About: I’ve taken care of my family’s dogs for about 20 years, including feeding, walking, and training. While I am most experienced with larger (50 lbs +) dogs, I love dogs of all shapes/sizes. I do not currently have a dog of my own, but I expect to get one in the next year and would love to get more experience with different breeds, which is why I signed up for Rover! I work and live in River North. My daily schedule is very flexible and I generally work from home Monday/Wednesday/Friday and go into the office Tuesday/Thursday. Let me know when you’d need me, I’m sure we can make something work! Happy to follow any directions provided! I know every pet is different, so I expect to have a conversation about your pet’s personality and anything else I should know when sitting
About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 8 and started pet sitting as a teen. I grew up surrounded by pets of all personalities and breeds and love making each happy in their own way. I love to walk, play and care for animals however they best need it. I am excited to meet new pets and give them all the fun that they deserve! I just graduated undergrad and have a lot of free time so I am very flexible around your needs! I am excited to hangout with some furry friends! I am a strong believer that all pets should be treated as family and love to host them! I have an apartment above a very popular park for dogs and live in a totally walkable and safe area but am always open to a clients ideas!
About: Although some animals have been known to have social media accounts, they do not use them as humans do. Therefore, I understand that every single animal is a unique individual. Specific needs, levels of comfortability, quirks, habits, and particular scratch spots that make their leg shake or cause instant purring. I love getting to know what makes each animal different from each other, besides their names of course! I have been taking care of my childhood dog since 11, have been teaching young children to ride horses since 12, was certified to handle exotic animals at the Brevard Zoo as a teenager, adopted 2 exotic animals of my own in middle school (which I still have!) that required complicated care routines, obtained a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science while serving two of my professors as a Teaching Assistant (helping them handle animals for lectures, teaching lectures on my own, and taking care of the animals before and after class), and fostered my own dog in my senior year of undergrad (he is now adopted and has not “lost” his skills I taught him of walking on a leash, coming to his name, potty training, and a few tricks). In the spaces in between, I have taken care of family friend pets of various sizes, breeds, species and ages, including cats, dogs, poison dart frogs, lizards, Chameleons, horses, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, bunnies, and fish. I have successfully administered oral and topical medications- many times. With all that said, I love animals. I wanted to pursue vet school at the start of my undergrad years but alas here I am in the city entering my second year of law school- completely fur deprived and eager to help my neighbors in the city take care of their animals. I am available every morning, as early as required (I love the early morning hours) until noon on Mon, Tues, and Thurs. I am available from noon-evening time on Saturday. I have open availability on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. I live in an apartment that does not allow pets- but I am happy to come to the animals’ place of residence and comfort to take care of them. Leaving the house in the exact place that I found it in is a guarantee!

“Morgan was so kind and listened to every concern or comment I made regarding my dog as it was my first time using Rover. About: I’m a recent college graduate hoping to meet some new animal friends while I’m away from my fur babies. I just moved to Chicago and am excited to explore more of the city while enjoying my favorite activity—playing with dogs! I have had dogs my whole life and have lots of experience training and caring for puppies. My parents also have two high maintenance golden doodles I’ve watched for the past five years, so I have no problem with special instructions or medical needs! I work from home with a very flexible schedule and would love to care for your dogs while you’re away. I go on long walks daily and need an exercise buddy! Pets are not allowed in my apartment, but I have experience with in-home dog care. I regularly babysit my parents’ two golden doodles. I always prioritize pet comfort and make sure that they are safe and happy in their homes.
About: I’ve taken care of my family golden doodle for the past nine years, and have a great deal of experience pet sitting for friends, neighbors, etc. My apartment complex also has a private dog park for residents! I haven’t started working at my new job yet so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m available for dog walking and check ins on weekdays after 10 AM. I can easily feed your pup, let them out to the bathroom, or take them on a walk. With my own dog at home, I know exactly how to take care of yours and make them feel special. Finding a caretaker for your pet requires a lot of trust, and I am confident I would be a great fit ☺️
About: I’m an animal lover with a special soft spot for cats. I enjoy caring for pets of all kinds and making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved. As the proud owner of three cats—including one with special medical needs— I understand how important it is to keep their routines consistent and their environment calm. Whether your pet is playful and energetic or calm and cuddly, I adjust activities to keep them happy and engaged. I’m also happy to care for senior pets or those with special needs! If your pet stays with me, they’ll enjoy a clean, safe, and pet-friendly home. I also have other cats, so I’m experienced in introducing new feline friends carefully and patiently. Pet care is a natural part of my routine. Since I work part-time, I have plenty of time to give pets the attention, play, and consistency they need. Caring for my own animals has helped me stay organized and reliable, so I can balance their needs with my schedule. When caring for pets in my home or yours, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable space where pets feel relaxed and loved. I follow their specific routines like feeding, playtime, bathroom breaks, and rest to keep things consistent. I’m attentive to their needs, providing plenty of affection and monitoring their behavior to ensure they’re happy and healthy.

“Berkley is incredibly good with dogs. She taught my two dogs how to roll over and play dead after working with them for two weeks. She loves all kinds of dogs and will make sure they are taken care of and exercised. Berkley is an avid runner herself, so she will make sure your dog gets the attention and outdoor time they need! Moreover, Berkley is diligent. Whenever she babysits my dogs, I always get them back bathed and brushed. She will not only take care of your dog, she will pamper him or her!”

Marlena B.
“Marlena is an incredibly responsible and caring pet sitter. She has watched over my cat (who honestly acts more like a dog!) several times, and each experience has been fantastic. Before I left, I gave her a detailed list of instructions, and she followed everything to the letter. One thing I really appreciated was how often she sent photos and videos. She gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear that Marlena genuinely loves animals, and animals love her right back. My cat absolutely adores her and always gets excited when she comes by! She’s dependable, communicative, and goes above and beyond. I’m so grateful for all the times Marlena has been there when I needed help with my pet. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a pet sitter!”

Lauren S.
“I would like to recommend my daughter for dog sitting and dog walking. I have watched her care for animals her entire life. She cared for our family pets including a Maltese and a Goldendoodle. She also did pet sitting for neighbors. She is very responsible, compassionate, and trustworthy. She has a natural connection with animals. She will make sure your pets are very well taken care of!”
Nicole S.
“I've known Nicole for around 8 years now. Since then, she's had both dogs and cats in her family that she cares about more than the world. One of which is a cat that has special needs with no tail that she would sacrifice life and limb to make sure that this family member would have the most comfortable life that she could possibly live. Rest assured that if your pet is under her care, you'll know that they're being taken very good care of at all times.”
