About: I have experience with small puppies, high energy furry friends, and senior dogs who need extra love and attention when getting around. I am very active, and love taking dogs for walks and to go play/ get outside time. I love creating a calming space for any guest that comes through so that they feel comfortable during their stay I currently work from home almost 5 days a week, so I will be home most the time to have around the clock care. I love to keep things on a schedule (please provide if there is a specific one you follow) to keep the pet(s) on their regular routine that they would expect. About: Love dogs! I have taken care of my friends dogs numerous times back In La. Those days were spent frolicking about the city with lil trips to the park. My calm demeanor allows me to bond with pups and makes them feel safe when walking with me. I’d carry owner approved treats to help motivate dogs to stay in line and pay attention. I’d only have one dog per walk and would make sure he/she has a great experience walking around Chicago. I am able to walk dogs a lot as my schedule is completely open. Walking dogs is no problem as long as it is before 3 pm Monday through Friday. Walking a new dog could be a scary feeling for the dog. A stranger is taking them outside and what they’re use to evaporates because a new person is guiding the leash. I’d make sure the dog understands that they are safe with me, and I’d try to keep the route, treats, and care the same as you would! I wouldn’t let your dog off leash and never out of my sight. I would not leave your dog alone for a second.

“Roman was Charise’s first ever Rover dog and we were really happy to have connected with her for our 5-day trip. Charise was a great sitter—she sent detailed updates about how Roman was doing with Navi and hope he was settling in while we were away. Her home is very clean and Charise is a very warm and welcoming host. Navi is just the cutest little nugget ever, and I could tell immediately Roman would feel right at home with Charise. Our big GSD is a big baby and throws a bit of a fit every time we leave, but Charise and Navi were patient with him while he warmed up to the idea of us being away—by the time we returned, he was fully integrated into their little family. Roman is allowed on the couch and bed for cuddles, and Charise has a full basement for the dogs to run around and play, a small yard, and she takes them together on long walks. Roman came home fully pooped from a week of playing with Navi and we’ll definitely be using Charise in the future!”
