I have owned and loved dogs my entire life. I have great experience in caring for and training dogs. I trained my late dog, Nova, from a puppy to be crate trained, walking on and off leash, and even to do acrobatic frisbee tricks. And as she aged, I was very caring for her elderly needs.

Excellent communication and really appreciated his flexibility in the last minute change of my return time from San Antonio. He helped get my dogs zoomies out with her favorite game of fetch at his house while we were gone which helped a lot once I picked her back up in the evening . I will most definitely be rebooking him again !
Rick did a great job of checking in on our cat and guinea pigs. They were all well taken care of while I was out of town. Rick was self-sufficient and didn't need additional support with the pet care. I highly recommend him!

Richard looked after my dog, Raz, for two weeks, and he was an excellent fit for his needs. He took the time to get to know Raz and made him feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. When I returned from my trip, Raz looked happy, healthy, and well cared for. It gave me great peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!
Only left my large dog (Ace) with Richard for a boarding day, but could tell Ace was comfortable with him. Richard sent photos and had Ace ready for an early pickup. Hope to use him again.
I’ve know Rick now for over a decade as a friend and former neighbor. I’ve always been so taken with how he cares deeply for animals — to chickens he raised and cared for in his own back yard, to his late best furry friend and companion, Nova, a rambunctious and loyal Australian shepherd with whom Rick explored every watering hole and hiking trail in Austin. He is deeply connected to caring for creatures big and small, creating a real human connection to all the animals that are around him. He is trustworthy and kind, with a deep knowledge of animal care (including Guinea pigs! We’ll soon be scheduling him for to take care of our own when on vacation) and I’d highly recommend his services.

Schedule
I am very flexible with my availability to board. Can be gone some night for gathering with friends and family, but typically don't stray too far from home.

I have a fenced-in yard with lots of shade, toys to play with, and a spare room for the dogs' safe and comfortable space. Don't worry I make sure they get all the attention they need.
