About: I was a vet tech at the clinic I grew up by until recently, when I changed career fields. As a former vet tech, I am comfortable giving oral and injectable medications, working with special care animals (kidney disease/renal failure, epilepsy, diabetes, Cushings/Addisons, etc) and have wellbeing expertise beyond that of a typical sitter; if something goes wrong, I know protocol and when to get a vet involved. If you happen to have animals beyond just dogs and cats, I have large and small animal experience (livestock, especially horses, chickens, dogs of all sizes, cats, exotics) and pet sat for friends and family for years until I moved. I love animals and am looking forward to get to know yours! I'm working full time M-F but work nearby and have a lunch break in the middle of the day. I'm an active person and am happy to exercise your baby and give them lots of love. I care for your pets as if they were my own. I believe in not just doing what's necessary (feeding, potty breaks/cleaning the litter box) but also in giving mental and physical exercise.
