As a former vet tech, I am comfortable giving oral and injectable medications, working with special care animals (kidney disease/renal failure, epilepsy, diabetes, Cushings/Addisons, etc) and have wellbeing expertise beyond that of a typical sitter; if something goes wrong, I know protocol and when to get a vet involved.
