About: I started walking my next door neighbor’s Boston Terrier when I was around 10. She knew I was an animal lover, and even let me experiment with some training with her pup. This led to me getting into agility training and just general dog training, which I have started to pick back up again. I am known as the family dog sitter, as my family has a combination of Pit Bulls, Bernedoodles, and hunting breeds, so I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes and stubbornness! Aside from dogs, I grew up volunteering at shelters where I adopted my own cat when I was 15, and eventually even landed a job as a zookeeper! As far as my own pets go, I currently keep it to my cat, fish and my wonderful Bearded Dragon, Albus. From my own pets, work experience, and love of training, I really have worked with everything from lizards to rodents to dogs to elephants! One consistency throughout my experience is my love for animals, and my passion to improve the quality of their life! Specific skills: - Puppy/Adult dog training - Hoofstock care and training (goats, horses, exotics) - Reptile care I currently work from home, so I have the availability to work from wherever I need to. This also gives me the option to walk/train during my breaks. I have weekend availability as needed as well. I am able to stay over at a pet owner’s home if needed, however I prefer to host pets in my own home whenever possible. I currently have a 1 year old mixed breed who absolutely LOVES having the company! As always, your pet’s safety is my number one concern. I am trained in identifying and understanding animal behavior and will not put your animal in a position where they do not feel safe. I am also a huge advocate for leash laws and ADA regulations protecting service dogs, so these will always be respected and enforced in my care. I am a huge advocate for animal enrichment, working as a zookeeper in the past taught me how important mental stimulation is for an animal, and how when paired with proper exercise can mitigate behavioral issues in pets. About: Hi! My Name is Sam I’ve had pets my entire life and for the last four years, I’ve started caring for others I recently just joined Rover and am excited to be able to help care for more animals while their families are away. I have experience caring for puppies, dogs with special needs, and of all different sizes and breeds. Growing up, I had a Pitbull, German Shepherd, and a Chihuahua. I also grew up with a cat that had special needs and rescued a litter of kittens and provided all necessary medical care to the four kittens to ensure they were healthy and able to be adopted to great homes. From pet sitting, long or short walks, and boarding I’ve got experience with it all! My goal is to make sure your animal enjoys their stay away from home and is as comfortable as possible. I will maintain any schedules you have for your pet, administer medications if needed, and of course give your pet extra love and attention during your time away. Your pet will get lots of walks, cuddles, and attention. They have free range of the home unless requested from pet owners we do not crate any pets in our care, and we work from home your pet will never be alone! Daycare drop off and pickup hours are between 6 am and 7 pm. Any time after 7 pm would need to be booked as boarding and pickup for the following morning. I offer extended stays as well.

About: I have been taking care of dogs both large and small, young and old, for as long as I can remember! I got my first dog when I was 3 years old, and have had a dog by my side ever since! I have dog sat for friends and family members with dogs of all different breeds, backgrounds and ages. My first job as a teenager was at a local dog kennel & vet office where I learned a lot about helping a dog feel safe and comfortable while away from home! We have a dog (35lb 2 y/o golden doodle) who absolutely loves making new friends, and a cat who keeps to herself but gets along well with other animals when she does come out to play. My husband works from home and my work schedule is flexible meaning the pets are not frequently home alone. I have a very flexible work schedule paired with my husband working from home most days of the week to prevent extended time home alone for any pets. We have a dog who loves to make new friends and a cat who is comfortable around dogs but tends to keep to herself. We have a large yard and go outside with the dogs (on leash) to ensure they stay safely in the yard at all times.

About: I used to raise a pug of my own since he was born. He lived until ten and half years old and passed away in 2023 due to hemangiosarcoma. He had it growing slowly over time for few years until the end. There is not much treatments to it which was frustrating and heartbreaking. But he had lived his best life and actually lived his life to the fullest with his silly, wild, and stubborn personalty along with his three legs. He will always be my half and in my heart forever. I am sorely missing him forever. He had been taken care of with plenty of food, love, attention and toys! He met so many people, other dogs including cats! He traveled to many places because he loved to explore! His favorite thing to do is sniff every plant in the nature and mark on them! He is fond over stuffed toys. I take him to vet regularly as necessary to keep tracking on his good health. I also has a lot of experiences with medium to large size dogs before such as black lab, German sheperd, and pit bull. I believe that dogs should be treated as family members with care/love and they are so much alike us emotionally. After all, I am a crazy animal lover and love the compassion/company from furkids. Available almost 24/7. I currently work four overnight shifts a week, but I do sleep five to 8 hours and often woke up to do errands around the house to take care of everything. So, I am mostly available at all times for anything except sleep hours. I tend to sleep at 8am to 2pm or 3pm, but after I woke up, I always check to feed, refill fresh water, and take the pets to restroom and check around the house. My place is near to some parks with long trails which is great for dogs who enjoy the walk! My place have a large space in the neat wooden floor basement (first floor) which will be a great play pen! The basement have the light windows and doors to the backyard! We also have large living room with big couch which our pets love to jump around and play! As for cats, I have a large bedroom which is quiet with door locked at all times. I often access to my bedroom everyday. My cat is currently loving his cozy life in my bedroom with everything of what he have including his own famous cat tree!

The best way to know my availability is to message me once your service needs and dates are cemented. I provide a specific service accepting one dog at a time. I own a home that I work out of as well. I do a family dog style stay, rather than kennel format I do family style boarding. I can stick to your routine or we can do something different like getting your dog out for more walks. I understand how difficult it can be to find a place for your dog to feel the same security they do in your home with your family. I realize many people are adopting dogs that need strong handlers dogs that may be reactive or have social issues. I also understand how difficult it can be to find a boarder who is skilled in this area and a handler that your dog feels comfortable and confident with specifically if they are reactive with other dogs. And it is for this reason, I only board multiple dogs if they live in the same home. I will not accept a cold booking without meeting the dog first. Based on 24 hour schedule extra days past scheduled time naturally occur extra fees. I work for myself from home so I make my own schedule daily. I can adjust to any schedule. I typically have the dog on a nice regular routine while here. I care for all pets as if they were my own. I only take one animal at a time all of my repeat clients return for this reason alone.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 17 and volunteered in multiple shelters. I had a dog that I had to put down a year and a half ago and started dog sitting so I can still be around dogs without recommitting to another one before I’m ready. About: I own a house with a big and long fenced in back yard, great for fetch and playtime. I have a 95 pound chocolate lab, Hunter, and a 75 pound black lab mix, Ozzy. They love playing with each other, but absolutely LOVE guests and have no problem sharing toys. I love animals more than people, specifically dogs. I have been around dogs my entire life. My dogs are treated like my children and I would do anything for them. I keep them on a daily routine all the way down to night time when they line up to get their teeth brushed. On the rare occasion that I need someone to watch my boys, I know how difficult it is for me to leave them. But knowing how well they are cared for and how much fun they have gave me such peace of mind. Granted I still felt guilty, but I knew they were being loved so much while I was away. I want to be that person for you. I work a hybrid schedule so I'm home most of the week. On the weekends, it's ALL about them. Hunter, Ozzy, and I LOVE going for walks and going on new adventures together. We have a ton of toys here for inside and outside use. If you need to pick up later then you will be required to book an additional night. 🐶 Please submit your ESTIMATED drop off and pick up times at the time of booking so that I can make up my schedule accordingly. 🐶 I will pick up and drop off your dog(s) at your house for an additional $30 added to your booking 🐶 Meet and greets are required on the weekend before booking. Please message to set these up. 🐶 The only things your dog(s) needs is their collar, leash, food and medicines if needed. 🐶 If you feel more comfortable having them bring a special toy, bed, or anything else. Please let me know prior to arrival. 🐶 Keep in mind that I will do my best that none of their belongings get ruined, but if they do, I can't be held responsible. 🐶 Please bring a special harness or collar for walks. 🐶 If I am gone, your dog(s) will be separated from other dogs. Unless they become best of friends and it is requested they stay together. What sets me apart: 🐶 I have cameras set up in my house so that I can check in when I'm not home and also assure their safety. They notify me of movement (animal movement and human movement). I also have smart smoke detectors that will notify me, heaven forbid something of that nature were to ever happen. First responders are immediately called. 🐶 Collars come off and stay off at all times while inside my house. My dogs won't have collars on in the backyard, but if you would like yours to while outside that's fine! 🐶 Your dog(s) can sleep on furniture and have free reign. 🐶 We have a huge fenced in yard. 🐶 I am experienced in med administration. 🐶 They can have an egg mixed in with their breakfast 🐶 They will onlyever be left for a max of 4 hours at a time 🐶 We spend a LOT of time outside, no matter the weather. 🐶 I take and send a TON of pictures. 🐶 Your dog(s) are treated like my own. Everyone knows me as "that" dog mom. 🐶 I stick to your rules 100% 🐶 We can be Instagram friends for real-time videos. 🐶 Need or want something more? Let me know and we can try to arrange it! 🐶 I am very flexible and want to make sure you have peace of mind when your dog(s) are with me. I work a hybrid schedule and am home for the majority of the week. Your dog won't be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. I have cameras, smart smoke detectors and a fenced in yard. I take all collars off while indoors for safety. When it comes to meals, I make sure that the dogs rest for at least an hour before and after they go for a walk or have playtime. This helps assure to bloat happens and they can digest their food well.
