About: I have been around cats and dogs since I was a child. I love being around animals whether it’s to play, to provide them food (or treats!), medication, a clean litter box, a walk, or just a human to hang out with! My sweet cat just recently passed away. She had various health issues, so I’m aware what it takes to give them what they need. I also have experience with giving them medication. I work remotely most of the time which allows me to be flexible of when I can be available for house visits for your pets. I will follow your instructions on how to care for your pets. I will send you multiple photos before I leave each visit with your pets.

About: I have recently lost my 14.5 year old husky who enjoyed walks every day and all the Rover dogs that stayed with us in the past with Rover boarding. I have recently added service to stay in the pet owners home as well. I love the responsibility of caring for, feeding, cleaning up after and watching dogs socialize and simply enjoy life. One of the most memorable experiences of my childhood is when our golden retriever had 11 puppies. When they were several weeks old, my Mom agreed to bring in one or two for show and tell to my fourth grade class. She couldn't decide which ones to bring and much to my surprise (as well as my classmates), she brought in all 11! I'd love to care for your pet! I work full time during the week primarily remotely. My weekends are for the most part dedicated to caring for various pets. I have lots of love and attention to give to your pet. I have several years of Rover boarding experience and have recently added service to care for pets in their own homes as well. I am very calm, considerate and safety conscious and can't wait to meet your pet.

About: I am a self-described "childless cat lady" who is an equal opportunity lover of animals. I specialize in caring for senior dogs and cats of all ages. I currently have 3 senior pets (one dog and two cats) and I am an approved foster for Old Dogs New Digs, an organization that focuses on finding homes for senior pets in need. I have extensive experience caring for pets with special needs. My previous cat, Clark, was with me from kittenhood until he passed at 16 from cancer. During this final few years, I administered twice daily thyroid medication, kidney supplements, prescription diets and managed his arthritis. I also manage all of these same issues with my current pets. Because of this experience, I have attuned my intuition and understanding of the subtle ways pets communicate with us to express their needs. I know how stressful it can be to leave a pet with specific medical needs in somebody else's care and I am committed to providing that ease of mind for others with special-needs pets. I work full-time from home, so I am available for pets who need extra potty breaks, specific medication needs, or may have trouble being alone for long periods of time. I do go into an office once a week, but I am rarely away for more than 6 hours. We can discuss any specific care needs your pet has and make arrangements for that time. At lunch and in the evenings, we spend time on walks or hanging out in the yard. Nighttime is for couch snuggles on my big sectional! Please note: for all housesits, I bring my dog Luke with me for the entirety of the stay as I am his only caretaker. He is very laid back, likes other dogs, and has no potty issues. I will also keep him off your furniture and vacuum at the end of my stay. However, keep in mind that he is not hypoallergenic. Luke does not come with me for drop-ins or dog walks. I live in a two-story condo with my friendly, laid-back dog, Luke, and two friendly, dog-savvy cats. We have access to a large, shared yard on a quiet cove. While the yard is not fenced, it is set back and abuts trails. There's a great spot for swimming nearby if your dog likes the water! I do have stairs, so please let me know if your dog has mobility needs and we can work together on a solution. I utilize many rugs for my own dog to be senior-friendly. Your dog is welcome to sleep in bed with me, or on their own bed or in a crate. My experience fostering has taught me a lot about what dogs need when they are in a new environment. Special care will be given to make sure they are as happy as possible while you are away.

About: I grew up with a menagerie of animals (of all kinds -- from dogs and cats to hamsters and toads). I currently have two cats of my own, Honeybee and Calliope (I'd love to have dogs too but it's hard when you're renting). For a few years, I volunteered at The Scratching Post, a cat cafe/adoption center that regularly had 12-14 cats. Between taking care of my parents', siblings, and friend's animals, I have found that really most animals love me and I have a secret talent of being able to trim the nails of animals I just met (came in really handy at the cat cafe!!). I've never met an animal I don't like and I will happily meet your pets' needs-- I'm not above rolling around on the ground, handfeeding a pet who isn't feeling good, etc. I currently work full time but have a pretty flexible schedule that can allow me to pop out during the day with enough notice and some flexibility, and I am pretty much always available on the weekends. I am that kind of quintessential pet person who will treat your pet like my own family, give them kisses, etc. If you are someone like me who worries about other folks taking care of your babies and if they will treat them like "just animals" or if they will treat them with the same care and understanding of how important they are to you, I'm your person. I am mature, educated (have a master's degree in education), and respectful, and again, a true animal lover and long time pet parent myself.

About: Hi, my name is Kerri. Are long hours at work, events, or dates leaving your pets sad and lonely? Then book them a visit or walk with me! I love walking, playing fetch, rubbing bellies, and receiving lots of sloppy kisses. I have two amazing Boston Terriers named Stella and Luna that are my world! Most would say they get treated better than our children. My love for animals (especially dogs) started at a very young age. Throughout my life I’ve had dogs of all sizes, cats, bunnies, birds, hamsters, and horses! It truly makes my heart happy when I’m spending time with animals. Seeing animals thrive and enjoy their life to the fullest always brings a smile to my face. I am confident handling all sizes of dogs. Safety is my top priority when it comes to walking and play sessions with your pets! I can also administer medications if necessary, easily recognize problems or concerns with pets, and even know the Heimlich maneuver. About: Being a sitter allows me to spend time with one of my favorite animals. I am very responsible and enjoy the company of all sorts of dogs. I love to run so if you have an energetic dog who loves to run I’m down. I also have a car I can take dogs in to local parks and dog parks. Dogs are such great companions and they deserve to have a good time outside and have attention. I would not mind taking care of puppies either. I had a dog with big anxiety while taking baths and meeting new dogs. I’ll always be by there side to have a fun time! I have one adorable frenchie who loves to play and needs constant attention. I bring her to the park everyday. She’s a great companion when I am at home and off doing errands. So finding time for new dogs will never be a problem. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make sure a dog is comfortable and safe in my home. I have a tub for baths and cleaning supplies form my own dog. They will be in great hands.

About: Our family cared for a wire-haired griffon for 14 years. Her name was Pema, and the kids loved her, but since I was the Mom, I was the one who trained her and took her for walks every day. She was well-trained, and therefore, well-behaved. When I was young, a long time ago, we always had a dog in the house, a German short-haired pointer, and then a golden. I love taking dogs for walks, and knowing they are having a great time in the fresh air, able to run and sniff and explore. I love going to Shelburne Bay, Shelburne Farms and the Ti Haul trail. I enjoy talking directly to the dogs I care for, and establishing that special bond so they know I will take good care of them. I’m currently in school and want to establish myself as a dog walker in the area to provide some income during the time I’m enrolled. Safety: your dog will always be on a leash unless you request otherwise. I carry treats in case I need to distract your puppy away from another dog or person. I always use a calm, firm voice.

About: I have had lots of experience taking care of animals. As I was younger I learned how to take care of my family’s senior cat who needed a lot of help! This was in addition to helping out with other cats, dogs, and puppies owned by friends and family! I also have some experience working at an animal hospital, so I have a pretty good understanding of how to give medications to animals as well. Currently I have two 7 years old cats that I raised from when they were 5 weeks old and very sickly unfortunately, so they still need a lot of care. Taking care of animals brings me so much joy and I can’t wait to meet yours! I currently am an online student part-time at Great Bay Community College, so I do have plenty of free time that I want to put towards caring for animals. My schedule is currently pretty flexible, and I would be happy to work with clients and their schedules. I think trust is very important especially when letting someone into your home and caring for your pets!
