I’ve know Rick now for over a decade as a friend and former neighbor. I’ve always been so taken with how he cares deeply for animals — to chickens he raised and cared for in his own back yard, to his late best furry friend and companion, Nova, a rambunctious and loyal Australian shepherd with whom Rick explored every watering hole and hiking trail in Austin. He is deeply connected to caring for creatures big and small, creating a real human connection to all the animals that are around him. He is trustworthy and kind, with a deep knowledge of animal care (including Guinea pigs! We’ll soon be scheduling him for to take care of our own when on vacation) and I’d highly recommend his services.
