands, appreciated the updates and communication and I hope I can asked you again to take care of him in the future. 🙂”

“Eliza did an amazing job watching our pups! She kept us updated and informed regularly throughout the weekend, did a great job keeping our pups loved and cared for, and was flexible and helpful in accommodating our plans. Definitely would recommend!”

“Emily took great care of our cats and chickens! Our cats are 18 years old and require medications twice a day. She sent notes (via Rover cards) after every visit and also sent us many photos. This gave us such peace of mind and heart. Thank you, Emily!”

About: A little about me, I love all things pets and animals in general. I’ve taken care of animals since I was little. I have helped raise puppies, kittens, hamsters and even helped with birds. I just love animals. I do currently work full time from home. I can set up my work station anywhere, I just need access to a WiFi router. My job is pretty flexible. I do have 2 cats of my own. I recently had to say goodbye to my senior pup due to cancer. I am not currently ready for another pup but that is why I love doing this, I get to love on other people’s pups. I know animals have boundaries, so I would honor those for your animal. I can help crate or do whatever you think is best. I would never put a pet in harms way.
About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities! I have a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd, so I know firsthand what it takes to care for a high-energy, crazy dog of my own! I’ve worked through training challenges and reactivity after he experienced a traumatic event as a puppy. Because of that, I have a lot of patience and empathy, especially with pups who need a little extra attention or structure. I also have two sweet cats at home and grew up around animals my whole life, so I’m totally comfortable with multi-pet households. Friends and family often trust me to care for their pets when they’re away, and I always make sure to stick to routines and give pets the love and attention they need while their humans are gone. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a senior dog who needs a gentler pace, or a cat who likes their own space, I’ve got you covered! Pet care fits naturally into my daily life, I already spend a lot of time walking, playing with, and caring for my own Aussie, so I love adding more furry friends to the mix! I’m off on weekends, work from home on Tuesdays, and my weekday schedule is generally flexible. I’m typically at work from 9–5, but if that’s too long for your pet to be alone, just let me know! I’m more than happy to flex my schedule when I can to make sure your pet gets the care and attention they need. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority. I’m more than happy to follow any instructions you provide, down to the smallest detail, so your pets can stick to the routines they know and love. Whether it’s special feeding, medications, or just the way they like to be tucked in at night, I’m here to make sure they feel safe and cared for. In your home, I’ll treat your space with the same care and respect I would my own. I want both you and your pet to feel at ease, knowing they’re in loving hands. I’ll keep you updated along the way so you never have to wonder how things are going, just a little extra peace of mind while you're away.
“My cat loved Shannon! I got a daily report/pics, texts to check-in, everything went perfectly. I’m sure my cat is psyched for the next time I go out of town and they can hang out again!”

“Adara is very professional, friendly, and reassuring — a fabulous set of qualities for just what we needed: a reliable cat-friend to check up on two different kitties. 1000% will book again!”

“Natalie is such an amazing sitter! We had to find a new sitter and she is wonderful. She cleaned up some messes one of our older cats made, ensured that their waters were clean, and loved on my cats. Keeping her info for the future!!”

“Chanay takes the stress away with leaving Danner & Junior at home while I travel. Both are senior guys, and she does so well with them. So dependable, kind and trustworthy! Thank you Chanay!”

“Maria has been a joy to work with and we are so happy we’ve found her. She is always on time, very kind and friendly, and goes above and beyond for us. Our two pups love her and can’t wait to see her when she comes. Maria will run around and play with them in the yard, or let them chase the water to get their energy out. She helps tidy up the area our pups are staying in and she even helps train our girls. She gives us pace and mind when we’re not home and we can’t thank her enough for everything that she does. Maria is our go to for all dog care moving forward. You’d be lucky to have her.”
