About: I’ve cared for both dogs and cats for years and have experience with pets of different ages, personalities, and needs. I’m comfortable administering medications to both dogs and cats, and I’ve also provided intensive care for my own dog following a leg injury, including medication, monitoring, and following veterinary care instructions. I currently have two very loving, social dogs who enjoy meeting both people and other animals. I understand that every pet has their own routine and needs, and I’m committed to providing patient, attentive, and loving care while they’re with me. I work a flexible client-based schedule that allows me to check in on pets throughout the day. I’m able to make visits between clients and provide plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and care throughout the day. I’m also available for boarding and can accommodate different routines based on each pet’s individual needs. My home is set up with pet safety and comfort in mind. I keep medications, food, and anything potentially harmful safely out of reach. I use separate food dishes and feeding areas for guest pets and my own dogs to help prevent food related conflicts. I also have dog gates throughout the home so pets can be safely separated when needed, along with a spacious area where they can play and relax. My two dogs are very friendly and enjoy the company of both people and other animals.
“I can tell by how eager Splash is when she gets out of the car that she loves vacationing with Sergio. My girl is an abandoned rescue with lots of anxiety but loves hanging out with Sergio. Thank you so much!”

“Cheyenne was AMAZING! She was on top of all communication with plenty of pictures, updates, and praises for my dog. I knew he was in good hands all weekend and would highly recommend Cheyenne to anyone. She was very understanding and flexible with pick-up and drop off as I was traveling from out of state.”

“Jenna and Michael took such good care of our dog while we were away. They sent photos, videos, and updates. He was having so much fun and was exhausted when we picked him up. They treated him like their own!”

“Larisa and her pups took such great care of our girl Georgia while we were away visiting family. Larisa sent videos, photos and updates each day we were gone to show us how well Georgia was being taken care of! Georgia got to go on beautiful walks around a bog, play in Larisa's yard and even got to lounge in multiple nap spots. Georgia got along so well with Daisy and Tess, Larisa's doggies, and I know they were an added benefit to her stay! We were so happy that Georgia was so happy and would absolutely seek out Larisa's care again!”

“Nadya was wonderful. She responded within minutes accepting our next day request for daycare for our puppy. She communicated throughout the day with pictures and was a joy to talk to. I could not ask for a better experience for me and my puppy. She put my mind at ease, and by the end of the day, it felt like Buddy had spent the day with a best friend. Thank you Nadya! I really can't recommend you enough. <3”

“Our dog, Noddle, is a cherished member of our family; Patricia treated him the same way. From the initial meeting, Patricia's genuine love of and experience with a variety of animals was obvious. Noodle took to her right away. From the photos including walks on the beach and playtime in addition to the messages she regularly sent us, we could tell that he was happy and pampered. We feel completely comfortable and enthusiastic recommending Patricia and will engage her again. She is great. Lucky Noodle. Lucky us.”

“Ruby had a blast with Amy and her crew. She came home happy, healthy, and tired. This was Ruby’s first overnight stay with anyone and Amy sent pics, stayed in contact, and made me feel very comfortable. We already have our next visit booked.”

“Another wonderful stay at Debby’s! Our 1.5 year old poodle (Mookie) just returned from his second Rover stay with Debby. I enjoyed perfect peace of mind during my family’s 4 day trip thanks to all the updates, photos, and videos that she sends each day. I could see that he was eating, playing energetically with the other dogs (in her grassy fenced-in yard), napping on the cool floor on a hot day (just like he does at home), and cuddling up on the couch with Debby in the evenings. At pick up and drop off, it is clear that Mookie adores Debby, and that they have their own special connection. Debby’s genuine affection for her clients gives both Mookie and me a sense of peace and comfort while we are apart!”

“Mike and Kelly are the best. Bella loves staying there and playing with their dogs. Mike is super communicative and always sends updates. We highly recommend them. Your dog will have a blast!”

“Such amazing care and communication!! I actually think our dog was a bit sad to come home after the time he had with Jasmin and Eric! They are awesome and we definitely hope to work with them again!”

“Great updates every day with pictures. Only thing I can complain about is now we need to get a second dog seeing how much fun Roxy had with Griggs....lol. Will be using Isabel in the future for sure.”

“Paige is a wonderful sitter! She was warm and welcoming to our two dogs, and sent updates (including an adorable video of her child playing with our dogs!). Her house is spacious for the dogs to stretch out, and the fenced yard was ideal. I especially appreciate her flexibility when our flight (and therefore our return home) was delayed by a few hours. Highly recommend!”

“Bono stayed with Breanna for 17 days while I was out of the country for Christmas and New Year. Our meet and greet was great! Communication between was couldn’t be better - Breanna kept me posted with photos and texts about Bono and his stay every day. Bono had a lot of interaction with other people and dogs, which is great for a golden retriever. :) Breanna (and her family) took good care of Bono and I couldn’t be happier and glad I left him with them for this period of time. Bono would definitely go back to Breanna’s house for my next trips. Besides that, Breanna is also a dog groomer so Bono came home nice and fresh! ? thanks Breanna! ?”
About: I’ve cared for cats and volunteered in cat rescue for over 20 years. I have always been the person friends, family, and neighbors trust with their pets. As a licensed Community Health Worker with over 20 years in healthcare, I bring patience, attention to detail, and reliability to every visit. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensure doors and gates remain secure, and always provide detailed updates with photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.
“Puff is in great shape. Rebekah took very good care of her. I certainly would think of asking her again. I'm so glad Rover.com and Rebekah were there to take care of my kitty when I went on vacation; they get all five stars. Where am I supposed to leave a tip for Rebekah?”

“Wonderful!! Kevin is fantastic with our 200+ lb English Mastiff. He takes extra care with special feeding and care! Because of Kevin's great service we are able to relax on vacation. The home is fantastic, allowing our dog plenty of time to run and play in a fenced in yard. A+++.”

I appreciate them both taking care of my dog with such little notice, friendly people/nice to talk to, only problem I had was my own boundaries when it comes to my dog that I didn't mention so they did everything I asked/told them to my knowledge and bathed him when he peed tysm!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
