About: I’ve had dogs for my entire life! I’ve been dog sitting for neighbors as well as family since I was 14. I am a total animal lover and look forward to being around them. I’m also a medically focused student for those who may have an elderly dog or one that needs a little extra care or medicine administrations. I’ve also been a house sitter for families and friends in my general area for many years! PLEASE NOTE: I AM LEAVING CAPE COD AUGUST 30TH FOR COLLEGE! I am home from college for the summer. I spent my time at school dogsitting/walking and loved it and wanted to continue on at home! I work Friday-Tuesday days but I am flexible after/before my shifts as well as on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I always do my best to give the pet my undivided attention. I enjoy hanging out with the pups, whether they want to pay or just want to cuddle for a bit. I pride myself on being on time with bathroom breaks, meals, and walks to make sure the dogs are getting the best care possible!

About: I grew up with dogs and cats and currently have 3 spoiled cats and one spoiled bunny who thinks he’s a cat. My spouse is allergic to dogs so working with rover clients gives me a much needed pup fix! I have a very open schedule, especially in the summer. I love spending time outside and I love taking walks. I also don’t mind a couch potato pet. I can relate to that too. Whatever your pet needs, I am here for them. I will go above and beyond for your pets. Whether they need walks, feedings, snuggles or just some company, I am here for their care and your piece of mind.

About: Hello, my name is Amanda! I’m an experienced and compassionate pet sitter with 10 years of hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals. I’ve worked with puppies, senior dogs, and large breeds, and I’m comfortable watching multiple dogs at once while making sure each pet gets the attention and care they need. I have a spacious fenced in yard for outdoor activities and indoor living areas for your pup to feel at home. I have 5 other dogs that are my own that can either give your fur baby company or if your dog dosent like company that is fine to. I have crates of my own if you would want your dog separated from the pack if you choose to.

About: I have l had the responsibility of taking care of my home pets ever since I could remember. We’ve always had a full house with dogs, cats, turtles, lizards, guinea pigs, chickens, and even a macaw. I have experience with senior dogs that require extra care as I have one of my own. I have also taken a few puppy training classes that I have used on my dogs as well as pups of close friends. Most of my pets have been rescues and I was able to use those skills to break bad, destructive habits that could’ve resulted in injury. I am currently a full time college student and a part time medical assistant at an urgent care clinic. Typically, I would have the most time to commit to intensive pet care in the early mornings, early afternoons, late evenings, and weekends. My dogs are crate trained and my pets typically spend their nights in their designated areas. In the mornings everyone is opened, greeted with many pets and kisses, and fed. The dogs are walked and trained for a bit before my departure. I make sure to leave a few brain engaging toys/ treats while gone for the day. Once I return, the process is repeated with a longer evening walk and extra cuddle time. My senior dog required a bit more attention with daily injections and a specific diet. I am sure I would take care of your pet with the same care and love I give my pets.

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was 3 years old, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands on experience with large breeds and am confident handling bigger dogs with different energy levels. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the importance of patience, comfort as they age. I put a lot of love and care into every pet I watch. We spend a lot of time in our yard or walking the canal on nice days and would love a wagging tail to join us. We have a fenced in yard and live in a quiet neighborhood to go on walks. We love to go to the canal and spend time outside. We have a fully finished basement with mini splits and air circulation system, perfect for any size dog to enjoy!

About: You will love my easy access to both the inside and outside area. Multiple separate rooms For dogs to sleep in. Outside kennel area if they prefer to be alone when they are outside . Lots of toys to play with . I have two boxers that are home all the time And love to play with other dogs. Cameras in my yard to allow for you to beable to check in on your furry friend. Dogs have shaded area to lay on and shed to lay in if they want to get out of the son. Fresh water and treats provided- experience with special need Dogs. Work in health care and can manage medications . Prefer a trial run first to make sure everyone gets along ! I currently work part-time, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I am available for boarding on weekends and during weekdays after 2 PM. My flexible schedule ensures I can provide consistent supervision, playtime, feeding routines, and walks, while also accommodating your pet’s specific needs and routine. Safety, trust & environment: I provide a safe, loving, and structured environment for every pet in my care. My home has security cameras on the premises for added safety and peace of mind. About: I have taken care of my family dog in many different capacities since I was 6 years old, and I enjoy walking, playing with, or just being active around all different kinds of dogs! I currently work at a middle school, so my summers, weekends, and afternoons are generally free! I also live in a pet-friendly home and a great spot for walks near the downtown New Bedford area. About: My life has included dogs for as long I can remember and I have always seemed to read them intuitively, including “problem dogs” that others have difficulty interacting with. I have extensive personal dog handling and grooming experience over the past 25 years and have owned up to 6 dogs at a time. I currently have a 10 year old Chihuahua-mix named Kitty but I have experience training and caring for Border Collies, American Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Irish Terriers, Wire Fox Terriers, Poodle mixes, Great Danes, and a Wolf-German Shepherd hybrid. I am knowledgeable about canine body language and how to remain calm around anxious/fearful/aggressive dogs as well as how to redirect dogs from potential conflicts. I own and operate an event-services business which runs primarily on the weekends, allowing me to offer dog care Monday through Friday and on certain weekends as available. I am able to care for dogs according to their owner’s needs and requests. This may include administering medication, changing diapers, feeding, walking or just spending time with.

About: Had a 5 month old pup at aged 9 (also had a dominant cat) taught her basics and more over time until she needed medication due to her old age. Looked after friends senior dog which needed meds with food and their other dog that had special dietary needs including medication 3 times a day. House and dog&cat sat for friends that would go away to France for a long weekends I have plenty of time to give care and attention. I am not working at the moment and in between job maybe this is my calling we have a lot of space in the home and in the yard. We do not have any of our own pets yet, but we are talking a lot about them. We have a large 4ft fenced in grass yard and a large basement to allow for off leash freedom to play regardless of weather. Over the back fence we have active cranberry bogs with loads of open space and smells perfect for long walks. I am a fast walker and happy to cover 3-5 miles on a walk. Any fur-babies that need to stay overnight will be looked after like they are my own. I’ll send lots of pictures and make sure your pet is comfortable with as much attention as it needs.

About: I’ve always taken a special interest in animal care. I have over 20 years experience taking care of various types of pets ranging from rats to large dogs. I have worked as the lead canine educator for Petsmart as well as a sitter for friends and family. I’m new to Rover but not to pet care. I love being able to give pet parents the peace of mind knowing that their pet is safe and getting the care they need with me. I am only self employed otherwise and I enjoy working schedules that allow me flexibility to have a good work/life balance. I am able to schedule pet care around my other responsibilities. I have indoor cats. I advocate for all cats to be indoor. I do not plan on watching pets in my own home. I would prefer clients have a fence but I’m comfortable with pets on a leash.

I do not have a fenced in yard and am only able to have one pet at my house so at this time I'm unable to provide services at my house but am more than happy to provide them at your house!
