I would be the perfect person to babysit ( yes I said baby sit because they are our fur babies ) your pet because your pet would have my FULL attention. I will treat your pet as if he or she was my own. Animals hold a special place in my heart. Every time I see one it’s like love at 1st sight. “When I look into the eyes of an animal, I do not see an animal, I see a living being, I see a friend, I feel a soul” I do work at a vet hospital, I will try to rearrange my schedule the best I can ! And when I’m not working I will be with your pet ! I will care for your pet as if he/she is my own. From experience I know pets get flustered when routines are messed up just like we do ! I will follow any routine you have so they don’t miss a beat.

I can let dogs out for a quick bathroom break or take them for a walk to help stretch their legs

About: Dogs and cats are better company than humans most days! I would love to hang out with your animals and keep them company. I’m a college student who misses her animals at home so I’ll be happy to spend as much time with your animals as you need. I have two dogs and two cats at home, and have always had animals in my home. I’m pretty comfortable with cleaning up after potty training accidents. My aunt had four Great Danes so I have experience around big dogs. No dog is too big or small for me! My last dog lived to 18 so I have experience with old pups, and puppies also. My schedule is open. During the fall and winter, I will have less time. Weekdays, during the morning and afternoon are open! As the fall and winter progress, I will update my schedule since I will be going back to school. My partner and I are currently renovating our home so our house is not open for care. I would be more comfortable with walking your furbaby, or caring for them at your home once we have met!

To help owners with consistency in training, I am respectful of your regular routines and special needs. I have had success caring for skittish dogs and older dogs, and I have cared for tiny terriers as well as huge Newfies! I'm active, fit, and enjoy being outside. Thanks for considering me. I always meet with potential clients ahead of time for a free "meet and greet." I also provide loving cat care. (Check out the picture of my "grand cat" MuMu, on the photo page. I can provide care for your dogs in your own home, respecting your routines, limits, and habits. I do a thorough walk through with pet owners and make sure I get emergency contacts. In addition, I collect information on what the dogs appreciate! (Belly rubs? Tug of war games? Special snuggles?)
“I'm so happy to have found Jillian. She loves and understands animals, and I left for a week knowing that my cat was in good, responsible hands. Jillian kept me informed of her visits and sent photos all week, which warmed my heart. My cat was healthy and happy upon my return. I will definitely turn to Jillian when I need to travel in the future. Thank you!”
