About: I have had breeds of all shapes and sized my entire life. I care for my 2 year old border collie and I have experience handling cats as well. I want to make your pets feel at home even when you are away. I would want the best from my boy when I am away, so I want to provide that service to others! I am full-time employee so I can stop in before and after work on weekdays, and I am free weekends for endless playing ! (I can stay in the evening during the week until around 8-9) I am very respectful of other people’s spaces and would be happy to meet your animal where they are! I do NOT offer boarding currently.

“Faith has watched our Shiba Inus multiple times now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. She’s reliable, responsive, and truly great with our dogs—even administering medication to our elderly Shiba with no issues. Most recently, she helped us out while we were in the hospital for the birth of our son. We weren’t sure how many drop-ins we’d need or how long we’d be gone, but she was incredibly flexible and quick to respond. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our pups were in good hands. About: I have had dogs, cats, birds etc my entire life and can take care of any kind of pet young, old, special needs. I currently have a rescue dog named Zena (age 1) and a siberian forest cat named max (age 5) and they get along well with all other animals. I am also fully vetted by the A Darrah Bully Bull Rescue as I've adopted and volunteer for the rescue. I work Monday-Friday during the day and home in the late afternoon/ early evenings so weekends are best for boarding but if your dog is crate trained I can take during the week. Able to do drop in care early mornings and evenings during the week and anytime on the weekends. I have a fenced in yard with a friendly dog and cat at home. Zena would love a playmate or buddy to walk with or swim in her little pool.

“Ashley was great! We were here in the area traveling in our RV visiting the DC area. We wanted someone to come walk and feed Rascal so we could spend a full day exploring downtown DC and the surrounding area. Ashley covered for us every day. Rascal is not used to spending long periods of time alone so Ashley was a blessing. She fed him and took him on a long walk every visit. We felt so good to know Rascal was being cared for by Ashley. She treated them like they were her own, sent thoughtful photo updates throughout their stay, and made sure they felt right at home, even letting them sleep in bed with her. “Lovely couple with a baby and a toddler. Buffy had to warm up to Parker, their German Shepherd but I hear it went well. Tyler and wife watched Buffy on a holiday, July 4th. “WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”
