Hello, my name is Kayla! I'm 28 years old and have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. I'm an eager animal lover of all shapes and sizes. I have experience in nearly all pet care-giving situations such as feeding, walking, grooming, giving medications, etc. and always aim provide a safe, yet fun environment for your animal to thrive. I'm flexible in my scheduling and want to do my best to ease any stress you may have regarding your pet, while also making sure they're cared for beyond just the basics. The quote by W.R Purche, “everyone thinks they have the best dog, and none of them are wrong,” holds true to me as I have a genuine love for all animals that not many are lucky enough to experience. I actually have two fur babies of my own! My cat Oliver who is turning 7 this October and my dog Fiona who we just rescued last September - she’ll be 4 this fall. I’m lucky enough to have my husband at home to hold down the fort while I’m away. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, I ensure safety by always keeping dogs on the leash while outside and I have them under full supervision. Being that I am 5’10 and walk big dogs every day, I am confident in my ability to handle whatever shape/size/energy level is thrown my way. When in your home, I strive for maximum safety by following whatever normal protocols you’ve put in place. I can put your dog in their crate or playpen if needed. Aiming for comfort and safety for your animals!

Kayla sent many updates and photos. She was very conscientious about following all of my instructions which is very important because Zoey is a senior dog. I think Kayla truly enjoyed taking care of Zoey. The house was so neat, I could barely tell she was here.
THE BEST! The care and love Kayla provides to our furry family is above and beyond! The comfort our pets feel with her is so very visible in the happy updates and photos! We always come home to a smiling pup and cat!
My pups are always so happy to get a visit from Kayla! I can always count on her to get them out and about for a great walk!

Schedule
Following my graduation from UMass Amherst in 2020, I was able to slowly build my clientele and eventually turned pet sitting/walking into a full-time job! My daily schedule includes drop-ins and walks when I’m not sitting which just means I have a lot more flexibility!
