He was able to get our dog’s trust from day one and make them feel okay while we were away. Our flight was delayed by about 10 hours and he stayed with our dogs extra time to make sure they were able to eat dinner and be taken out one more time before we got home. About: I grew up with cats but have gotten lots of puppy-love taking care of the pups of neighbors, family and friends! I am patient and take the time to meet dogs where they're at, whether that's running around the lawn or lazy belly rubs on the floor. I believe in respecting pups and kitties alike, and am always careful to watch body language and learn their boundaries so that we both have the best experience possible. I have chronic pain that can flare up without warning; I am receiving treatment that has made those flare-ups much rarer, so there should be no issues when it comes to caring for your furry friend, but if there ever is a hiccup I will communicate promptly and clearly. When taking care of any pet I like to write down any and all notes on the pets' care routine and preferred habits in the home so I can make sure they are comfortable as possible while their normal humans are out and about.

About: I have always lived with pets! :) I grew up with dogs Ella and Koikkie when I was little, and loved walking and playing with them. In college I couldn't have a dog, but I did get my first cat, Oliver. He was more or less feral when we found him but with lots of love and food, he became a lap cat with a happy home on a farm. Two years ago I moved to Ithaca, and have two 3-year old Siberian cats, Nadja and Moose. They need a lot of exercise and play which includes taking them out on leashes to walk around the block. I also frequently cat sit for my friends who have a mix of young and old cats. I'm currently working part-time 5 days a week. I am available for weekend pet-sitting and short visits during the week. I work until 3pm on weekdays, and am available at most times on the weekend. I am more than happy to stay in your home with your pet, and would love to give them treats and attention. I love spending time with pets and can send you daily photos at their cutest moments :)

About: I’ve taken care of all different kinds of pets from one hundred pound dogs to chinchillas and reptiles. I was lucky enough to grow up in a neighborhood with lots of animals and found great joy in taking care of them. As a kid I volunteered at my local shelter and saw first hand how each animal has a different story. Above all I love pets and understand what your pet means to you. I am college student with a flexible schedule. I am available weekends and weekdays and can work with you and your schedule to make sure your pet gets the care they need. I prioritize quality walks and play time. I care about your pets well being and understand that meaningful one on one attention helps them feel safe and happy. I make an effort to be fully present during our time together, creating a calm and intimate experience tailored to each pet’s needs.

About: I grew up in a household full of animals and have been pet sitting for neighbors for as long as I have been old enough. I've had dogs, guinea pigs, a rabbit, chickens and numerous other small creatures who I have loved over the years. My profile picture is of my parent's golden doodle! About: I’ve had pets my entire life, whether it be dogs, cats, or chickens. I’ve been the go-to sitter in my neighborhood for the past several years, providing boarding, overnight care, and potty breaks. I have experience dealing with all kinds of pets and am frequently called to sit for one dog that is unable to tolerate anyone but myself and his owners in his home. I strive to make every visit something your little family members look forward to as the highlight of their day. I am currently a full-time student commuting between my home and Ithaca college. With only a few classes per day and access to a car, I am available to check on your pets several times throughout the day and provide overnight care every weekday. I have experience caring for all types of pets overnight, whether they’re one for nighttime zoomies or nervous nightmares. I’m prepared to accommodate your pets with anything they need to make their time with me enjoyable. During the day, I will be able to provide long walks, frequent playtimes, and transport to the dog park or any other fenced in areas, if that’s what your pet likes most.
