“Lily was an amazing house sitter and took such great care of our dog Marley! She sent daily updates with photos and we knew Marley was well exercised with daily walks and given lots of love. We came home to a clean house and a very happy dog. I highly recommend Lily and will definitely hire her again. Thank you Lily!!”

“Raquel is amazing and did a wonderful job making my high anxiety dog feel relaxed and loved while I was away. I highly recommend Raquel she certainly has a talent and great love caring for animals. Thank you so much Raquel for giving me peace of mind knowing Frankie was in good hands!! Loved all the pics and videos you sent throughout the day of my happy pup!”

“Chloe was friendly, punctual, and happy to keep an eye on our energetic boy while we went out to dinner with my parents. Would absolutely have her house sit again for us in the future!”

“Paris took great care of my sometimes anxious dog. She also looked after my fish and chickens. She clearly cares about the animals she watches and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re well looked after.”

“Emily took fantastic care of our fur babies while we were away! She stayed in contact and sent us pics along the way. We returned to happy and well-cared-for pets! We'd book her again in a heartbeat!”

“We would work with Jenilee again. She did a meet & greet and asked good questions before we went out of town. She sent photos of the pets each day and was flexible with our return time on her last daysince we were driving. She kept us updated and cleaned up after one of the dogs got into the garbage. She also responded to text messages and questions before and during her stay.”

“I had a house/dog sitter lined up but the had a family emergency and bailed on 6 days before I was leaving town. After searching, begging, and panicking, I got a response for Shea who was on board with the work and timeframe! He was very communicative, sending me messages regularly and responding quickly. He kept in the loop about my pets (dog and hamsters). And, one of the most important factors for me, he was kind and enjoyed being with the animals. He has experience with dogs so knows how to work with them and my dog behaved well and listened to him. When we got back my dog was a little confused - this was the first time we had ever left her with another person so we knew that she would be and Shea hung out a few minutes and we talked about some of the many many things he does while we acclimated a bit. My dog has an abuse history but with Shea she wasn't jumpy at all, she was comfortable and felt safe - that alone was a huge sign to me - just seeing how she reacted after a week with him and she was happy, comfortable, and calm. Oh and he pointed out an owie she got while we were gone so we could get it taken care of. Thanks Shea! I highly recommend him to others looking for someone!”

“Terra is the best! Our dogs are like children to us and it’s hard to find someone we trust with them, but she has stayed with them twice now and it’s been amazing. She takes the best care of our dogs and house and sends so many cute pictures and updates throughout the day! We know our dogs are so happy with her and we couldn’t recommend her more!”

About: I grew up with dogs and cats and genuinely don’t remember a time when animals weren’t part of my life! I started house-sitting for fellow military families when I was 16, which taught me early on how important it is to respect routines, homes, and the deep trust people place in someone caring for their pets 🫶🏼 I’m a sensitive, intuitive, and I pay close attention to each animal’s cues. I’m especially gentle with pets who need time to warm up, prefer their space at first, or experience separation anxiety. I’m happy to meet animals where they are, whether that’s instant best-friend energy or a slow, steady build of trust. I’ve cared for pets across all life stages, from puppies to senior pets who need extra patience, structure, and care. One of my closest friends is a certified dog trainer, and I’ve learned a lot through him (and his dog) about behavior, communication, and creating calm, consistent environments for dogs. I’d love to be a steady, loving presence so your pet feels safe and cared for while you’re away. I am currently working remotely and have a very flexible schedule, for both weekdays and weekends! I do have a few delivery hours on certain days where I’m out and about, but I should be more than able to work around your and your pet’s schedules! It’s so important for both you and your pets to feel your space is respected. I’m very careful with details and keep notes to keep your home safe, clean, and honored 🙏🏼
About: I love pets so much and truly believe that they play an important role in human's lives. I provide top notch pet and house-sitting services. You can rest comfortably while you're away knowing your furry friends are safe. I also have experience feeding chickens and other farm animals as well. I am extremely trustworthy, dependable and function at a high level. I love to interact with pet owners, pets and friends/family members. I am extremely personable and people love me. I have had animals from an early age in life and know the importance of taking care of them. I would treat each pet as if it were one of my own, or part of my family. When you hire me you will be impressed!
“I was so nervous about leaving my dog with a stranger for 3 days, but Claudia went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. She was kind enough to meet my dog beforehand to make sure it was a good fit—and my dog loved her instantly. She even rolled over for belly rubs, which she never does for anyone new! While I was away, Claudia sent me tons of photos and videos, which made me feel so connected. I had left very specific door-training instructions (my dog must sit before the door is opened, and the hallway must be cleared before the release command). Claudia followed these perfectly, which was really important to me for safety and consistency. When I came home, my house was spotless—honestly cleaner than when I left. Even my Brita was filled to the top! And the sweetest surprise of all: it was my dog’s birthday while I was away, and Claudia threw her a mini birthday party. She sent me photos of my dog in rainbow birthday hats, a princess sash, with balloons and a new toy. It meant the world to me to see someone else celebrate my dog with so much love. She also shared the cutest little updates, like how my dog would wake up around 2 or 3 a.m., give her a kiss, then go back to bed. It’s the small details like that that showed me she truly cared and kept our routine. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dog adored her, and I’ve already recommended Claudia to my coworkers. I’ll definitely be hiring her again—not just for overnight stays but for occasional walks too, so they can keep their sweet bond going.”

“David and Beth did a great job looking after our pets while we were away. They were understanding and flexible when a few unexpected things came up, which really put us at ease. We appreciated their care and would be happy to have them look after our pets again in the future!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was kindergartener, I grew up with a beagle and an English Springer Spaniel. I have 4 dogs at home that I adore. I am currently not working so my schedule is open. I am able to work after 9:30 am and I can watch your dog at your house over night. I have a fenced in yard so my dogs do not leave the yard. I also have a tortoise living in my back yard. His name is Fred.

About: I own my first dog when I was 17 years old. His name was Champ (samoyed). I got him when he was a puppy and he was my buddy and spirit animal. I raised him to be a therapy dog and used to take him to nursing homes. I fell in love with the breed and began breeding and rescuing. Samoyeds are a handful between walking, brushing and bathing, haha. But I enjoyed every second of it! I work Monday through Friday 6 AM 2:30 PM and sometimes 8 AM – 4:30 PM. If my work is close to your home, I can do afternoon walks. Mainly pet care would be early morning/evenings/weekends. I unfortunately currently don't have any pets. I would care for my clients pets with love care and respect. I am a residential carpenter, so I am from familiar with caring for someone else's home better than my own.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 10 years. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets while they’re away. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, administering basic medications, and following specific routines. I always focus on making pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable in my care. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide attentive care and quality time with your pets. I’m available on weekends for boarding and during weekdays for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care. I love being able to fit pet care naturally into my daily routine. I treat every pet as if they were my own and prioritize safety, comfort, and routine at all times. In my home, pets are supervised, have a clean and calm environment, and are given plenty of attention. I follow all feeding, walking, and care instructions closely and can crate pets if requested. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are secure, comfortable, and well cared for during each visit. I’m attentive to behavior, energy levels, and any special needs, and I always provide updates so owners feel confident and informed while they’re away.
“Donatella is AMAZING! It was my first time using Rover and I chose her because of the great reviews from her clients and thought I'd take a chance on her. Turns out, it was a great decision. I have a senior dog that has severe separation anxiety and cannot be left alone. Donatella was so kind and patient with my baby. She even sent me updates several times throughout the day. I highly recommend her for all services in her expertise.”
