About: I've taken care of cats since I was little and the cat selection system when I was 12 decided we now had a cat or at the very least he now claimed the home. I always enjoy checking in on friends and families cats. I am a more recent cat dad that takes care of my little loud mouth alarm clock. I'm always ready to scoop up and clean up any messes your little munchkin leaves behind as well. Let me know if your cat has anything they would prefer me not to do to them or their space as well! We grew up with house pets & farm animals and have had pets of my own since we were kids. Friends and family can attest to our love and care of animals which we have passed on to our kiddos who also enjoy being around them just as much as we do. We work from home and have two pups, Emilio Estevez and Bruce Willis. We enjoy having pups around our home and love watching them run around in the yard. 🐶 When staying with us, your pup(s) will interact with every member of our family; as well as a pup or two from other households. They will get lots of cuddles, playtime and downtime as needed. During the day, pup(s) are free to roam around and lounge anywhere downstairs, including the furniture. They also have unrestricted access to our large fenced backyard. At night time, pup(s) will sleep downstairs with our pups in their own crate or playpen. We have plenty of toys and always happy to play fetch or take them on walks around the neighborhood.

Currently, my husband and I have a Toy Cavapoo named Bagel who is 3 years old. I clean his eye areas, wash his belly and feet everyday, clean his ears every week after his shower. Moreover, I trim his hair all by myself (Cavapoos' hair grow non-stop). Bagel has his own bed with his bedsheets which are washed every two or three weeks. Our house is really clean and peaceful. In my home, your puppy will get the best level of caring. They will be really safe, clean, comfortable, and happy! I'm currently a house wife staying at home all day, so my availability is generally 7 days/week. Please check my Calendar before your booking. Thank you! : ) Some information already answered in Pet Care Experience area. One additional info is that we have a fully fenced yard. I usually let dogs go to the yard every 2-4 hours. “Heather was a last minute life saver! I gifted my partner a pair of concert tickets six months prior as a Christmas present, and it was finally the day of the concert. However, I was at risk of missing the concert due to my dog, Chaos, having a big oral procedure 1.5 weeks prior that resulted in 20 teeth extracted and multiple sutures. Two of the sutures had come undone causing him to have a painful experience until they were able to be re-sutured (problem solved!) two days before the concert. I monitored Chaos’s recovery up until the day of the concert to make the final decision if I will stay home with him or attend the concert with my partner. Thankfully Chaos improved enough in the final 24 hours where I felt comfortable boarding him. When I called Chaos’s regular place of boarding (Pet Hotel at Petsmart) the morning of the concert, I understandably learned they are unable to accept pets with sutures due to policy. I opened Rover and began searching for a last minute sitter who had immediate availability, didn’t have more than one dog, and could provide extra care and attention to my recovering dog. That’s where I found Heather, who offered to set Chaos up in a pen in the kitchen so he could have his own space to chill, and overall had a wonderful vibe of assuring me he will be in good hands. An hour later, I dropped Chaos off with Heather and was scheduled to pick him up at 11:30pm that night. She sent us updates including a photo of him relaxing in the shade in her backyard, drunk from his pain meds. Exiting the concert venue and getting on the MAX took longer than expected due to the large crowds, resulting in us running late and pushing the pick up time from 11:30pm to 12:10am. I felt guilt and shame typing that message since it was already late in the night but Heather was super cool about it! When we picked Chaos up, he was very relaxed and could tell he had a wonderful experience hanging out with Heather and her family. Although I checked my phone frequently during the concert, I was never worried about Chaos and was able to fully be present and enjoy the experience with my partner, all thanks to Heather! Heather is amazing, understanding, has a wealth of knowledge & experience with dogs, and we happily recommend her to anyone who is in need of her services!”

About: My passion for animals runs deep. I have been taking care of dogs since childhood (35+ years). Professionally, I have experience working at a doggie daycare and for a self-service dog wash. Much of my work can be done online so if you need me to watch your pet in your house for an extended amount of time, a requirement would be reliable internet or the ability to come and go as needed. I have pets of my own so I would need the flexibility to check on my pets from time to time. Working in pet drop-ins and dog walks around my work schedule is easy. I can board your pet at my house most Sundays-Tuesdays. I am able to care for your pet(s) in the specific ways that you need. I will not create or enforce bad habits. I have no problem crating your pet, keeping them off the furniture, following a strict diet, or administering medication. I live out in the country on 15 acres and have many animals. Inside the house lives a 4-year-old sweet German Short-hair pointer and 50% of the time I am watching a friend's cat. If your dog loves to run, my place would be heaven. This would only be ideal for dogs that come when they are called as there is no fencing. The other option would be that your pet stays inside and only ventures out with a leash. I have 12 acres of timber so walks in the woods are super fun!

I do not host animals in my home, but I am always available for check-ins, quality time, walks, and taking care of house things like bringing in mail, watering plants, feeding fish, etc. Reach out if you need any more information.
About: Animals have always been a central part of my life, and I’ve spent years caring for the pets of friends and family. Currently, our home is brightened by our sweet Shih Apso, and we truly love having extra furry friends around to join the pack! I have a large, fully fenced yard perfect for playtime and potty breaks. My 16-year-old son is also a huge help and shares my genuine love for dogs. We understand that your pets aren't just animals—they are family. Whether staying at our place or having me house-sit at yours, your fur babies will be treated with the same devotion, cuddles, and 'pack love' we give our own I currently work from home which gives me the option of keeping a good schedule and making sure we are getting plenty of exercise and affection. I have a fenced in yard and enjoy going on walks. I believe in taking care of the pets in my home like part of the family. Furniture is not off limits and encouraged to get snuggles.
