About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. Since I was young, I’ve had a genuine love for all kinds of animals, from dogs and cats to more exotic pets. I truly believe every animal deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and proper care. I currently have two dogs of my own, one rescue and one I’ve raised since a puppy. They are a huge part of my life, and caring for them has taught me the importance of trust, consistency, and understanding each animal’s unique needs and personality. As a pet caregiver, my goal is to provide the same level of love, attention, and quality care that I would want for my own pets. I currently work nights as a registered nurse, which gives me daytime availability throughout the week to provide attentive and reliable pet care. I am available daily during daytime hours for walks, drop-ins, and quality time with your pets to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Due to my work schedule and commute, I am generally unavailable after 5 PM and overnight, but I work 3 days per week which allows me 4 days to provide care. The days that I work each week do vary, so feel free to contact me for specifics. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and fully present during the time I spend caring for each pet. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I understand how important it is to trust someone caring for your pets and being in your home, so I strive to provide dependable, respectful, and attentive care at all times. Because I have a dog at home who is not comfortable around other dogs, I currently focus on dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting in clients’ homes rather than boarding. I believe many pets are most comfortable in their own familiar environment, where they can maintain their normal routine and feel secure while their owners are away. I always take the time to learn each pet’s individual needs, personality, routines, and any safety concerns to ensure they receive personalized care. About: I have always lived with pets! :) I grew up with dogs Ella and Koikkie when I was little, and loved walking and playing with them. In college I couldn't have a dog, but I did get my first cat, Oliver. He was more or less feral when we found him but with lots of love and food, he became a lap cat with a happy home on a farm. Two years ago I moved to Ithaca, and have two 3-year old Siberian cats, Nadja and Moose. They need a lot of exercise and play which includes taking them out on leashes to walk around the block. I also frequently cat sit for my friends who have a mix of young and old cats. I'm currently working part-time 5 days a week. I am available for weekend pet-sitting and short visits during the week. I work until 3pm on weekdays, and am available at most times on the weekend. I am more than happy to stay in your home with your pet, and would love to give them treats and attention. I love spending time with pets and can send you daily photos at their cutest moments :)

“Rachel is the best! She took great care of our cats while we were out of town. She also went above and beyond by vacuuming near the litter box and the pine needles from the Xmas tree. She collected mail and a package too and brought them inside. And, she even cleaned up after our one cat who loves to eat pine needles and then throw them up (ugh). This is our second time having Rachel take care of the cats and I look forward to having her back the next time we’re away. Thank you Rachel!!”

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I am around animals as much as I can and love committing myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them. I would love to be able to take them wherever they are happiest while we are together! I grew up with a small Bichon named Cookie and hope to have many more dogs in the future! I'm currently staying in Ithaca for the summer and will continue here for a couple more years! Over the summer most days are flexible; though in June I’m away most weekends and work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I won't be able to bring any dogs back to my house, but I'm more than happy to stop by your house to take out your dog, take them for walks, play, and just provide valuable company when you're not able to.

I have experience administering oral and topical medication to pets, have cared for senior pets, and know how to safely remove ticks. I love hiking and will make sure your energetic pup gets all the exercise they need! I have a car and am happy to bring animals along on adventures. I am a student with a flexible schedule and a car to get me and your animals to where they need to go! Overnight stays are easy for me to do and I often have time for long walks. About: Hi, I’m Katie, and I’ve been taking care of dogs my whole life. My family has 6 dogs total, from a Chihuahua to Pit Bulls, so I’m quite familiar with taking care of different sizes, ages, and breeds. I also have experience taking care of senior dogs with special needs, as I used to own a blind and deaf dog. I’m happy to pet sit overnight or just take your dog on a walk! I’m definitely a homebody, so your pet can have my undivided attention. It would genuinely make me so happy to take care of your dog, please feel free to reach out! I’m currently working part-time and taking classes remotely, so I’m almost always home. My work days are on the weekends, but on weekdays I am completely free! About: I have had Pets my entire life and have taken care of them since I can remember. I take care of family friends Dogs and Cats. I’ve house sitter for them and taken their dogs for walks for years. I love treating each pet with the same level of love they would get from their owners since they aren’t there. About: I have lived with dogs my whole life, starting my animal loving journey. I had such a great time that I went into farm animals, and eventually got my own cats! I don’t discriminate from dogs, cats, pigs, cows, fish, or anything else. I am an organized care taker, being able to maintain strict medical care schedules and creating fun enrichment. I have a flexible schedule, with early mornings, afternoons, and evenings available. Weekends are on the table too! I will be starting my masters in August, so then my schedule will be a bit more 9-5, still leaving large availability for your fur baby.
