About: I've been taking care of and rescuing animals since I was a child with my grandmother. We always had all kinds of lovely creatures running around the house, including a baby raccoon that we rehabilitated and released back into the wild when it was ready to leave the nest! I have experience in caring for pets with special needs and administering meds as needed. All dogs are cared for in my home. I have a large, securely fenced in back yard. During the day, dogs are free to be outside to play in the backyard as much as they wish. All dogs sleep in large crates or X-pens in our comfortable dog room at night, or when we are not home. We have a young cavalier who would be happy to have new friends to play with. For safety, I separate dogs for feeding and if we're out of the house, although it's rare that no one is home. Guests need to like other dogs and people.
About: I have had pets since I was a kid. I had dogs, cats, birds, fish, lizards, Guinea pigs. I currently have a husky now. I have a big heart for animals. I will help take care of any dog/cat.
