After losing my own dog years ago, pet sitting has become a meaningful way to fill that void and share the love I have for animals. I’m currently working full-time in a school from 8-3pm. I also care for my fiancé’s family dog about once per week. He’s a large lab mix(a big sweetie). I’ve also pet sat(dogs and cats) several times over the years, including for two male beagles who love trying to escape. I have a pretty open schedule currently, so I am flexible with time! About: Hi! My name is Cullen. I'm originally from Vermont, but I'll be spending the summer in Rochester while attending college. I have plenty of experience caring for dogs, including my own 11 year old Goldendoodle as well as sitting for friends and neighbors pets. I've cared for multiple rescue dogs at the same time for extended periods of time, and have experience working with senior and anxious dogs, so I'm comfortable handling a variety of personalities and care needs. I offer overnight stays, drop ins, and walks, and I am capable of administering medications when needed. I have experience caring for senior, rescue, and anxious dogs, so I understand the importance of minimizing the stress of both you and your pets by providing reliable care while you are away.

About: When I was in middle school, my science teacher went to the Philippines for the whole summer. I took care of her mices, dogs, guinea pigs and more. Growing up in Iowa, I have been around many animals including dogs. Also I have had friends who traveled to Europe and they had to leave their poodles, black labs and many more and trusted their dogs in my care at their home for a month or two weeks if needed when I lived in Washington state before moving to Honeoye Falls. When I dog sat, I made sure I gave medicine as instructed to the dogs as needed. I played with them, took them hiking, the beach, cuddled on the couch and learned about what they liked and don’t like and what makes them happy. I made sure that their owners were happy as well. When I was asked to come and dog sit again, the dogs would be waiting at the window waiting for my arrival. These dogs were sure happy to see me when I came back to dog sit them! I have plenty of time to play with your pups 🐶I would be available for boarding on the weekends and week days after 4pm. I would be happy to give lots of love and attention/play to your fur babies! I have a fenced yard and have two fur babies who love to socialize. I also love to spoil your dogs too! I work from home twice a week and can pet sit on the weekends as well! As for dog sitting in the client’s home I would treat your place with respect, love and care. Anything you need I will make sure that your pets receive it. I will also communicate and send pictures!

About: I've had several dogs in my life, smaller and larger dogs. I had a cocker spaniel mix when I was a kid, a collie when my kids were young, and most recently a German shepherd. Each had their own personality and I have special memories of each one of them. I have taken care of older dogs and younger dogs. I can handle the energy of younger dogs and the needs of older ones. We have always seen our pets as members of the family and I hope you will allow me to see your dog in the same way. I have friends that I have stayed at their house for a couple of weeks to spend time with their dog while they were on vacation. We went for walks twice a day and had a lot of time playing together. I work remotely in my job so I am happy to work from wherever is needed to take care of your pet. My schedule is flexible and I will work hard to accommodate the schedule of you pet. If you just need someone to come to walk your dog or just spend time with your cat, I have the flexibility in my day to do that. My first goal is to make your dog or cat comfortable with my visit. If I'm staying in your home, I will follow the routine you have set to do just that.

About: I have had pets since I was a kid. I had dogs, cats, birds, fish, lizards, Guinea pigs. I currently have a husky now. I have a big heart for animals. I will help take care of any dog/cat. I am available after 3pm weekdays due to work and all day on weekends. If I can’t come for whatever reason, such my son being sick or an appointment, my boyfriend is able too. My dog is crate trained and he goes on walks daily. I will be able to take your dog out on walks and let them run in the backyard, if you have a fenced in yard. I will feed them and play with them and keep them stimulated.
