About: I’ve always taken a special interest in animal care. I have over 20 years experience taking care of various types of pets ranging from rats to large dogs. I have worked as the lead canine educator for Petsmart as well as a sitter for friends and family. I’m new to Rover but not to pet care. I love being able to give pet parents the peace of mind knowing that their pet is safe and getting the care they need with me. I am only self employed otherwise and I enjoy working schedules that allow me flexibility to have a good work/life balance. I am able to schedule pet care around my other responsibilities. I have indoor cats. I advocate for all cats to be indoor. I do not plan on watching pets in my own home. I would prefer clients have a fence but I’m comfortable with pets on a leash.
“Sarah was on our puppy Beau's wavelength right away, and they had a great time together. She took great care of him while she was here, with his dinner, toys and snacks. I will definitely try to get Sarah to come back!”

“Colleen is simply the best! Professional, thorough, and a true friend to our pets. We’re repeat clients of hers and always appreciate her great work. Get her if you can — you’ll be glad you did.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life growing up, we had family dogs like beagles, goldendoodles, and a Shih Tzu. While living with my dad in New Bedford, I helped care for his pitbull and spent time with our goldendoodle, too. I’ve also helped friends with their dogs, including caring for a Chihuahua while my friend traveled. I’m confident with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I always treat them with patience, love, and care. specialize in dog walking, cat care, and drop-in visits since I can’t host pets in my home. As a mom, I understand the importance of trust and routine, and I’ll treat your pets with the same patience, attention, and love I give my own family. Whether your dog needs a good walk or your cat just needs feeding and some playtime, I’ll make sure they’re happy, safe, and cared for. I’m all about creating a calm, safe space where pets feel loved and relaxed. I have experience handling different pet personalities and making sure they feel at home , I treat every fur baby like family with lots of love, play, and attention to their routine and comfort.

About: I’ve been working in the veterinary field for 5 years. All my life I had a soft spot for animals. Big or small. I would be the perfect person to babysit ( yes I said baby sit because they are our fur babies ) your pet because your pet would have my FULL attention. I will treat your pet as if he or she was my own. Animals hold a special place in my heart. Every time I see one it’s like love at 1st sight. “When I look into the eyes of an animal, I do not see an animal, I see a living being, I see a friend, I feel a soul” I do work at a vet hospital, I will try to rearrange my schedule the best I can ! And when I’m not working I will be with your pet ! I will care for your pet as if he/she is my own. From experience I know pets get flustered when routines are messed up just like we do ! I will follow any routine you have so they don’t miss a beat.
“Justine was very great with doggies. She had great communication and was very punctual. She gave the dogs great attention and took very good care of them. I would recommend her to anyone for services with their loved ones.”

“Kayla is amazing! This was my first time using Rover, so I was hesitant and didn’t know what to expect. She put any of my doubts at ease with her detailed updates and pictures. She is super sweet and truly cares about animals. One of my cats is really skittish and she was so patient with him and got him to earn her trust. I will definitely book with her again in the future! Thanks for everything Kayla!”

“Kat watched our two dogs two weekends in a row. It gave us comfort to know they were with her both times we traveled to provide consistency in such a short period of time. We had great communication during our absence and appreciate Kat's care and professionalism.”

About: I’ve had the pleasure of caring for animals for over 10 years and have experience with a variety of species, including dogs, cats, and small animals. My passion for animal care led me to complete a semester of Animal Science coursework at Bristol Community College, where I gained knowledge in animal behavior, health, nutrition, and handling. As an aspiring canine trainer, I’m always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and build positive relationships with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in visit, or overnight care, you can count on me to provide patient, attentive, and compassionate care while treating them like one of my own. Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize in my schedule. My availability is flexible, allowing me to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting throughout the week. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, routines, and any special needs. I take the time to build trust with every pet, using positive reinforcement and patience to help them feel comfortable. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats and currently have 3 spoiled cats and one spoiled bunny who thinks he’s a cat. My spouse is allergic to dogs so working with rover clients gives me a much needed pup fix! I have a very open schedule, especially in the summer. I love spending time outside and I love taking walks. I also don’t mind a couch potato pet. I can relate to that too. Whatever your pet needs, I am here for them. I will go above and beyond for your pets. Whether they need walks, feedings, snuggles or just some company, I am here for their care and your piece of mind.

Kristie and Dominick are great! I mainly communicated with Kristie and she was very professional and conscientious! She has a love for animals for sure and will take care of your furry friend very well. My poor pup Kobe got sick ans she helped out asked questions and was very helpful and kind to both Kobe and myself. I highly recommend Kristie and Dominick.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
