About: I’ve always had a love for animals. Growing up I had always been the go-to when it came to neighbors needing pet sitting. I’ve had years of experience with cats, dogs, and chickens! I’m comfortable feeding, walking, and playing with them. I love animals, especially dogs! I currently have a job part time at a grocery store but I never work shifts longer than 6 hours so I will be available! I’m here at your service. However you’d like for me to care for your pet, I’ve got you! What I will tell you is that they’ll be getting lots of love & playtime :)

About: I've been looking after dogs and cats since I was 12! They've ranged from my grandma's shitzu to dog sitting mastiffs! I've even watched reptiles like ball pythons and geckos. I've walked, bathed, fed, watered, and loved them the whole time. I, myself, have 2 bunnies, fish, and a ball python. All together the most dogs I've ever watched at the same time was 28! It was 5 adults dogs, one puppy the equivalent to a toddler, and 22 puppies! I am willing to go to the cape and islands for house sitting! At the moment I'm hoping that pet care will become a full-time job. At the moment I am able to do any day and any time. I, sadly, do not have a cute puppy or kitty to play with your fur baby, however it just means they get more love from me! I can lift a 75 pound dog if needed and have the resources to contain one if necessary.

“Ixia was absolutely wonderful with our Pointer/Pit mix, Crimson. This was our first time using Rover, and our first time leaving our dog for an extended period of time. (We had to take a trip out of state on short notice.) From the get-go, Ixia was very professional and attentive during our phone consultation - taking notes, checking details, learning the little intricacies of Crimson's routines. Crimson also has a torn ACL, so special care has to be taken during daily activities to ensure the injury doesn't worsen. Ixia was very reliable, responsive, and communicative with us the entire time. She was on time for every visit, sent us pictures of our pup, played with her, spent lots of time in the yard, and even went above and beyond to accommodate some extra drop-ins we hadn't originally planned. We were very impressed and thankful for the loving care that she provided our animals and by her professionalism and communication. 11/10 recommend, and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future. About: I have been caring for dogs my entire adult life. I have become the go to for dog sitting among all my friends and family, and even my work place! I have watched dogs from puppy to senior. I have experience administering medication, ensuring correct schedules with feedings, and am an expert at making sure the pet is getting all the exercise and attention they need! I also have worked with a shelter walking, caring for, and even taking for visits dogs of many breeds and ages. At this time I cannot accept bookings for female dogs over 30lbs. I work an hybrid office job Monday through Friday, 8-5. I work remotely one day a week and my partner in crime Husband works remotely 2 days, making it so we are home 3 out of the 5 days each week! When we are both in office, we are gone from 7:30am-5pm. Scheduling and time away from pet can be discussed for a pet by pet basis. Any further questions and additional details can be provided! I have a very large but fenced in yard. I have two cats who are immune to dogs and generally pretend they aren’t there when we have dog sat in the past. I also have two dogs of my own! Unfortunately at this timeI cannot accept bookings for female dogs over 30lbs, as one of my boys has a temperament against them. Male dogs of any size and smaller female dogs he adores! I am a combination of active and homebody so your pet will simultaneously get unlimited cuddles and all the exercise in my care!

About: My life has included dogs for as long I can remember and I have always seemed to read them intuitively, including “problem dogs” that others have difficulty interacting with. I have extensive personal dog handling and grooming experience over the past 25 years and have owned up to 6 dogs at a time. I currently have a 10 year old Chihuahua-mix named Kitty but I have experience training and caring for Border Collies, American Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Irish Terriers, Wire Fox Terriers, Poodle mixes, Great Danes, and a Wolf-German Shepherd hybrid. I am knowledgeable about canine body language and how to remain calm around anxious/fearful/aggressive dogs as well as how to redirect dogs from potential conflicts. I own and operate an event-services business which runs primarily on the weekends, allowing me to offer dog care Monday through Friday and on certain weekends as available. I am able to care for dogs according to their owner’s needs and requests. This may include administering medication, changing diapers, feeding, walking or just spending time with.

About: I have taken care of my family dog in many different capacities since I was 6 years old, and I enjoy walking, playing with, or just being active around all different kinds of dogs! I currently work at a middle school, so my summers, weekends, and afternoons are generally free! I also live in a pet-friendly home and a great spot for walks near the downtown New Bedford area. About: Hi! I’m Dana and I love pets! I have had dogs and cats in my family for as long as I’ve been alive. My current pup is a 8 year old chihuahua-mix rescue named Bella who is a ball of energy! I have experience with dogs of all sizes, from boxers and pit bulls to chihuahuas and dachshunds! I am available for overnight sitting in your home, dog walks, and drop in visits. I am happy to send pictures and updates from our visits to keep your mind at ease I would love to watch your dog while you are away from home, take them for walks, or just drop in for potty breaks and some quick kisses! I have always treated my pets like my children, and will do the same for yours! I work M-F until 4pm; outside of those hours I’m very flexible! I can work with you to find what schedule is best for you and your four-legged family. When caring for pets in your home, I just need a rundown of what you expect from me to make you and your pets the most comfortable. Whether it be long walks or play time in the back yard, special treats or snuggles i will do my best to make sure they are cared for in the manner they are accustomed to.

About: I have been taking care of animals in some capacity for many years. Whether it has been taking care of my own pets, dog grooming, 4H, or as a vet tech, I have always had animals in my life. I have owned many cats and dogs during my life. Now that I have more time available, I would love to take care of your animals. My home is currently pet free, but pet friendly. About: I’ve had dogs for my entire life! I’ve been dog sitting for neighbors as well as family since I was 14. I am a total animal lover and look forward to being around them. I’m also a medically focused student for those who may have an elderly dog or one that needs a little extra care or medicine administrations. I’ve also been a house sitter for families and friends in my general area for many years! PLEASE NOTE: I AM LEAVING CAPE COD AUGUST 30TH FOR COLLEGE! I am home from college for the summer. I spent my time at school dogsitting/walking and loved it and wanted to continue on at home! I work Friday-Tuesday days but I am flexible after/before my shifts as well as on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I always do my best to give the pet my undivided attention. I enjoy hanging out with the pups, whether they want to play or just want to cuddle for a bit.
