For cat boarding, guest cats get visits multiple times a day including morning feeding, a midday check-in, and an evening wind-down with fresh food, clean water, and a scooped litter box. Weekends I'm generally very available and weekdays I can accommodate most requests with a little advance notice. I genuinely enjoy spending time with and meeting new animals so this isn't a job to me, it's a passion. I have a dog and two cats of my own so I know firsthand what animals need to feel safe and comfortable. Guest cats are kept in their own private, dedicated room completely separate from my resident pets, giving them a quiet space to decompress and settle in at their own pace. For dog walking I keep things calm and consistent, always on leash, through the safe residential streets of Yorktown Heights or local parks where my dog frequents himself. Our cat needs medication twice a day, his food needs to be served in a specific manner (or else he won't eat it), and he does tend to throw up from time to time (which he did when we were gone) - but Jacqueline handled it all to perfection. She was very generous with her time, and we are sure that our cat is already looking forward to her next visit.”

About: For almost all of my life I have had either beloved cats or dogs. I can do long walks or cat playtime. I am also an animal advocate. My small dog with a big friendly personality, who recently passed at age 14, was epileptic and I kept her close. We were besties. I got to spend a lot of time with other dogs with her. Before that I always had cats, I get them, and I find them all cute and hilarious. I have a flexible schedule, mornings are best, right now Mon-wed.. Can take a long walk or just hang out with your animal. Weekends are great. I live in Somers and work part time in Pleasantville. So anywhere in between is great. Will not be caring for dogs in my home at this time, unless very small/tiny and quiet. I can come to your house happy to travel if for a longer stay.
