“Linda was great to work with! My dog absolutely loved being with her - after the second day he'd go willingly wait in his kennel for the morning pick-ups while I was getting ready for work. Linda was so communicative throughout the day, flexible when my schedule changed, and also very communicative in scheduling the day care. I would hands down use her again! Oh - I also loved receiving the daily cards and updates at the end of each session.”

“Timmy had a great time with Valerie. She took excellent care of him and while he was there, she sent pictures of all the fun he was having at her home. He’s happily exhausted now and really enjoyed his stay. Thank you for taking such good care of my pup. ♥️”

“Yujie is an incredibly responsible dog sitter. He made sure to take time to meet Monty beforehand, which helped us confirm they were a great fit and left us with a good feeling. During the visit, he took wonderful care of Monty and sent us pictures throughout the day! Monty clearly loved being with him and is eager to visit again soon.”

“Angela and her roommate Kelly did a great job of watching our dog Nellie. They both clearly love animals and go the extra mile to make sure you and your pet are comfortable. This was our dog's first pet sit and she did not understand at first that the "no potty inside" rules applied in other's homes as well but Angela was so patient and understanding.”

About: I have been a dog companion and animal lover since before I can remember. Born into a dog home, I eventually became a cat and dog mom on my own. I was the proud dog mom of a sweet soul called Mable until March of 26; losing her has left a hole in my soul. I am not ready to adopt again (yet), but I miss the energy of a dog in my life. I work from home, so dog sitting seems like a nice solution. If you'd like your fuzz baby to be welcomed into a calm, loving home where they'll be treated like family, look no further! Whether your dog is energetic and playful, prefers leisurely sniffing adventures, or simply wants a cozy spot to nap after a few belly rubs, I'll tailor their day to what makes them happiest. I have plenty of time to chill with your pup; your fuzz baby will have companionship, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and affection throughout the day. Safety is my highest priority, and I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your best bud is having a wonderful time. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else because they are your family. My goal is simple: for your dog to be excited to come back every time—and for you to have complete peace of mind. A comfy air conditioned home and a beautiful fenced yard await! There's a sprinkler or pool for doggos allowed to enjoy a dip, and a trailhead to Walnut Creek close by, so walks in the forest are possible. Neighborhood walks are of course available as well. With permission and familiarity, daytrips are also an option. I've always been a "bring the dog" gal, and that may or may not apply to your dog, as mutually agreed upon. I feel that dogs know where they are comfortable, and I respect their decision. Friends often joke that dogs seem to find me before I find them, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Volunteer coordinators have told me I have "a quiet connection" with dogs, and I think that's true. If your dog is feeling it, they can enjoy a safe, comfortable environment where they will be well cared for. I had a very active dog in this home and yard and she was well contained, in spite of her intense desire to get herself a squirrel. The yard opens atop a cliff overlooking a creek and is fenced and dog safe, but the pool does serve as part of the fence line. I think a dog would struggle to exit the yard, but you know your dog and would need to make the final call.
“Fernanda was great watching our pup! She sent pictures and updated us on how our pups first day of daycare with her went. We are so happy to have met Fernanda and can’t wait to rebook again!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have cared for over five dogs of different sizes, breeds, and ages with my family. From playful puppies to sweet senior dogs, I understand how to adapt to each dog’s unique needs and personality. I love spending time playing, walking, and giving dogs the attention they deserve. Whether it’s belly rubs, outdoor play, or quiet company, I’ll make sure your pup feels safe, loved, and happy! Besides dogs, I love all animals! I have had bunnies and birds before and know how to take care of them! I work remotely full-time, which which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, and care throughout their stay. My daily routine is flexible, so I’m able to accommodate feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, cuddle time, medication routines, and regular check-ins. I like to keep each pet’s routine as close as possible to what they are used to at home. Whether they need active play, quiet company, extra patience, or a calm space to relax, I do my best to adjust my day around their comfort and needs! I live in a spacious apartment that offers plenty of room for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and well supervised! I got my two friendly American Shorthair cats at home, so I’m very mindful about introductions, boundaries, and each pet’s comfort level. I always take time to understand how each pet does around other animals! If a pet needs their own space, quiet time, or a slower introduction, I make sure they have a calm area where they can relax. I keep the environment clean, organized, and peaceful so every pet feels cared for during their stay!
“Casandra took great care of Niko during my day trip out of Austin. When I picked up Niko, he was happy and tired! Casandra made sure Niko got along with her dog Cory by having a meet-and-greet beforehand. She also updated me with a lot of photos from the day. Would definitely drop Niko off with her and Cory again! Thanks, Casandra.”

“Just picked up my pup after an evening with Jeff. What a star! My dog seems to be happy and had a great time. Jeff is a star. I will definitely book with him again. Thanks, Jeff!”

About: I've had dogs for 12+ years and been the Go-To dog sitter for friends and family for all their pups! Young pups, senior pups, high-energy pups, or super chill pups, I love them all! I currently have a WFH job. I do go out in the field for a few hours a day, but that varies. Annie (my pup) go on two walks a day. I'm usually home til 10 am, and if I go into the field, I try to be back by 2-3 pm. I have a comfy couch that's open to pups for naps and cuddles. I have a nice, fenced-in backyard, a walkable neighborhood. Plenty of space for crate training if needed. I will love on your dog as if they are my own. I will most likely give them a cute nickname, and I might be a little generous with the treats, oops.
“Janie did a wonderful job taking care of my puppy, I can see that he got plenty of play time and was exhausted when we returned home and feel asleep instantly. Thank you very much!”

About: I’ve cared for a wide range of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, fish, and small animals like guinea pigs. I have hands-on experience with dogs at every stage of life—from raising my own dog from 8 weeks old to caring for senior dogs with more specialized needs. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy working with high-energy dogs, making sure they get the exercise, stimulation, and attention they need throughout the day. Because I work remotely, I have the flexibility to stay present, maintain routines, and give pets consistent care rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I also prioritize clear communication and provide regular updates so you know exactly how your pet is doing while you’re away. Pet care is something I intentionally structure my day around, not something I fit in when I have time. Since I work remotely, I’m home and available throughout the day, which allows for consistent walks, playtime, and attention instead of long gaps alone. I live in a large home with a fully fenced yard, so dogs have safe, easy access to the outdoors for breaks and fresh air. I still make sure they get proper walks and activity based on their energy level—it’s not just yard time. I adjust my schedule to match each pet’s routine—whether that’s higher activity and stimulation or a calmer, more predictable pace—and focus on keeping their day consistent and low-stress. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, structured, and low-stress environment. I keep routines consistent with what they’re used to—feeding schedules, walks, and downtime—so the transition feels as natural as possible. Dogs have access to a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor breaks, along with regular walks and playtime based on their energy level. I’m home throughout the day, so they receive consistent supervision and attention rather than being left alone for long periods. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine and environment. I follow all instructions closely—feeding, walks, medications if needed—and make sure the pet stays comfortable in their familiar space. I’m respectful of the home, keep things clean, and provide regular updates so owners know how their pet is doing. In both settings, I focus on being attentive, reliable, and responsive to each pet’s individual needs.
“Dianelis was great with my dog. She sent multiple photos and videos. She took him on a walk and he had a great time playing with her dog. She was great at communicating and I would definitely book with her again!”

My goal is to help every dog feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. ⠀ A Typical Day 🗓️ Each day is tailored to your dog's needs and usually includes walks, fresh air, sniffing adventures, playtime, and plenty of relaxation. Depending on the weather and your dog's preferences, we may enjoy neighborhood strolls or explore nearby Austin trails. ⠀ Play, Rest & Lots of Love 🎾 Whether your dog enjoys fetch, tug-of-war, leisurely walks, or simply lounging nearby, I provide a balance of activity, comfort, and companionship throughout the day. ⠀ When your dog stays with me, their happiness, safety, and well-being are always my top priorities. I’ll do my best to follow their normal routine and provide the love and reassurance they’re accustomed to at home. 🫶🏼 Pet care is a central part of my daily and weekly routine, and I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to truly prioritize the pets in my care. Because I’m available and home often, I can accommodate early mornings, midday walks or check‑ins, evening care, overnight stays, and custom routines. ⠀ I’m happy to accept last‑minute bookings when availability allows, as well as extended stays and holiday care. I also do my best to prioritize repeat clients whenever possible, since I love building long‑term relationships with pets and their families. If your pet has stayed with me before, I’m always happy to welcome them back—it helps me provide even more personalized, consistent care each time. 🏠 Safety, Trust & Environment In my home, pets are never just “watched”—they’re given attention, affection, and plenty of supervised time, including safe outdoor play in my fenced yard. I’m thoughtful about space and introductions, and my kitty prefers to relax on her own when dogs are visiting, which helps keep the environment calm and peaceful for everyone.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - North Lamar
Mariia is an excellent sitter, with a clean, safe and comfortable space, excellent communication and punctuality. My service-trained dog was very comfortable and felt right at home during her daycare. Her routine and needs were accommodated and the overall experience was pleasant and stress-free. Would absolutely book again.

My senior pup Lexie stayed with Valerie and Juniper for daycare in advance of a longer boarding stay. Valerie was very attentive to Lexie’s nervousness and tried to make her as comfy as possible. I appreciate Valerie sending updates and photos throughout the day. Lexie will be back!
