About: I have always had a genuine love for animals and understand how important it is to know that your pets are safe, happy and well cared for while you're away. I have experience caring for my own pets and am comfortable with routines, attention, and companionship they need. I'm currently employed fulltime as a probation officer, but I am retiring in the near future, and I will have more time to devote to being a pet sitter. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I enjoy having a relaxed schedule and spending time with animals, so caring for your pets would be something I genuinely look forward to rather than a chore. I am happy to build my day around their needs, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and plenty of companionship and attention. I also understand that pets do best when their normal routines are maintained, so I'll do my best to keep things familiar and comfortable while you're away. I enjoy exploring new places, but I am equally happy spending time at home with a furry companion. My priority is making sure your pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while you're away. When caring for pets in someone's home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow the owner's instructions carefully and make sure pets receive their meals, fresh water, exercise, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. Most importantly, I want pet owners to feel confident that their pets are being cared for by someone responsible, dependable, and genuinely happy to be there. I understand that every pet has different need and personalities, so I take time to get to know them and make sure they feel comfortable while their family is away. I am also respectful of the home and keep things clean and tidy.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15! I’ve had pets all my life growing up though! My neighbors, friends, and family, have relied on me to feed, walk, play, and give cuddles to their pups! I currently am working part time as I just started a new job, so i’ll have plenty of time to play with your pup and get them some exercise! My home has a fenced in dog park that i’m sure your dog would love to run around in and get some energy out! If your dog is better on a leash and loves to walk and sniff around your area I am happy to do that as well! I just want to be able to give your pup a safe and happy visit 😊

About: I’ve cared for both dogs and cats for years and have experience with pets of different ages, personalities, and needs. I’m comfortable administering medications to both dogs and cats, and I’ve also provided intensive care for my own dog following a leg injury, including medication, monitoring, and following veterinary care instructions. I currently have two very loving, social dogs who enjoy meeting both people and other animals. I understand that every pet has their own routine and needs, and I’m committed to providing patient, attentive, and loving care while they’re with me. I work a flexible client-based schedule that allows me to check in on pets throughout the day. I’m able to make visits between clients and provide plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and care throughout the day. I’m also available for boarding and can accommodate different routines based on each pet’s individual needs. My home is set up with pet safety and comfort in mind. I keep medications, food, and anything potentially harmful safely out of reach. I use separate food dishes and feeding areas for guest pets and my own dogs to help prevent food related conflicts. I also have dog gates throughout the home so pets can be safely separated when needed, along with a spacious area where they can play and relax. My two dogs are very friendly and enjoy the company of both people and other animals.

About: I love dogs and I’ve had a dog since I was two years old so most of my life I’ve had dogs and I’ve like had experience with them I have a dog myself, so I’m able to take care of a dog very easily. I have to wake up early for my dog so that won’t be an issue taking care of another dog. I’ll make sure I always keep an eye on the dog that I am watching over. Take them out for a walk and also keeping an eye on the dog and giving them attention. Just always make sure you’re aware of your environment.

Heather is very knowledgeable about dogs and was very responsive to our questions (as first time Rover users). She kept in communication with texts and pictures while we were away so we could feel confident our dogs were being well cared for.”

During COVID times, it's been a struggle getting to meet anyone in person and an in-person meet was important to us since this was our first time leaving our two dogs with someone other than family. You can imagine our nerves about leaving our babies with anyone. Fast forward to our boarding - there was constant communication, photos and videos being sent! It was so relieving to be able to see our babies while we were away. I'm certain our picky (and spoiled) dogs weren't the easiest for her, but she handled both of them very well.
