“Remi is an anxious dog, but after this boarding experience, I noticed a big difference. He was much calmer when I picked him up, and it did not take him days to de stress like usual. When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). By the time he came home, he was happily exhausted. We are so glad we found Kimberly and highly recommend her. She is someone we will definitely continue to return to.”

“Marie was wonderful with our dog, Champ. He’s a very nervous dog and it takes a lot for him to feel comfortable with new people, but Marie was patient, kind, and took great care of him. We trust her completely and feel confident leaving Champ in her care. In fact, we already have her scheduled to watch him again! We would highly recommend Marie to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.”

“Haley and her fur babies were amazing hosts to my little blind guy Luca. Always sending pictures and updates. Thank you so much for the peace of mind I got while having him stay with you.”

“Another wonderful mini vacation for our Toby with his furry friends! Second time we've had the pleasure of having Toby stay with Gigi and we definitely give the highest recommendation knowing he's in a house filled with smiles and love. Thanks!”

“Jamie and Brian were eager to answer any questions I had and get to know Bear during our meet and greet. Jamie sent frequent updates during his stay and followed all my care instructions. Bear is usually wary of men but he did great with Brian! We will definitely be back :)”

“Rochelle and her family were fantastic in watching our dog Bernie. She communicated with us daily on how he was doing and also sent pictures. We felt very comfortable about his well being while we were away. Will definitely will use her for our future vacation plans.”

“Anthony was great with Luna. We communicated several times before her first visit and he sent pictures and messages during her visit. Luna came home tired from playing with the other dogs, which was a plus too because she loves meeting new dogs. We look forward to her staying with him on our next visit to the area.”

“Debra took excellent care of our goldendoodle Abby. She sent us pictures of Abby and she always looked as if she was right at home. Debra is very responsive and got back with me in a few minutes if I had any questions. Since we were moving to Rochester from Texas we booked her from the excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. We would not hesitate to use her again!”

“Another great experience with Lourdes. Very attentive to our dog. She kept her happy and safe. We got updates by pictures and videos throughout the entire visit. Very happy to have Lourdes and her family treat Lucy like part of their family.”

“Jenn and her family were exceptional hosts for my Harlow's stay. Harlow was loved on and cared for as much as she is in her own home here with us. We don't often board Harlow, but will not hesitate to rebook with this lovely family.”

“This is a great family home for my dog -- she loved boarding here. Aaron take all your special needs and indulgences into consideration and provides plenty of play opportunities. Just what my little doodle needs!”

“Lesley was great with Layah and took the time to make her comfortable. Would ten out of ten recommend. She was very responsive and sent updates.”

“We left our two small dogs with Alex for a three day weekend. This is the first time our dogs have not been with us and without any exaggeration, we could not have hoped for a better experience! One of our dogs has separation anxiety issues. Within a short time of being left there Alex had him relaxed and having fun playing and feeling comfortable in his unknown surroundings. We did leave both of them with Alex for a short three hour dog sitting session a few days before so it wasn’t totally unknown, this may have helped a bit. But Alex is a bit of a dog whisperer himself, and is very in tune to the dogs condition and needs. They gave us wonderful updates with videos and photos, as well as texts, keeping us up-to-date on what activities the dogs were involved with at the time. Which was very reassuring. They provide a wonderful environment for the animals.”

“This was our first time using Kristine for Cooper and he loved her. He was with her for a little over a week which was stressful but, she helped me relax by sending daily updates and pics❤️ He has been home for 24 hrs and has settled in nicely. I would recommend her!! Kristine, thank you and Frankie for having our Coopie?”

“Tetiana is always our go to person to watch Bronco when we’re out of town. This was her third time watching him, and she always provides amazing care and updates on him. We already have her booked for another stay!”

“Cara and Dan were wonderful with Murphy! They handled his quirks and kept us up to date with photos. Murphy can be an anxious dog, but he came home happy! We love that they only accept 1 booking at a time and allow the dogs to feel at home with them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cara & Dan to anyone looking for a sitter.”

“Amber was amazing! Took care of our big boy Gryffin while we were out of town. She sent frequent updates and pictures. He had a blast and I didn’t have to worry at all during the time we were gone. Would absolutely use again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Scottsville
Haley was absolutely amazing with our dog, Leia! Super responsive, showed genuine care for our pup, sent daily pictures, was flexible to needing dates adjusted. Leia also had a couple smaller medical issues that Haley was more than willing to assist/accommodate to while Leia was in her care 10/10 would recommend!

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
