About: I've cared for Samoyeds my whole life, including litters from several of my own dogs. I've also looked after neighborhood dogs of all sizes, from chihuahuas to German shepherds, so I'm comfortable with pets big and small. Since my main career is remote, I'm home to keep an eye on dogs throughout the day. My own pets get a morning and evening walk plus feeding, so there's a consistent routine your dog can settle into. Your dog's safety is always the top priority. If everyone in the house needs to step out and there aren't enough eyes to keep watch, I use a crate to keep things calm and secure until someone's back. And if you'd prefer I stay with your dog the whole time instead, that's absolutely fine too — happy to work with whatever makes you most comfortable.

Guest cats stay in their own private room with fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. For dog walking I keep things low stress, consistent, and fun. I work from home regularly so I'm around often and take every pet's routine seriously. I treat every animal like my own. I work from home frequently which means pets in my care are never left alone for long stretches. For dog walking I'm flexible on timing and can work around your schedule for morning, afternoon, or evening walks. For cat boarding, guest cats get visits multiple times a day including morning feeding, a midday check-in, and an evening wind-down with fresh food, clean water, and a scooped litter box. Weekends I'm generally very available and weekdays I can accommodate most requests with a little advance notice. I have a dog and two cats of my own so I know firsthand what animals need to feel safe and comfortable. Guest cats are kept in their own private, dedicated room completely separate from my resident pets, giving them a quiet space to decompress and settle in at their own pace. For dog walking I keep things calm and consistent, always on leash, through the safe residential streets of Yorktown Heights or local parks where my dog frequents himself. I pay close attention to each animal's personality and adjust my approach accordingly. Whether a pet is social and energetic or shy and cautious, I make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. My home is peaceful, clean, and genuinely pet friendly.

I am a graduate student who plans to have pet care be a source of income that fits around my schedule. Proof of updated vaccinations will be required as I need to protect my own pets as well! I have a fenced in yard and very friendly dog who loves to play and relax with other dogs or cats! My dog gets home cooked meals that are prepped for him to last all week. He also gets kibble mixed in! He loves daily walks/ drives and fresh water! I will make sure your dog also gets walks, food and potty breaks or drives if they love drives! My cat is very social and friendly as well, she tends to be more independent and changing her litter, feeding her fresh food and fresh water for her daily is very important. Cats can be very particular with their water, food and playtime and I will make sure to follow that for your cat.

I can accommodate all types of diets, raw kibble, and specialty foods. I currently work full-time however I have a rotating schedule so I can often pet sit and drop in weekdays if needed and weekends.
