Kevin was the most thorough Rover sitter I’ve worked with! Him and his partner made sure my doggy felt comfy by meeting their dog first. I loved that they knew who and where my vet was and obtained permission to bring her in case of an emergency. My Shiba Inu was very sweet and calm when I picked her up which says a lot. I’ll highly recommend for any dog sitter!

Our dog Buster is naturally shy and can be a bit nervous in new environments, but Meichen and Tyler made him feel right at home. From the start, they were patient, gentle, and clearly experienced with dogs who need a little extra time to warm up. We received lots of adorable photo updates throughout his stay, along with thoughtful messages letting us know how he was settling in and how his comfort level was improving. It really put our minds at ease! Their home and yard are lovely. Clean, safe, and conducive to pups. You can tell they’re true dog parents at heart, and it shows in the incredible care and attention they give! On top of all that, their rates are extremely reasonable for the quality of care they provide. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommend!

It was super easy to coordinate with Robert and Jen. First off, they asked good questions about Booster to ensure they were a good fit, which I really appreciate. They were also very communicative and sent lots of pics during his stay 🩷 He’s a senior pup on a couple meds so it’s hard not to worry about him but I’m thankful for their level of care and patience.

Xiaoting and Xiao were responsive and very caring with my dog. They sent numerous updates and photos while they watched him, and he clearly had a great time with them. I would gladly use their services again.

Channah is absolutely amazing! My dog, Daisy, is really nervous in new situations & Channah made her feel so comfortable & cared for & safe and secure and loved. If Channah wanted to watch her again in the future, I’d go back to Channah in a heartbeat! : )

Shuai is by far the best Rover host we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, it was clear how much he genuinely cares about the dogs he hosts. He was very considerate on the intake process, even coming to meet our dog Moe in person before confirming the booking. Shuai took detailed notes, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure Moe would be a great fit for his home and his other dogs. That level of preparation gave us so much confidence right from the start. Already this review is sounding overly gushy to me... but trust me the care was so good! Shuai’s setup is absolutely ideal for dogs. His huge 2-acre backyard is fully enclosed with brand-new fencing. Since Moe is quite active this was really ideal. He took Moe running with a few other dogs, and Moe had tons of opportunities to play outside. Shuai is also very thoughtful about how he manages the dogs in his care. He separates them during feeding which is great because Moe is a lackluster eater and he keeps a close eye on interactions to make sure playtime stays fun and positive. What really stood out was how much individual attention Moe received. Shuai gave him constant supervision and care, making sure he had the perfect mix of exercise, play, and downtime. It was clear that Shuai treats every dog like his own, and Moe came home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. The communication was also outstanding. Shuai sent us a steady stream of photos and updates, which completely put our minds at ease while we were away. While I don't need so many photos I constantly heard my wife laughing and saying how great of a time Moe was having, it was really nice to not be guessing how he was doing. On top of his already 5-star service, Shuai even offered drop-off and pickup which we were the secret hidden bonus. We got back from our trip and Moe just showed back up. It was super. All in all, this was hands down our best Rover experience yet. Shuai sets the standard for what a great host should be—caring, attentive, responsible, and completely invested in every dog he takes in. We couldn’t recommend him more highly, and Moe will definitely be visiting again!

Kim was amazing at watching our pup! From the moment we met she asked all the right questions. It was obvious she has experience. Kim kept us updated with photos and message the whole time. I can tell my dog was genuinely happy with her. My family and I are very happy with Kim. She has become our go-to dog sitter.

Santina took great care of Wesley! They went on long walks and she welcomed him into her home. He was immediately comfortable with Santina and her household and I knew when I dropped him off he would be well taken care of

Natasha was amazing! She was professional, kind, flexible, and made my dog Sammy feel right at home. I received a quick update right after drop off and I was immediately put at ease seeing my dog so relaxed and comfortable there. Frequent updates and photos were also a bonus to see how Sammy was enjoying his stay. Would definitely book again, thank you Natasha!

Kayla was very friendly. She was also flexible when we had to extend our pick-up time. I would definitely use her again.

Harley was so happy with Pam and family. They took care of him like he was their own, and we will definitely be back!

Sam did an awesome job watching our Samoyed Walker for the weekend, he was available last minute and was super communicative and helpful! Definitely will use again.

Jackie was amazing. She took great care of my pups. She sent updates everyday and made sure my doggies were well fed and one took his medications everyday. I would have Jackie watch my pups again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Jackie!
