About: Hey there! I’m a local college student currently studying to become an RN, and I’m home for the summer bringing fresh energy and a genuine passion for pet care. I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember and grew up on a family farm surrounded by animals of all kinds, from horses and donkeys to our beloved dogs, cats, and everything in between! Over the years, I’ve helped walk and care for dogs for many different families, including first responders and nurses with long or unpredictable work hours. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and caring looking after your pets! I am a very outdoorsy person and you will often find me outside enjoying sunshine by running or hiking with my dogs. When I first found her on Rover she was kind enough to take time out of her day for a meet and greet . My baby is usually very apprehensive to meet people and does not trust easily. About: Being the mother of my own fur-child in the past, I know how much your pets mean to your family. I am willing to help with frequent walks, feeding, play and activities and also vacation pet sitting. I adore all dogs ... breeds, size, age or medical condition doesn't matter. Since I haven't adopted another dog since mine passed over the rainbow bridge last year, I take great joy in taking care of other peoples dogs to fill that space only a puppy can fill. I'll be their "Aunt Holly"! And I promise I will take care of them like they are my own. My day job is done remotely, so I'm able to work from wherever I'm at during the day... even at your home with your pups as my assistants. We will be able to take our breaks outside or go for a walk or even play together. My time is very flexible.

Our dog Bentley takes a short while to warm up to someone, and she handled that like the professional she is. Once he warmed up to her, and boy did he, then he tried testing her - like jumping on the couch next to her, and she immediately gave him the command “Off!” And he hesitated she reached for a squirt bottle and he immediately obeyed (we had mentioned this in our initial intro and she retained it word for word). She then took him for a walk and immediately picked up on his behaviors and signals (that is, knowing when he was testing her and when he was ready to go home). Jaimee handled him with firmness and love knowing when to apply which We are so comfortable trusting her and her reliability is the real cream of it all. She is punctual, thorough, and kind - and Bentley really enjoys her.”

I care for Stella 24/7 but when we have company, I like to get up around 7am and plan my days around the dogs/animals I have the opportunity to take care of. From the beaches, to the mountains and canyons in between, I enjoy making my lifestyle an active one and enjoy bringing dogs along with me. When things slow down and I enjoy watching the dogs run around the yard while I work on projects around the house. In our home, dogs have the opportunity to venture between the house and the patio or back yard freely (so long as you are okay w that). The backyard is completely fenced in and double-gated. There is also fresh water dispersed around the property, along with plenty of toys and chews to play with. There is also a patio area so our furry friends can get some shade, if needed. When it comes to cats, I am more than happy to accommodate any size cat, I have a loft in my house that cats love to climb up into and laze about. They have toys and scratching posts up there as well for enrichment. I also have a beautiful beam that stretches above my kitchen that they tend to love to lay on and watch people walk around below. Every animal is different with its own unique temperament . What I enjoy doing is creating a comfy, secure, calm, and fun environment for each and every animal I get the opportunity to meet and care for.
