Over: I have been helping my friend to take care of their dog during their away times. She really likes to play with me and talk. I am working parttime so I am flexible to take care of dogs. Usually in the afternoon I can pick up the dog, morning is also possible. I live in apartment and it’s a closed safe environment. Suitable for cats and small dog to stay. I have a car, this is easy for me to visit clients home when needed.

Over: I have had a dog ever since I was 10 years old (Norfolk terrier, Beagle, Labradoodle) and have experience with dogs from neighbours and family. I am writing a literature thesis currently, for my studies. This is do at home so I am very flexible in time, and would be able to travel to your house. I make sure to keep them company and provide the care they need. For overnight stays, I have respect for the house rules of the owner’s and how they want their dog to be taken care of.

Over: Growing up with a dog I've always loved and valued any sort of animals. Nowadays I unfortunately don't have a pet of my own but occasionally pet sit. I speak both Dutch (Native) and English I currently have a lot of free time as I've just finished my studies. I would love to spend it with something I love, pets. I value other people's property and am pretty neat and tidy. I obviously don't mind cleaning up after a pet either and making sure the place is nice and clean when you return.

Over: Hi! My name is Lesley. I have a nearly 10-year-old dog named Ermao, who now lives with my parents. He is incredibly cute and sweet, and we all love him so much. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in caring for dogs. I have also had the opportunity to take on some dog-walking and daycare requests, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Spending time with dogs, playing with them, and taking them on walks brings me so much joy.
In addition to dogs, I have some experience caring for cats as well. I took care of my friend's cat for two months, ensuring he was well-fed, comfortable, and happy.
 Recently, i just finished a fostering dog for nearly 3 months, I'm so happy to see him find the forever home! So I have more availability and would love to spend meaningful time with animals. I am passionate about their well-being and truly enjoy bonding with them. I look forward to new opportunities to care for and have fun with these wonderful companions! My place is a 28 square meter studio, it is more suitable for daycare of small and medium-sized dogs. It has a very comfortable environment for them to play and rest.

“Jighen and i met Vanessa and after 5mins i could see that my dog was already comfortable with her. That rarely happens couse he really needs time to get along with people. After the walk i showed her some exercises she needed to do with him couse he has issues with his hip and it went great, he was more patient with her then with me. Over: I have grown up with dogs, cats, and horses. I am very good with senior animals and making things accessible for them. I just worked with rescue horses and massage therapy for horses. I really love taking care of animals! I am available for boarding on the weekends and some days during the week. That depends on my freelance schedule as a dance and theatre teacher at the universities for the arts. If you ask me three days in advance, I will know my availability. I can adapt to the needs of your pet. I am in a flat on the 5th floor with a balcony. We can take a lift downstairs where there is a big grass area for walking and playing away from the street and with a leash for safety.

Over: I have been in love with dogs since I was 12 but I could never have mine so I love to take care of lovely dogs. I trust them more than humans. I will be quite flexible in the summer. Mainly not available on weekends and won't be in Amsterdam from the middle of a guest till the 5th of September I can not host the dog in my place but I am open to taking care of them in their places one of my best I is a vet so I always try to update myself in conversation with him.

Over: I’ve always had a passion for cross-training animals, especially dogs and cats. Whether they’re young or old, I find that I can build strong bonds with them. My approach focuses on understanding their unique personalities and needs, which helps foster trust and connection. I love finding creative ways to engage them through play and training, ensuring they feel enriched and comfortable. My experience has shown me that with patience and love, any cat can become a cherished companion. Animals require fixed punctuality and times - not as leisure as us. Routines to potty breaks and feeding times are important followed by love and general care. I tend to be vigilant like I would for a child. Keeping on top of dietary needs and being sure to “puppy-proof” in a proactive and regulated way is critical. Especially with older animals being sometimes more sensitive or requiring more awareness - I try to communicate in such a way that our fur babies communicate comfortably with me what it is they need always.

At most 2 dogs at a time, so I can devote more quality time to them.

Over: I have always had furry friends next to me ever since I was little, I currently have 3 cats of my own at home in Mexico and they are the loves of my life. I know how important it is to feel safe when leaving your furry friend in a new place, please know that for me it’s extremely important that both you and your furry feel comfortable at all times! :) I am a full time student which means my schedule can fluctuate a bit, my schedule will always be up to date and house sitting is possible no matter my schedule! I will always ensure I can give my full attention and best service to your beloved furry friend! Over: I’ve taken care of my cat Pim since I was very little. This year I went on an exchange year in Wyoming (USA) and also took care of 3 dogs. Oso and olive (two big mountain Bernese dogs) and ginger (a lovely golden retriever). I really love both cats and dogs. I am working part time at the Amsterdam castle (Muiderslot) at the moment. And am looking for a fun job I can do besides working there. I love animals so I figured this would be a really fun job for me. I loveeeeee dogs. I love cuddling and playing with them. Oso, olive and ginger are my favs. I also love cats! I’ve owned cats my whole life. I love playing with Pim, my red cat.

Over: Ik hou van wandelen en doe dat sowieso regelmatig. Buiten zijn houdt me mentaal gezond. Ik ben ook een behoorlijk actief persoon, dus hondenuitlaten is de perfecte baan voor mij :-). Ik werk vaak thuis, dus ik ben vrij flexibel met locaties en werktijden tijdens de week en in het weekend. I am working often from home so can combine it with dag walking easily. Ik heb een grote woonkamer waar de dieren verblijven. Ik werk regelmatig vanuit huis en ben flexibel. Daarom kan ik werk combineren met het oppassen op honden en katten. Voor een korte speelpauze heb ik ook een tuin waar we kunnen spelen en van de zon kunnen genieten in de zomer. Ik ben heel kieskeurig met voedsel, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat ik je hond geen menselijk voedsel geef. Indien nodig kan ik medicijnen toedienen of hun tanden poetsen. Ik zorg alleen voor volledig gevaccineerde dieren. Mijn huishouden bestaat uit mezelf, mijn partner en onze 5-jarige dochter. Ze is gewend aan katten en houdt van honden, maar is een beetje bang. Ik zou haar graag willen laten zien dat honden lief zijn, zodat ze haar angsten kan overwinnen. Ze is lief voor honden waarmee ze al vertrouwd is, en geduldig en kalm.
