About: I was a vet tech at the clinic I grew up by until recently, when I changed career fields. As a former vet tech, I am comfortable giving oral and injectable medications, working with special care animals (kidney disease/renal failure, epilepsy, diabetes, Cushings/Addisons, etc) and have wellbeing expertise beyond that of a typical sitter; if something goes wrong, I know protocol and when to get a vet involved. If you happen to have animals beyond just dogs and cats, I have large and small animal experience (livestock, especially horses, chickens, dogs of all sizes, cats, exotics) and pet sat for friends and family for years until I moved. I love animals and am looking forward to get to know yours! I'm working full time M-F but work nearby and have a lunch break in the middle of the day. I'm an active person and am happy to exercise your baby and give them lots of love. I care for your pets as if they were my own. I believe in not just doing what's necessary (feeding, potty breaks/cleaning the litter box) but also in giving mental and physical exercise. I'm happy to live on your pet or let them keep their distance according to their personality and needs.

About: Surrounded by doggy siblings growing up and now as an auntie to my nieces and nephews, I love to care for your furry children! Your pets will be in great hands. About: I grew up in a big family with lots of pets including dogs, cats, rodents, and birds. I have been successful in self-taught basic training of dogs. I am a graduate student who plans to have pet care be a source of income that fits around my schedule. I have classes during the week and currently live on campus which is why I cannot provide care in my home. I have owned many pets in my life and have cared for different ages from puppies and kittens to seniors. I enjoy promoting enrichment activities and physical exercise.

I've been pet parent to dogs of all sizes, from Chihuahuas to Great Danes to my current Sheepadoodle — there's no dog size or personality that's too much or too little, IMHO. And my experience extends well beyond dogs — cats, snakes, farm animals 🐐, and more. I also happen to share my home with a ball python named Fettuccine Alfredo 🐍, who is a distinguished, low-drama fellow. As a plant parent, I will watch after yours indoor jungles, outdoor gardens, that one fiddle leaf fig you're nervous about. If you need someone who will actually look at your monstera and not just splash water in its general direction, that's me. (My avocado tree, grown from a pit, is thriving. I'm not taking questions.) Housesitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, basic training — I've got you. And if you're going away and need the whole ecosystem looked after, pets, plants, and all, I'd love to meet you. Pet care fits naturally into the rhythm of my week. My mornings are consistently free, which works well for walks and drop-in visits, and I have flexibility on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends for longer stays or housesitting. On days when I'm teaching in the afternoons and evenings, I'm still available in the mornings — and I keep my schedule intentionally manageable so I'm never stretched too thin across clients. This isn't something I'm squeezing in around a packed schedule — it's something I've made genuine room for. When I'm in your home for drop-in visits or housesitting, I treat it with the same care and attention I'd give my own. That means following your routines exactly as you've set them, keeping things tidy, and making sure your pets are comfortable and unstressed in their own environment. I take detailed notes at meet-and-greets so nothing gets missed while you're away. On walks, I keep dogs leashed and attentive to their individual energy and needs — a reactive dog gets a very different walk than a social butterfly, and I know the difference. I bring over thirty years of animal experience to reading body language and behavior, so I'm not caught off guard by much. My own home includes a ball python and two cats, so I'm well practiced in managing a multi-species household safely and calmly. I don't offer boarding, which means your dog's visit to my home would only ever be for a meet-and-greet in a low-key, relaxed setting. In any situation that feels off — health, behavior, anything — I err on the side of contacting you immediately and getting to a vet if needed. You'll never be left guessing.

About: I have been around dogs my entire life! My family dog of 12 years passed away last year, but she definitely taught me a lot. I have experience with dogs of all ages, even senior dogs! I am a recent college graduate (Bucknell University Class of 2024!) taking a gap year before pursuing a master's degree. About: For almost all of my life I have had either beloved cats or dogs. I can do long walks or cat playtime. I am also an animal advocate. My small dog with a big friendly personality, who recently passed at age 14, was epileptic and I kept her close. We were besties. I got to spend a lot of time with other dogs with her. Before that I always had cats, I get them, and I find them all cute and hilarious. I have a flexible schedule, mornings are best, right now Mon-wed.. Can take a long walk or just hang out with your animal. Weekends are great. I live in Somers and work part time in Pleasantville. So anywhere in between is great. Will not be caring for dogs in my home at this time, unless very small/tiny and quiet. I can come to your house happy to travel if for a longer stay.

I have a soft spot for snuggly pups and love long walks. I am currently an online college student with a very light course-load! So I have lots of flexibly and time to care for your pup! I have a fully fenced( with the exception of the driveway entrance- which can be fenced off while your pup plays outside) two acre property with 8ft deer fencing. I have two 60ish pound dogs who are very friendly and low key. Our dogs free roam the house yours can as well or can be in a crate if your prefer. We are pretty active and love to go on long sniffari walks!
