About: I’m a huge fan of both cats and dogs and will happily provide the walks, playtime, cuddles, belly rubs, and attention they demand. I love getting to know each pet’s personality—whether they’re a zoomie champion, a professional napper, or a little shy. My work is flexible and can host your pets for long term care. I would be honored to give your fur babies plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I work full-time, but only live two minutes away. I will be able to attend to your pets practically anytime of the day. I currently don't have any other pets staying with me so your babies will have my undivided attention. I live on a large private property with lots of land and space for needed outside time. I live in a small apartment but still plenty of space to comfortable moving.

About: I was a vet tech at the clinic I grew up by until recently, when I changed career fields. As a former vet tech, I am comfortable giving oral and injectable medications, working with special care animals (kidney disease/renal failure, epilepsy, diabetes, Cushings/Addisons, etc) and have wellbeing expertise beyond that of a typical sitter; if something goes wrong, I know protocol and when to get a vet involved. If you happen to have animals beyond just dogs and cats, I have large and small animal experience (livestock, especially horses, chickens, dogs of all sizes, cats, exotics) and pet sat for friends and family for years until I moved. I love animals and am looking forward to get to know yours! I'm working full time M-F but work nearby and have a lunch break in the middle of the day. I'm an active person and am happy to exercise your baby and give them lots of love. I care for your pets as if they were my own. I believe in not just doing what's necessary (feeding, potty breaks/cleaning the litter box) but also in giving mental and physical exercise. About: I grew up in a big family with lots of pets including dogs, cats, rodents, and birds. I have been successful in self-taught basic training of dogs. About: For almost all of my life I have had either beloved cats or dogs. I can do long walks or cat playtime. I am also an animal advocate. My small dog with a big friendly personality, who recently passed at age 14, was epileptic and I kept her close, we were best friends. I got to spend a lot of time with other dogs with her. Before that I always had cats and get them lol. I have a flexible schedule, mornings are best, right now Mon-wed.. Can take a long walk or just hang out with your animal. Weekends are great. I live in Somers and work part time in Pleasantville. So anywhere in between is great. Will not be caring for dogs in my home at this time, unless very small/tiny and quiet. I can come to your house happy to travel if for a longer stay.

Margaret was exceptional - she watched our two cats over this past week and was so caring and attentive to both of them. We have two cats with different personalities/needs, and she immediately tuned into both of them and was able to bond with both (not an easy feat!).
