About: Hey there! I’m a local college student currently studying to become an RN, and I’m home for the summer bringing fresh energy and a genuine passion for pet care. I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember and grew up on a family farm surrounded by animals of all kinds, from horses and donkeys to our beloved dogs, cats, and everything in between! Over the years, I’ve helped walk and care for dogs for many different families, including first responders and nurses with long or unpredictable work hours. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and caring looking after your pets! Currently, I am home for the summer looking to further my experience in the pet sitting business. My scheduling gives me lots of flexibility and opportunities to take care of your furry friends whenever possible. I am a very outdoorsy person and you will often find me outside enjoying sunshine by running or hiking with my dogs. Whether it’s a long walk or some playtime in the park, it’s a great way to keep your pets happy and healthy. I believe it is necessary to respect your home and maintain your pet's routine, including feeding schedules and favorite activities, to minimize stress. I send pictures and text updates ensuring you are well informed and aware of your pups activity. Additionally, I personalize each pet's playtime. Whether it’s extra cuddles for a shy pup or more active playtime for an energetic one, I know it is important for the well being and safety of each dog to be aware of their personal needs and preferences.

“I had a house/dog sitter lined up but the had a family emergency and bailed on 6 days before I was leaving town. After searching, begging, and panicking, I got a response for Shea who was on board with the work and timeframe! He was very communicative, sending me messages regularly and responding quickly. He kept in the loop about my pets (dog and hamsters). And, one of the most important factors for me, he was kind and enjoyed being with the animals. He has experience with dogs so knows how to work with them and my dog behaved well and listened to him. When we got back my dog was a little confused - this was the first time we had ever left her with another person so we knew that she would be and Shea hung out a few minutes and we talked about some of the many many things he does while we acclimated a bit. My dog has an abuse history but with Shea she wasn't jumpy at all, she was comfortable and felt safe - that alone was a huge sign to me - just seeing how she reacted after a week with him and she was happy, comfortable, and calm. Oh and he pointed out an owie she got while we were gone so we could get it taken care of. Thanks Shea! I highly recommend him to others looking for someone!”

About: I am an animal guy with experience watching many kinds of dogs and cats. I own two pugs one of which is a senior dog and the other a puppy. I have experience with breeding and raising dogs. I love big dogs and small dogs and all dogs in between. I am comfortable around deaf dogs and all dogs with special needs. I am disabled so your pet would be my only priority. I work around my wife's schedule but she only works 3 days a week. Your animal is very special and deserves to be cared for in their home environment. I can play, sit and read or watch TV with your pet. Anything you desire. Short walks for small dogs only as I am disabled, no large dog walks I'm sorry it's a physical safety concern.

About: I've grown up in a household full of pets! I currently have a pup of my own, and have had 3 dogs previously (from pups to senior dogs.) We also have a family cat, so I have experience in that field as well. All animals will get all the love, care, and walks they need from me! Im currently working with a very flexible schedule that I create myself, so I'll have plenty of time to care for your animals! I'm currently open to any day of the week. Whether is just walks and play time, or for multiple days. I have a crate trained, social, and lovable pup so if your dog needs a pal she can help with that. I will provide any specific care or schedule your animals need to be on, and plenty of love that comes with that!

About: I took care of 'Beau', a very large white American Retriever. He is the sweetest! I was temporary mom to Elsie, a huuuuuge Great Dane lady. You can see images of me and Elsie in my profile. I took care of a home and Chester (Tabby Male Kitty), Luna (Black Female Kitty) and their dog sister SnoBella. I watched these 3 for several months while their mama was recovering from illness. You can see images of SnoBella, Chester, Luna and I walking. The kitties loved to walk with SnoBella and me. I am also a plant mom. My own home — which is cared for by my daughter when I'm gone — contains 3 indoor trees and over 10 live plants, as well as a Gardyn indoor garden. I consider my plants also sort of my babies and will take care of yours as well. I work remotely, which allows me to spend much of the day with the pets in my care. Because I'm home throughout the day, I can provide companionship, maintain their normal routine, and keep a close eye on their well-being. Many pets enjoy relaxing nearby while I work, whether that's a cat curled up in my lap or a dog snoozing by my desk. If your pet is allowed outside I sometimes enjoy sitting on the patio and letting them roam the yard while I work. I keep pets on their normal routine as much as possible. My day includes feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning or potty breaks, playtime, walks, and plenty of affection. Since I work remotely, pets often keep me company throughout the day, whether that's a cat in my lap or a dog at my feet. If approved by the pet parent, I'm also happy to let pets sleep with me so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away.

About: I have taken care of animals of all kinds since a young age. I grew in a home with cats, and later dogs were introduced. However, outside of the home life I was surrounded by dogs! The daycare I attended had an in-home grooming service, and I got to help groom the 13 dogs that lived there! I’ve also been fortunate enough to be a part of the training process for some dogs that have been in 4-H! Finally to the good stuff; I’ve been a reliable dog/house sitter for the same couple for the last 5 years. In the span of those 5 years, they moved 3 houses, and so I got to experience first hand how upset the pups can get when their environment is changed. Some of the basic duties include feeding and making sure they have water, making sure they’re going to the bathroom regularly, being walked and played with regularly and cleaning up messes. Some additional tasks are taking them to their vet visits and administering medication (pill-form)! My availability is pretty flexible! I’m a full time student, so I currently am not working. In terms of boarding in my home, I create a calm and safe environment where dogs have space to relax, play, and receive plenty of attention. I make sure they get regular potty breaks, daily walks, and time for exercise and mental stimulation. I also monitor them closely to ensure they are comfortable and adjusting well to the new environment. When house sitting in a client’s home, I focus on keeping the pet’s care exactly how they are used to it. I provide feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship while also keeping the home clean with respect to the owner’s space. Staying in the pet’s familiar environment often helps them feel more relaxed while their owner is away. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and body language to make sure they are comfortable and happy. If a dog is more energetic, I make sure they get enough activity. If they are older or more relaxed, I adjust the care to be calm and patient. Communication is very important to me while caring for pets. About: I’ve taken care of animals for about 10 years, I have watched dogs, cats, horses, pigs, bunnies and even birds. I enjoy taking care of animals very much so know your fur friend is in the best of care I currently work part time and will be available to walk/tend to your fur friend during anytime the day (will vary occasionally) and boarding is available at any time I ask that the owner leaves specific instructions if the animal is to be boarded. I do have a fenced in yard and able to attend/take walks at any time and play with them

About: Hello! I’ve house sat and cared for animals of all ages, including households with multiple cats and dogs, as well as exotic pets. I grew up with a pet husky and miniature poodle, and have experience walking dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I work in the morning/ early afternoon as a Barista ~20 hours a week. I am generally free early morning (before 8am), and afternoon-nighttime. I am off ~3 days a week (usually between Monday-Thursday) during which I can give extra time and attention to pet-care. I have years of experience caring for and walking all kinds of dogs and am very attentive to the emotions and needs of each animal.
