She was responsive to all messages and always offered to help and go the extra mile! She visited the cats each day for 30 minutes or more and made sure to play with the cats and give them some love. I'm currently working part-time on weekends at the hospital so I have plenty of time during the week to dedicate to pet care! I love spending time with animals, so this feels natural and rewarding. I follow all care instructions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walk times, or medication needs—and I always make sure pets have fresh water, a clean space, and plenty of love and attention.

About: We have owned and cared for dogs our entire lives. We have helped care for our family and friends dogs and want to help out more locally. Unfortunately, our dog of 15 years recently passed away. We are not ready to get another dog yet, but would love the opportunity to help watch or care for yours. We have plenty of experience with helping out elderly dogs, as well as training puppies. We have administered medication and can follow directions easily. We work full time, but have the ability to care for in the morning before work, coming home during lunch, as well as evenings. We will schedule accordingly to make sure we are home to provide quality time with your dog. We treat every dog as if they were ours. We know that dogs are truly part of the family and do everything to ensure they are as happy as possible. About: Hi, I’m Brooke! After pet sitting for numerous friends and colleagues, I thought I’d spread the love here. I have worked in healthcare for over eight years and am a Clinical Research Associate at UIHC in pediatric endocrinology. I have two cats of my own, two rescues named Tiny and Winnie. I’m also a huge Iowa Women’s Basketball and Indiana Fever fan 😊 I can give medications as well as holistic medical treatments to sick and/or medically complicated fur friends. I can walk and run with dogs or just hangout and hopefully solicit a few snuggles. I’m also the cat whisperer ☺️ I currently work from home twice a week with a flexible schedule. This allows me to attend drop-in visits on an as needed basis or spend extended time with your furry friends. I care for pets like I care for my own pets, like they’re family! I believe in treating animals how I would want to be treated, with dignity and respect. I do not believe in punishing animals for things they cannot control and instead believe in promoting environments for them to succeed.

About: I have had a pet throughout my whole life. I went to Veterinary Technician school and have worked with animals since! I also have a bachelors in Animal Science so I have some experience with larger pets as well! I currently do work a full time job, but I am looking to reconnect with animals in any way I can! I provide wonderful care and spend quality time with your pet whether it's a simple potty break or a weekend watch! I spend time with them outside of what I am there for! I do my best to learn the house rules and what the pet knows is ok and what isn't ok to do. Everyone is unique and each pet has their own type of training. I can work with all!

About: I always had dogs and cats on my house! Currently have 2 great cats! We have a closed backyard for cats and dogs to play with! Anytime of the week works if I am not traveling for work. Cats and dogs are welcome overnight! Most of Weekends works for us and during the week only if I don't travel. Our cats are mainly indoor but they love to be at our back yard that is fully fenced. Same for dogs! Nothing they can be harmed with in our yard and or in house. Also, we do have 2 kids that love animals! Make sure your pet like kids.

About: I grew up on a small farm in Iowa always surrounded by animals - indoor and out. As an adult I've had a shihpoo, yellow lab, and now have two lovable German Shorthair Pointers. Our old man Benson (11) and energetic pup Luna (2) are lovingly referred to as snuggle pigs. And they get ALL the snuggles as would your fur babies in our house. I'm able to care for puppies - seniors and am more than happy to follow any and all instructions to ensure your fur baby is given the top care. I have an odd work schedule as I take 24 hour call shifts where I'm often home. I will only accept sitting requests for times I'm available to provide adequate care to your furbabies! I have a fenced in yard for those staying with us. We have a lovely neighborhood for dog walks and am flexible to provide whatever else might be warranted for your pets stay.
