Hello, I'm Katy! I've grown up with animals and have a wide range of both personal and professional experience working with animals. I used to do local pet sitting while I was growing up and took on more professional responsibility in college working at a kennel. I've always had pet sitting jobs on the side and worked at Austin Pets Alive! For 4 years where I learned a lot more about dog behavior and understanding and caring for different kinds of animals. I’m in between jobs currently and mostly doing house cleanings where I’m rarely gone for more than five hours at a time so I’ll have lots of time to make your babies feel as loved and comfortable as possible. I currently have a foster dog who would come with me to house sitting jobs. she isn’t a big fan of other dogs but is older ans does well on her own , so she would be kept in a separate area/extra room. I look forward to meeting you and your babies 🙂

My dogs had a great time with Katy and she was so sweet with my senior pup who isn’t feeling well. Communication before the sit was clear and quick and we got lots of pics during the sit. Would definitely recommend!!

Schedule
every day is a little bit different, but I’m generally out of the house around 4-5 hours at a time and rarely no more than 8-9 total hours a day

A typical day
I’m an active person so if you have dogs who need to release energy, I’m happy to take them on walks, to the park, etc. I’m happy to have them sleep with me if they are allowed to do so and will gets lots of cuddles during the stay!
