About: I have experience caring for big and small dogs, including dogs with special dietary and diaper needs. I have extensive experience caring for cats, and am experienced in rodent and exotic pet care, too. I believe in bringing positivity and gentleness to your home as I care for your beloved pets! I’m very flexible! I have a kitty, hamster and fish of my own who have a regular schedule which is easy to work around. I understand the need for regularity and routine when it comes to animal care. I ensure my kitty, Finn is surrounded with creature comforts, as he is an indoor-only cat. I try to stay in tune to learn his preferences for play, food, socialization or space, etc. I am diligent about not leaving items around such as strings, small objects, bags, and other safety hazards. I monitor his food and water intake closely, and make sure to inspect his litter box contents. My hamster-Berry-gets play time with me outside of his enclosure and loves it. He used to be very shy but it coming out of his shell. He loves hard boiled eggs, meal worms, and seeds! I have a planted 10 gallon aquarium with betta, shrimp, otocinclus, and a snail. It requires regular maintenance to water quality and being in tune with the needs of each member of the community.

About: I’m a dedicated dog owner to my Miniature Poodle, Milo, so I understand the daily care, attention, and love dogs need. I have hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playtime, grooming basics, and keeping a consistent routine. I’m patient, gentle, and make sure every dog feels safe and comfortable. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and needs, and I’m very reliable with schedules and instructions. Whether your dog is energetic or prefers a calm environment, I’ll make sure they are well cared for like my own. I am available daily. I feed my dog in the morning and at night. I’ll have to ensure that no dogs fights over foods. I’ll have to put one of the dog in bathroom and another dog can eat in a room until foods are done. They can be switched. I have a yard and I can put them in crate if needed. I’ll make sure everything goes well and safe. I ensure that pets have a safe, clean space to play, rest, and eat. I follow any specific instructions from the pet parent, including feeding schedules, medication, and exercise needs. I supervise pets closely, making sure they’re never left in unsafe situations, and I provide plenty of love, attention, and mental stimulation.

About: Hi there! My name has since changed to *Romeo* as I am queer :) Ive had experience with all sorts of animals since I was a young! My heart however has always lied with dogs. Ive lived with, trained, and taken care of dogs from age 15. Professionally, I am currently a counselor at Camp Bow Wow! I’ve been working there for over a year now, learning and applying a wide range of skills. In this role I’ve learned some key skills on how to ensure companions are safe and happy: 1. Body language: I observe everything from your dog’s head to tail to minimize reactivity due to human- animal misunderstandings 2. Health indicators: although I’m not a vet, I was trained to recognize irregular symptoms a dog may be displaying such as stool texture and consistency, body temperature, excessive panting and drooling, gum color, etc. Anything your dog may be struggling with from itchy skin to something greater, I’ll notify you right away! 3. Communication: parents love hearing about their babies and seeing them happy and comfortable! By regular communication, this allows me to get clear instructions to follow, assess any changes needed in care or routine, and stay up to date in case of any rapid changes or emergencies. In addition, what sets me apart is my artistic attention to detail, which allows me to adapt to your dogs needs in a creative way. I like to challenge myself by finding ways to stimulate and enrich your dog while you are away! I’m very relaxed, quiet, and easygoing, but also spontaneous and go-with-the-flow should your dog get the zoomies! I have primarily cared for medium-sized breeds, including a Siberian Husky and an Australian Shepherd mix. I spent several years volunteering with a Humane Society, which included spending a few hours a week with skiddish and sometimes reactive dogs at adoption events. I know how to adjust my energy level and behavior to make dogs comfortable, and am experienced in reading their body language. Whether you need me for drop-in visits or walks, I’ll be sure your furry friend is given all the attention during my visit! I’m a graduate student who is finished with classes, so I have a very flexible schedule! I offer drop-in visits and dog walking. Whatever time you need me to drop in I should be able to make work. I can spend up to a few hours with your pets in one sitting, and I can also drop in multiple times in one day as needed! About: I have a lifetime of experience with pet care, which began with helping my mom run her in-home dog boarding business when I was growing up. The skills and experience that I've gained in that time enable me to provide the best possible care for your pet. I live with my girlfriend who is a veterinary technician with over 15 years of experience. Ours is a loving home, with a large, securely fenced yard. Our top priority is to keep your dog safe, feeling comfortable, and relaxed, just as they would be in their own home. I offer boarding, walks, in home visits, and more. I am comfortable giving meds, preparing special diets, and caring for puppies as well as seniors. I used to train and show dogs when I was younger, and can help get your puppy off on the right foot with house training. Dog sitting is my only job, and my flexible schedule revolves around that. I can be available at any reasonable time for pick-up and drop off appointments. I'm home almost all of the time to be with the dogs, only leaving to run brief errands when necessary. All dogs are cared for in my home. I have a large, securely fenced in back yard. During the day, dogs are free to be outside to play in the backyard as much as they wish. All dogs sleep in large crates or X-pens in our comfortable dog room at night, or when we are not home. We have a young cavalier who would be happy to have new friends to play with. For safety, I separate dogs for feeding and if we're out of the house, although it's rare that no one is home. Guests need to like other dogs and people.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs! Very much a huge animal lover, and I’m the type of person to wave to any dog/cat I see on my walks around the city. I’ve always considered my pets to be part of the family. I’ve dog sat for many family members and family friends, and I approach it with a great deal of love and respect. Back in 2023 I had to put my best friend German Shepard down, and I haven’t found it in me to get a new companion yet. I’d love to give your dog/cat some love and attention! So I work 8:30-5 every day, but I am available to walk/check in/feed your pets anytime before or after work. I’m very flexible and am willing to do what I need to do to make sure your pets are taken care of. Although I’m unable to keep an animal at my apartment in Rochester, I have a lot of experience in walking dogs, taking care of all animals, and I’m very good at following instructions and taking care of your pets the way you want.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life especially bigger dogs like German shepherds. But I recently got a black lab golden mix and would love to bring him over for a puppy play date:) I’m currently working full time but I can make a visit either before or after I get out to play with your pets and make sure they get the care they need! I actually have a little farmstead with several types of animals, including a horse, a goat, an emu, over 50 chickens and other types of fowl. I even feed some of the wildlife! Joey does all of it. I get great pics and I'm always so happy with the detailed list he leaves of all the chores and extras that he does. He even remembers things that I forget to mention sometimes! Number one call for me all the time is Joey. Besides, he gave me a very reasonable farmstead rate. I highly recommend this sitter, especially if you have animals not listed on Rover!”

About: I’ve always had a dog growing up, and dog sit frequently. I also used to work at a doggy daycare/ kennel. I will supply the right needs for them! i want them to be comfortable and happy and you knowing they’re happy I have a part time job. Mostly 4 hour shifts. Most of the time i can do what you prefer! If not i will work out a way to fulfill your needs for availability that i have down sometimes will not be accurate (i will sometimes have more free time for rover!) as far as cost i had down, if you are needing to negotiate let me know!! I prefer to come to the home and have the dog stay where they normally are so they feel comfortable in the environment. I can work with you if it’s a situation where you are having an event at your house and need your dog to be gone during the day or overnight. I will be 100% with your dog if they need to stay at my house

About: I enjoy being around dogs, as i have one of my own now, i had dogs growing up and they have always been a friend i needed. I’m always the person at the gathering that spends more time with the dog rather than people lol. I have wanted to become a veterinarian since a kid, although i grew out of that, i know my purpose is to work with the voiceless, animals. (although they have their own voice lol). I’m currently doing this for experience due to being in school full time/work. I plan on advancing my knowledge in animal behavior. I am currently working full time Friday-Sunday. I am free Monday/Thursday. Thursday is not open as a service because i am only available until 12pm. I am very aware of surroundings during dog walks and aware that dogs will be dogs. I’ve studied multiple breeds and i am one to know that some breeds react differently than others, such as my own dog. I think dogs are misunderstanding and people don’t realize they do not think like humans. It is not easy to trust someone with your furry loved one, trust your intuition. I treat others peoples pet like i would want mine to be treated, with respect, patience and love.

About: I grew up on farms in the south, so I've been around animals my whole life. I moved to Rochester specifically because of how dog friendly it is. I think dogs deserve to be treated like family because they are our family! I work from home taking care of pets is my main job. If i could fill every hour of the week with animals, I would! I give every dog the time and attention they deserve. I have a fenced in back yard and a friendly dog of my own to keep yours company.
