He can have separation anxiety and go on hunger strike, but we felt secure leaving him with Heidi who made sure he enjoyed all his meals. You can tell Heidi really loves animals and our guy was brought back to us happy and healthy. Plus he made some new doggy friends at the day care. We will be back!”

Ashley and her family take excellent care of Dudley and his quirks: he comes back to us in great shape and obviously enjoys his stay with them and their sweet dog Wally. ZuZu is usually a pretty anxious traveler so I was relieved that staying at a new house for a minute didn’t add to her stress. About: I've cared for dogs of different sizes over the years and I love to cuddle, walk, and pamper pups. We have a fenced in back yard and I like to take long walks with dogs if they're up for it. We have a 4 year old boxer/hound mix who is sweet with people but not great with other dogs. We keep him away from guest dogs, there's lots of room in the house for each dog to have their own space and still get lots of love from me and the family. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I take breaks through the day to care for puppies, whether that's a quick potty break, fun walk, or play time with balls and toys. When boarding, I make sure pups get any meds they need, plenty of time outside, and snuggles on the couch (if they're the snuggling type). I know some dogs need longer or shorter walks, and I make adjustments based on what they need.

Currently caring for three dogs, ranging from a two-year-old Labradoodle to a 13-year-old maltipoo, I have valuable firsthand knowledge of dog behavior, needs, and handling different temperaments.
