“if you are first time user of Rover, this review is for you. We had to leave Michigan for a week and our dog does not tolerate kennels very well at all. All of our options for watching our dog in our home (family, friends) were unavailable. So we turned to Rover and to Taylor. We were so nervous! But aside from diligently dropping in to care for our dog three times a day, Taylor did something so extra special: at our meet and greet, Taylor expertly helped us navigate the Rover online process - precise, scheduling, etc. Taylor is the perfect advocate for Rover! Our dog got to spend the week in her own home, and Taylor was a superstar.
