I've been pet parent to dogs of all sizes, from Chihuahuas to Great Danes to my current Sheepadoodle — there's no dog size or personality that's too much or too little, IMHO. And my experience extends well beyond dogs — cats, snakes, farm animals 🐐, and more. I also happen to share my home with a ball python named Fettuccine Alfredo 🐍, who is a distinguished, low-drama fellow. As a plant parent, I will watch after yours indoor jungles, outdoor gardens, that one fiddle leaf fig you're nervous about. If you need someone who will actually look at your monstera and not just splash water in its general direction, that's me. (My avocado tree, grown from a pit, is thriving. I'm not taking questions.) Housesitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, basic training — I've got you. And if you're going away and need the whole ecosystem looked after, pets, plants, and all, I'd love to meet you. Pet care fits naturally into the rhythm of my week. My mornings are consistently free, which works well for walks and drop-in visits, and I have flexibility on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends for longer stays or housesitting. On days when I'm teaching in the afternoons and evenings, I'm still available in the mornings — and I keep my schedule intentionally manageable so I'm never stretched too thin across clients. This isn't something I'm squeezing in around a packed schedule — it's something I've made genuine room for. When I'm in your home for drop-in visits or housesitting, I treat it with the same care and attention I'd give my own. That means following your routines exactly as you've set them, keeping things tidy, and making sure your pets are comfortable and unstressed in their own environment. I take detailed notes at meet-and-greets so nothing gets missed while you're away. On walks, I keep dogs leashed and attentive to their individual energy and needs — a reactive dog gets a very different walk than a social butterfly, and I know the difference. I bring over thirty years of animal experience to reading body language and behavior, so I'm not caught off guard by much. My own home includes a ball python and two cats, so I'm well practiced in managing a multi-species household safely and calmly. I don't offer boarding, which means your dog's visit to my home would only ever be for a meet-and-greet in a low-key, relaxed setting. In any situation that feels off — health, behavior, anything — I err on the side of contacting you immediately and getting to a vet if needed. You'll never be left guessing.

About: I've cared for Samoyeds my whole life, including litters from several of my own dogs. I've also looked after neighborhood dogs of all sizes, from chihuahuas to German shepherds, so I'm comfortable with pets big and small. Since my main career is remote, I'm home to keep an eye on dogs throughout the day. My own pets get a morning and evening walk plus feeding, so there's a consistent routine your dog can settle into. Your dog's safety is always the top priority. If everyone in the house needs to step out and there aren't enough eyes to keep watch, I use a crate to keep things calm and secure until someone's back. And if you'd prefer I stay with your dog the whole time instead, that's absolutely fine too — happy to work with whatever makes you most comfortable.

About: I have had years of experience with other peoples pets, and primarily my own. I have taken care of my own Dogs, cats, snakes, hamsters, horses, and fish over the years. I’ve grown up with puppies, and currently have my own 2 kittens, and also have had elderly dogs, cats, and horses before. I have always adored animals, and have always been an important part in my life so I would love to make more furry friends with your pets:) I currently am enrolled in school at The University of New Hampshire. My schedule is super open this semester since I took summer classes so my work load would be easier. In home care : I would make sure to send client photos if l was boarding their pet at my apartment, and make sure I follow the exact instructions given. When other people watch my pets , there’s always the anxiety of making sure they are treated well, and taken care of. Clients home: if I took care of the clients pets, I would make sure that I followed all the rules given and more. I have been walking dogs and taking care of pets during the day for 17 years now, and I spend my evenings drawing and painting pets for commissions as a pet portrait artist. It’s all about the animals with me! I would love to come to your home and walk your dog in your neighborhood, or perhaps drive them to a close by favorite walking area. Some dogs have invisible fence collars, and need to be driven off the property, or they live on busy streets, that are not safe streets to walk on. I can drive them to a quiet side street or a park, if you prefer. You can request a feeding, if you would like, and I could do a quick scan of the house for any unexpected accidents, and clean them up for you. I can do drop-in visit (15 minutes), or a full 30 minute walk or play in the yard. More time can be requested, if necessary. For cat care, I can clean the litter boxes, feed your cat/refresh their water, and play or cuddle with them. I can also take a quick scan of the house for messes for them also.

I am comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and energy levels, and I always prioritize their safety, happiness, and well-being. I am a very active person, so I’m not intimidated if a dog has hyperactive needs! I work most weekdays (9am-5pm). My schedule often allows flexibility before or after shifts for morning or evening walks and check-ins. I do not work nights or weekends, and I’m also available for longer hikes or excursions on those days. I prioritize keeping a consistent routine making sure the transition is as smooth as possible; this includes ensuring feeding schedules, walk times and other specific care needs are met. I love enrichment through walks, play, and companionship so that your pet feels comfortable while their owner is away.

About: I have taken care of friends and family pets over the course of this year some long-term and some short term. Frequent dog park visits and timely feedings. I can accommodate all types of diets, raw kibble, and specialty foods. I currently work full-time however I have a rotating schedule so I can often pet sit and drop in weekdays if needed and weekends. I am off in the mornings so drop and visits are easy for people who work 9 to 5 and just want their dog to have some extra time out or to just check in on the cats. There is an option of having your pet here in my space all to themselves or with my personal pets. I have different options of sleeping accommodations for your pet cage, cot and cushioned. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, I have a dog park in my complex as well as a dog park 4 minutes away by car. I can accommodate all diets, including raw diet.
