About: As a former nurse, I’ve carried my passion for caregiving into a second calling—caring for your beloved furry family members. I offer quality, loving, and enriching care at a reasonable price. While I now live in a comfortable condo with two friendly resident pets, your dog will enjoy daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. Without a yard, our time outdoors becomes intentional and enriching—with regular walks, fresh air, and one-on-one attention that keeps your dog mentally and physically engaged. Your pet becomes part of our small, loving pack and, more importantly, part of our family. Trusting someone with your dog isn’t just about the space—it’s about heart, understanding, and connection. With years of caregiving experience and a deep respect for animal behavior and needs, I strive to offer peace of mind to every pet parent who entrusts me with their companion. 🐾 Morning Cuddles (7:00 am): Wake up to a wagging tail and lots of love. Begin the day with some warm snuggles. 🐾 Breakfast Time (8:00 am): We serve up their favorite meal provide by you, ensuring fresh water is always available. 🐾 Playtime (10:00 am): Engage in some fun indoor or garden play – perhaps a game of fetch or tug-of-war. 🐾 Midday Nap (12:00 pm): Let them rest and recharge. Maybe even sneak in a little snooze together on the couch. 🐾 Afternoon Walk (If your pup is able) (3:00 pm): A short wander to stretch those paws and enjoy the sunshine. 🐾 Cuddle and Chill (4:30 pm): Sit back, relax, and maybe watch a movie together. Perfect bonding time. 🐾 Dinner Time (6:00 pm): Fill up that bowl with more nutritious goodies. 🐾 Evening Playtime (7:00 pm): One last play session, because why not? 🐾 Bedtime Cuddles (9:00 pm): Tuck them into bed, or let them snuggle beside you, and drift off dreaming of tomorrow’s adventures together. Every dog is unique, I adjust the schedule based on their needs and preferences. I care for every pet in my home as if they were my own. Living in a cozy condo with two sweet, well-socialized pets of my own, I create a calm and welcoming environment where your dog will feel safe, loved, and truly part of the family. Daily walks are a big part of our routine—whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a more active outing, I tailor our time outside to your dog’s needs. Inside, there’s always time for play, snuggles, and plenty of attention. I keep a close eye on behavior, body language, and comfort levels to ensure each dog feels secure and cared for. Because I only take in a small number of pets at a time, I’m able to provide personalized care, with the kind of consistency and affection that helps dogs relax and thrive. Whether your pet is full of energy or prefers a quiet space to nap, I adjust to meet their unique personality. To me, this isn’t just pet sitting—it’s an extension of the nurturing work I did as a nurse. It’s about trust, companionship, and providing a loving home away from home.

“Alyssah was great! She came by to meet Ranger and he seemed to be comfortable right away. She showed up on time, asked additional questions about Ranger's care and we were off for our weekend getaway! She sent us regular updates and lots of pictures. We could tell Ranger was taken with her as she sent a pic of him with his head on her lap! Ranger has a lot of anxiety and Alyssah seemed to be the perfect fit for him. She was able to easily give him his daily medication and she took him for his walks. When we got home Ranger was happy, and our home was in the same order as we left it. However, I do believe he was a bit sad that she left. Alyssah will definitely be our first choice on our next trip. She is clearly an animal lover and Ranger loved her back! Thank you so much, Alyssah!”

About: I've taken care of animals while growing up on a farm and I've had my own cats & dogs since I was about 10 years old. Family and friends have always relied on me to care for their animals. I am very good at listening to direction and I would go above and beyond to make sure they are safe and happy! I would love to be able to have my 4 year old son with me as well, but I do have babysitters who are able to watch him, if your pet isn't comfortable around children. My son is sweet and cautious when it comes to animals we do not know, but I understand there are always different circumstances with your fur babies. We plan to adopt a puppy hopefully within the next year, but this would be a great way to get around animals more with my son and to teach him how to care for them, as I have since I was a little girl. We hope to see you and your beautiful fur baby soon! I'm currently a stay-at-home mother to my 4 year old son, so I will have ample amounts of time throughout the day or night to care for your loved one(s)! I have a fenced in yard for your babies to run around safely and also a crate if needed, if thats what your pet is comfortable with.

I am puntual, discreet, and have dependable transportation. I care for pets as I would want my own cared for. I have good communication with owners.

I also have been dog sitting for family and friends for a long time now. I'm currently not working at the moment so I'm available any day or time to dog or cat sit and can stay the night with them How I Keep Pets Safe and Take Care of Them As a dedicated and caring pet sitter, the safety, comfort, and happiness of the animals in my care are always my top priorities. Whether I’m watching over dogs, cats, or both, I treat each pet as if they were my own. For Dogs I follow their regular routine closely including feeding times, walks, potty breaks, and play. I use secure leashes and harnesses on walks and keep a close eye on surroundings to avoid any dangers like aggressive dogs or busy streets. I make sure they stay hydrated, well-fed, and have plenty of attention and exercise based on their energy level and age. I monitor for signs of stress, illness, or discomfort, and I’ll notify the owner right away if anything seems off. I keep doors and gates closed and locked at all times to prevent escapes. For Cats: I respect their individual personalities — giving shy cats space and attention when they’re ready, and playing with the more social ones. I keep litter boxes clean and ensure they have fresh water and food according to the owner’s instructions. I make sure indoor cats stay safely inside, and outdoor access (if allowed) is closely supervised. I give them cozy spots to relax and enrich their day with toys, brushing, or cuddles (if they enjoy it). For all pets, I maintain a calm, loving environment and stick to their normal schedule as much as possible to reduce stress while their owners are away. I also send regular updates and pictures so you know your pets are safe and happy.

About: I have 15+ years of dog-sitting experience, I have also fostered dogs and puppies for a local animal rescue. I have two dogs of my own and will care for your pets as well as I do mine. I am only comfortable with small to medium dogs but have kept larger dogs based on their temperament. I have experience with puppies through seniors and also dogs with health issues. You should not have to worry about your baby while you’re away! I retired and moved from NC to be near my parents. I have a very open daily and weekly schedule. I keep my calendar updated for my availability. I will care for pets in your home as close to what they’re used to when you’re home. It is important to me that they feel as calm and comfortable as possible, as well as having fun too.

“Carol took great care of my three dogs and cat, and took on the job very last minute! She took the extra step to take them to a park because the concrete was probably too hot to walk them around my direct neighborhood. She even made each pup an adorable bandana! We consider ourselves very lucky to be one of her clients.”

About: Hi there, I'm Carolyn and I can't wait to meet you and your pup. I maintain a healthy and active lifestyle and I do the same for my pets. In the past, I raised 3 litters of dogs—cocker spaniels and chihuahuas—and I look forward to give new dogs that I meet great care. I have extensive experience with dog care, including assistant positions at a spay-and-neuter clinic, an animal shelter, and a show-dog kennel. I’m eager to follow your specific directions to keep the same routine your dog is familiar with. I fully believe an active dog is a happy and healthy dog! If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out! I can't wait to hear from you. Because I’m semi retired, I am in control of my work schedule. Currently, I am working as a Lyft driver which gives me the option of choosing when and for how long I work each day. I would like to fulfill a clients specific instructions as it relates to their preferences for pet care. I strive to be a good listener so I can be respectful to others needs and requests.
