About: I volunteer at my local animal shelter and I am great with both dogs and cats. I grew up with my cat, Hepsiba, born before me who died when I was nearly 20 years of age. We were best friends before I knew what that was. Then at the age of 12 or so, my parents adopted 2 English cocker spaniels, brother and sister. Robbie and Flora. So I was taking care of three pets. Then I raised Bruce, a rescued black lab mix from August 2013 until 2025 with some breaks for the US Army. And I taught him very well; he passed in June 2025 but he will always be my companion at my side. For some time I carried him, 120 lbs, up and down flights of stairs. Sometimes from here to there, carefully, comfortably, gingerly. I have a background in psychology, and I’m a dog trainer and a bit of a behaviorist. I’ve taken care of pets for family members and friends. And did so professionally in the past prior to Rover, after friends got me into it, which I started in August 2025. I’m great with animals. After spending even just a short time with them we can often establish a connection or rapport, especially when training a younger pet (or caring for an older dog). I enjoy taking dogs for long walks, I could run with your dog, play with them, but mostly we’ll be doing what they want - within reason. I will basically be spending the entire time with your pets. We’ll wake up between five to eight in the morning, and we’ll go bed between eight and eleven at night. I’ll be up with them as they need and we’ll be in and out much more than is required. I am delicate and meticulous and believe in leaving no trace that I was there. I want my client after their time away from home and their animals to not be met with the mess that I could be leaving behind. I am committed to performing an act of cleaning based on the tools available.

We fully understand all the hard work, effort, and commitment which goes into raising our fur babies. I totally understand how much difficult it can be to be away from your pet. We will do our best to make your vacation stress free by giving regular updates on your pooch is doing. We both have our own full time jobs and I work from home. So, rest assured that your dog is never unattended for more than 2 hours except when we are at the gym or have some errands to run. We have a friendly dog of our own at home to keep your dog company 24/7. There is no fenced yard but we live in a beautiful community and we do long walks and park visits(when the weather permits).

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for both dogs and cats. I grew up with two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and have been around many other breeds over the years. I also participated in 4-H for a couple of years, where I helped train our second family dog. My children have both moved out so I'm free to come to your home for overnights, check-in visits, walks, feedings, etc. Whatever you need, I'm here to help with. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was ten years old. I can take care of dogs of any size or activity level. I do not have any formal dog training but I have spent lots of time on YouTube educating myself when I was training my own dogs. I have two fluffy labs (ages 6 and 2, they live at home with my parents, they are our family dogs). I have had animals my whole life and see them as just another family member who needs taking care of. I enjoy going on long walks and usually asks friend if I can take their dog with me for some company. My home is very dog safe and dog friendly :) I currently work part-time as a banquet caterer at the essex resort and spa. I am available 7 days a week to dogwalk, housesit and/or board dogs at my house! I do not have a fenced in yard. Any dog leaving my apartment with me is leashed. A quick bathroom break is usually taken by just walking around the block but any walk I usually hop in the car and drive to centennial park/east woods or go down to the waterfront. I can house uncrated dogs as well as crated dogs if one is supplied.

About: I've cared for dogs and cats since I was 13, and it is a large passion of mine. Countless family, friends and clients have trusted me to not only watch their pets, but care for them as my own. I am trustworthy, responsible, and most of all loving towards every animal I meet. I have a rescue hound dog of my own who is 13 years old, and I have cared for him since he was just a puppy. This has taught me how to care for puppies to senior dogs. I've worked with small dogs and large dogs alike. Additionally, I have plenty of experience with cats as well as I have spent many years taking care of my grandmother's cats. About: I have lived with a dog my whole life and they are simply the best! They are more than just a dog, they are part of the family I am free any day of the week. I have plenty of free time currently so I am very flexible to accommodate all times needed. I have a fenced in backyard at home where my chocolate lab Tali loves to run around and play. I am available to take your dog on a walk or to stop by and check in on them.

About: I have taken care of my pets for years, mainly cats, but I have experience with dogs as well. Either way, I love both the same! I am able to administer medications, follow diet guidelines, and take care of accidents that may occur. And most of all, I can provide a cuddle or snuggle and unconditional love for your fur baby or babies! I currently have a part time job, but will be able to take care of animals full time soon! For now I can take care of animals Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. I have one cat at the moment, I have helped to take care of him along with my parents for over 11 years. In recent years, as he ages, he has needed more medications which I have helped to administer, he is on a special diet and he also has some tummy troubles occasionally that I have helped to clean up. I also had a second cat that I took care of at the same time who needed a lot more care. He was a small, sensitive Siamese who was extremely overbred and who suffered from a lot of stomach issues. The two cats didn’t get along so the Siamese ended up living mainly in my room and our other cat had the run of the house since he had arrived in the family first.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was about 8, varying from puppies to senior dogs. I’m known to be very loving and patient with animals and having great connections with pets! I’ve worked with animals of all shapes and sizes and love them all! I have a pretty free schedule for the summer so there is plenty of time for me to spend with your pup! I babysit my 2 year old brother some days and work nights in a pizza shop over the weekend. When first meeting the dog/ animal I make sure to dedicate time to allow them to get comfortable with me and the fact that i’m in their home. I like ensuring a mutual feeling of safety and trust between the dog and I so we can have a fun and stress free time together!
