About: Taking care of animals has always been a passion of mine. I’ve worked at kennels and boarded animals in my home. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats who we treat as family and that how I would treat any animal in my care. I’m working my dog walking and animal sitting full time and loving every minute of it. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always cared for them from walks to feeding to just playing. I know how to care for them and they trust me. I can work every weekday at pretty much anytime, though afternoons are preferred as those are the times most often available for me. I can also help multiple times a day as needed. About: I have worked in a multi-faced canine training facility as a kennel attendant for a year and have been dog walking since I was 16. I work part time as a pet caretaker and walk my own dog on most of my spare time. Dog walking would be before or after work, I am available daily for walks or visits with your dog. Im available Friday/Saturday/Sunday for walks before noon and for Monday-Thursday I'm available after noon. I care for other people's pets like they are my own. I am careful and cautious with everything I do, its important to keep clients pets safe.

About: Ever since I can remember there's been a dog in the house. From English Mastiffs to Cava-poos, Boxers to Golden-doodles-I've had my fair share of caring for gentle giants and forever puppies. I currently have a doodle as well as a tabby cat, and yes, I do consider them as my children. I'm comfortable with any breed, and will always ensure they get the best care while you're away! While I do work full-time, I follow teacher hours and am fortunately out by about 3 PM. This will give me the afternoons/evenings free for play and dinner time. For the pups, I'll be able to bring them for a walk, to play fetch, cuddle up on the couch, etc. In your home, I will abide by your guidelines to a T-whether that involves a strict eating/bathroom-ing schedule, administering medications, exercise routines, crate-training, etc. I am a very clean person and do not mind washing bowls or vacuuming some fur whenever necessary.

About: I started caring for animals back in 2010 walking and pet sitting for my art teacher's dog. In 2016, I began volunteering at a horse boarding facility. I spent a winter there learning how to bathe, feed, turn out, clean up after and care for horses. Since then I have been looking for more opportunities to spend time with animals! I currently volunteer at a local animal shelter, assisting in the well-being of rescue cats and dogs. We play outside, go for walks, and socialize! General care such as cleaning, laundry, and medication administration are also things I can assist with. I have two beautiful black cats at home named Luna and Cleo. They are very vocal and sweet, and I love spending time with them. As far as my schedule, I work a regular job during the week, and on weekends I volunteer at an animal shelter. Im looking to fill gaps in my schedule by spending more time with animals and gaining as much experience as I can. Weekends and nights are open for me to take jobs helping with other peoples animal friends. I am comfortable crating your dog if needed, and am also comfortable around anxious or stressed animals. The shelter is diligent to keep all the dogs safe from harm by paying close attention to their body language, behavior, and their individual needs.

About: Had a 5 month old pup at aged 9 (also had a dominant cat) taught her basics and more over time until she needed medication due to her old age. Looked after friends senior dog which needed meds with food and their other dog that had special dietary needs including medication 3 times a day. House and dog&cat sat for friends that would go away to France for a long weekends I have plenty of time to give care and attention. I am not working at the moment and in between job maybe this is my calling we have a lot of space in the home and in the yard. We do not have any of our own pets yet, but we are talking a lot about them. We have a large 4ft fenced in grass yard and a large basement to allow for off leash freedom to play regardless of weather. Over the back fence we have active cranberry bogs with loads of open space and smells perfect for long walks. I am a fast walker and happy to cover 3-5 miles on a walk. Any fur-babies that need to stay overnight will be looked after like they are my own. I’ll send lots of pictures and make sure your pet is comfortable with as much attention as it needs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and lots of farm animals my whole life. I’ve worked closely with a dog trainer and vets. I’m very knowledgeable about basic animal care. I’m a college student that can come and care for your animals after class while you are at work. My goal is to take that added stress off your shoulders. I am very observant and have been working with animals my whole life. I am able to drive to your home on a schedule and am very reliable. I also am very good with animals with behavioral issues.

“Ixia was absolutely wonderful with our Pointer/Pit mix, Crimson. This was our first time using Rover, and our first time leaving our dog for an extended period of time. (We had to take a trip out of state on short notice.) From the get-go, Ixia was very professional and attentive during our phone consultation - taking notes, checking details, learning the little intricacies of Crimson's routines. Crimson also has a torn ACL, so special care has to be taken during daily activities to ensure the injury doesn't worsen. Ixia was very reliable, responsive, and communicative with us the entire time. She was on time for every visit, sent us pictures of our pup, played with her, spent lots of time in the yard, and even went above and beyond to accommodate some extra drop-ins we hadn't originally planned. We were very impressed and thankful for the loving care that she provided our animals and by her professionalism and communication. 11/10 recommend, and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future. About: I have had dogs my entire life and they are so important to me; I have two dogs currently, one of whom is medically complex and requires several medications 3x a day to prevent seizures. I do everything I can to give my dogs the best life I can and am passionate about doing so for all of our furry friends! If I could adopt more dogs I would but my husband would divorce me! I’m therefore hoping Rover will help me make a difference for more dogs in the world while reassuring their human companions that they are in good hands!
