About: I have been taking care of animals in some capacity for many years. Whether it has been taking care of my own pets, dog grooming, 4H, or as a vet tech, I have always had animals in my life. I have owned many cats and dogs during my life. Now that I have more time available, I would love to take care of your animals. My home is currently pet free, but pet friendly. I also have the ability to come to you. I have experience caring for elder pets, as well as administering medications as needed. I love all animals as if they are my own and can't wait to make some new animal friends. I am currently retired and have my days and nights available for your pets. I am in a quiet neighborhood for walks and also close to major highways to travel to you with a dependable car. I would follow any care instructions given, as well as providing the animal routine and attention. Food, exercise, potty breaks, and rest are given as instructed or needed. I would care for the animal like it was my own.

About: Hey Guys! My name is Jess and I currently live in E. Taunton. Although I am new to Rover I have been pet sitting for over 15 years. I currently have two dogs of my own, Callie (13) and Sadie (4) I have cat named Chase (14, who resides with my parents and best bud Oreo). Ever since I was a kid I loved animals, and wished I could have them all. I have had dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, an hedgehog and even pigeons as a kid that I would help my dad with. I worked in pet retail for 14 years. Here I have also dealt with small animals, reptiles, cats and dogs. I have gained knowledge on animal nutrition as well as some training tips. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I look forward to meeting you and your fur-babies! I am currently working full time Monday through Friday until about 4pm. I am available 4:30 or later during the week and any time on the weekends. I find it very important to follow the rules of the household for your pet to keep them safe, happy and healthy. “Ixia was absolutely wonderful with our Pointer/Pit mix, Crimson. This was our first time using Rover, and our first time leaving our dog for an extended period of time. (We had to take a trip out of state on short notice.) From the get-go, Ixia was very professional and attentive during our phone consultation - taking notes, checking details, learning the little intricacies of Crimson's routines. Crimson also has a torn ACL, so special care has to be taken during daily activities to ensure the injury doesn't worsen. Ixia was very reliable, responsive, and communicative with us the entire time. She was on time for every visit, sent us pictures of our pup, played with her, spent lots of time in the yard, and even went above and beyond to accommodate some extra drop-ins we hadn't originally planned. We were very impressed and thankful for the loving care that she provided our animals and by her professionalism and communication. 11/10 recommend, and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future. About: Since I was a toddler I’ve had dogs around me, growing up with Newfoundland’s (they are big!!) and German shepherds. I also have experience with other large breeds like Great Danes and hounds as well as small like Maltese’s and chi weenies! I love all dogs and exploring with them! I do work as a teacher so I will be available for evening walks as well as weekends. My own dog I walk daily rain or shine and will do the same for you! I have a chiweenie who is very friendly and loves adventures! We love walks- long or short! I understand not all dogs mesh well with others so my dog can always stay home from walks!

About: I have been in the dog industry for about 5 years now. But I have been working with animals for 7 years. I am a certified pet groomer through Animal Behavioral College, and I have a strong love for animals. I have experience in dog behavior and body languages. I can handle from small to larger breeds. Special place in my heart for senior dogs as I own one my self! I am experienced with distributing medications such as pills, inhalers and even insulin shots. I am well equipped mentally and physically for the care of your pets. I currently am working as a boarding assistant in a vet hospital. I have a 9 year old chihuahua mix and a 6 year old american shorthair cat. I care for them everyday as I walk my dog, feed him regularly bathe and more! My cat is a chunk and very food motivated and loves people. I even bring my pup to work with me on occasion. I have 3 different sized kennels in the home with 3 different beds and 2 are orthopedic! . I also own my own grooming set up.

I can accommodate early morning, mid day and sometimes evening. I have two Shih Tzus of my own and they are my whole world! Being a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I love taking my own dogs on walks and little adventures, and spending quality time making sure they’re happy, active, and loved. I’m always very cautious about safety, especially when it comes to leashes, walks, and potty breaks. I pay close attention to my surroundings and make sure every dog in my care is secure and comfortable. About: I’ve had 3 dogs my entire life. Pitbull, Shih Tzu and a chihuahua. Currently the financial responsibility of a pet is too great but I love their companionship. I’m kind, patient and loving. I’m working remotely currently, so I’ll be home all day every day and will be able to pet sit. I’m looking for temporary situations at this time with the possibility of something long term to help out for your vacations! I have a large non fenced in yard. And live in a luxury, pet friendly condo with a dog park. I have 2 boys who also love pets who would absolutely love to cuddle and give attention if your baby decides it’s ok!
