“Holly was great. I would definitely use her again. She followed all instructions to the tee. I was really worried about leaving my sick boy but she made everything smooth.”

“Beth is incredible. If you’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, responsible, and who will love your fur babies like her own…. look no further. I’m so glad to have found Beth & had the amazing experience of her watching my animals while I was away (I had such peace of mind knowing she was there with them while I couldn’t be). Book Beth for the absolute best care of your pets!!”

“Faith has watched our Shiba Inus multiple times now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. She’s reliable, responsive, and truly great with our dogs—even administering medication to our elderly Shiba with no issues. Most recently, she helped us out while we were in the hospital for the birth of our son. We weren’t sure how many drop-ins we’d need or how long we’d be gone, but she was incredibly flexible and quick to respond. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our pups were in good hands. Highly recommend!”

About: Since childhood, I've been trusted to look after other people's pets. I grew up with dogs of my own, as well as animals of all kinds, so I have a lot of experience with pets of all personalities and temperaments. I also worked with a vet for three years, have a biology degree with an emphasis on animal science, and have a special needs pet myself, so I'm confident giving medications, maintaining any recovery care, or whatever else your dog may need. I'd love to be friends with your pup! I am self-employed and currently work from home most of the week, so I have some flexibility when it comes to scheduling! I am available for drop-in visits or walks Monday-Friday. As all of my services will take place in the client's home, I will follow any instructions that the client gives me in regards to pet care. It is my goal that your pet's routine is as uninterrupted as possible.

“I loved the feedback and pictures that Amy sent on her visits! She came and spent time with the cats on every visit. The cats seemed very happy with the care and attention that they received.”

“Bianca was great!!!! She updated us every day with multiple pictures and the status of our dogs and how they were doing. I felt extremely comfortable with her watching them and will definitely be contacting her again for our next trips! ?”

“Kelly was absolutely amazing!!! Constant communication and lots of pictures. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Will definitely book with her again if needed.”

“Jen kept us up to date every day which was a huge relief. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We felt good about having to leave our cat for so long with her looking after Fizgig.”

About: With years of experience caring for dogs, I stand out as a pet sitter due to my ability to also look after my clients’ plants/garden from time-to-time. My lifelong passion for animals includes providing special care for young and senior dogs, ensuring their health and happiness. My current schedule varies, but I typically work 7-hour shifts on Sundays and Mondays. On the these dates, I can manage pet care for all dogs that have a wait period to be let out 4-8 hrs. If necessary, I have the flexibility to call off work to ensure your pets are well taken care of. From Tuesday to Saturday, I have open availability, allowing me to dedicate ample time to pet care activities, such as walks, feeding, and playtime. This arrangement helps me balance work commitments while ensuring your pets receiving the attention and care they need. In caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment. I ensure to follow detailed instructions provided by the client to meet the specific needs of their dog. For instance, if a dog is anxious during thunderstorms, I am proactive in reaching out via call or text to discuss calming strategies. Additionally, I always clarify any boundaries regarding what I can handle or access in the home and to build a stronger rapport, I will arrange pre-sitting meetings with clients to better understand their preferences and to bond with their dog(s).

About: I am a stay at home mom to 2 girls, ages 4 and 5 and we recently moved to the area! My husband is in the Navy. We live in a townhouse in North Beach, MD. I have a cat that can be timid with new animals, and tends to hide until he feels more comfortable. I would love to help out with your furry family members! I hate when I have to be away from mine so I would give them tons of love so they feel comfortable and at home while you are away. I am available for all needs except for pet sitting in your home, since I have kiddos that need me at my home. Please let me know if I can help you out in any way! Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you. I am with my girls a lot this summer but they would LOVE to accompany me on visits with your pet! I will have a lot more independent time this fall once they start school. We do not have a fenced in yard but I would be happy to do as many walks as needed for your pup! Our cat can be weary with new animals but he hides and then warms up quickly.

“Wow, I cannot say enough great things about Linda. she was incredibly responsive and informative. She was punctual and sent lots and lots of pictures while she was there! Linda truly made this process so easy, it can definitely be worrisome to leave your pets in the hands of someone else, but Linda took all of those worries away. I hope we are able to utilize Linda’s services again in the future, she is extremely trustworthy!”

About: I have had a dog I my life as long as I can remember and while when I was younger I may not have given all the care I loved them as much as I could. I have had my own pup, Deacon, for over a year and have treated him as my child and he is very spoiled (but who’s dog isn’t). I have recently trained him as a pschiatric service dog and while training is always going to be a work in progress he is doing wonderfully. I would love to meet and take care of your dog whenever you need and would treat them as if they were my own! I am currently a college student taking primarily evening classes so will typically be available any day during the week from 12-4 and anytime on the weekends I have a very friendly and energetic dog who loves going on walks and to the dog park and would love to have you pup join us. At home I make sure they are fed when scheduled (for mine 2 times a day) and always have a full water bowl. I take them out for potty breaks 3-4 times a day as needed and will play or chill inside with them as they want.

About: I have had dogs, cats, birds etc my entire life and can take care of any kind of pet young, old, special needs. I currently have a rescue dog named Zena (age 1) and a siberian forest cat named max (age 5) and they get along well with all other animals. I am also fully vetted by the A Darrah Bully Bull Rescue as I've adopted and volunteer for the rescue. I work Monday-Friday during the day and home in the late afternoon/ early evenings so weekends are best for boarding but if your dog is crate trained I can take during the week. Able to do drop in care early mornings and evenings during the week and anytime on the weekends. I have a fenced in yard with a friendly dog and cat at home. Zena would love a playmate or buddy to walk with or swim in her little pool.

About: I have had breeds of all shapes and sized my entire life. I care for my 2 year old border collie and I have experience handling cats as well. I want to make your pets feel at home even when you are away. I would want the best from my boy when I am away, so I want to provide that service to others! I am full-time employee so I can stop in before and after work on weekdays, and I am free weekends for endless playing ! (I can stay in the evening during the week until around 8-9) I am very respectful of other people’s spaces and would be happy to meet your animal where they are! I do NOT offer boarding currently.

About: My passion and intuition is enough to set my care apart! I have been trained previously at a luxury boarding facility on dog and cat behaviors/temperaments, body language, breeds, and how to respect and communicate with them. I believe it is so important to make a pet feel safe in their own space and that even one bad interaction is detrimental to the wellness. I am only employed part time at a coffee shop and the hours are limited. I do not mind early mornings or late nights. I have my own vehicle for transportation and pet accessibility if necessary. I reflect exactly the habits for my pets wellbeing and as requested. It is of upmost importance to me to keep them cared for as a family member clean space to sleep eat and use the potty. Our dogs are kennel trained at night but able to sleep out if needed. I am comfortable with any variety of care even if it is a long list I love to be informed of routines.

About: Promo Code for $20 off first time booking for Pet Owners new to Rover- AMANDD61392 Friends and Family call me the animal whisperer. I have had a dog/dogs my whole life. I'm currently not working full time, so for any boardings that are on week days or weekends, you and your fur babies are good to go. I will update when my work schedule changes. I have a fenced yard and can easily crate dogs if needed. Any animals would have free range of the house and the yard. Your babies are my babies while I am taking care of them.

“Chloe is a sweet, loving, and patient lady. She has been around animals all her life. Chloe officially started walking and caring for the pets of others at the age of 12. I haven’t met any animal that doesn’t like her after they have met. I would highly recommend Chloe to assist you in taking care of your dog.”

Amanda D.
“Amanda is an animal-lover through and through and an excellent choice for a pet sitter. She looked after my beloved senior dog many a time and I trust her completely. My pup was not only cared for (including a medication regimen and particular diet) but loved and well attended to. This girl would have ten dogs if it was feasible--she absolutely loves animals. She's also a bit of a neat freak: great in-home sitter if you're going out of town. Would highly recommend.”
