About: I have been pet sitting for friends, family friends and neighbors for years. I have taken care of many animals including dogs, cats, chickens, and reptiles. If I have a pet job come up it’s my #1 priority for the day. Any time that I’m not available I schedule off in advance. I have many pets at my home including chickens, cats, and reptiles. Our yard is not fenced in but our house would love to host your animal. Dogs will be let out frequently for potty breaks on a leash to ensure their safety.
About: Hey there! I’m a local college student currently studying to become an RN, and I’m home for the summer bringing fresh energy and a genuine passion for pet care. I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember and grew up on a family farm surrounded by animals of all kinds, from horses and donkeys to our beloved dogs, cats, and everything in between! Over the years, I’ve helped walk and care for dogs for many different families, including first responders and nurses with long or unpredictable work hours. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and caring looking after your pets! My flexible schedule allows me to provide dependable care tailored to your pet’s needs, and my active lifestyle means your dogs will get plenty of exercise, attention, and playful energy. I treat every animal like family and would love the opportunity to care for your furry friends! I am a senior college student at Biola University studying to get my bachelors in nursing. Currently, I am home for the summer looking to further my experience in the pet sitting business. My scheduling gives me lots of flexibility and opportunities to take care of your furry friends whenever possible. I am a very outdoorsy person and you will often find me outside enjoying sunshine by running or hiking with my dogs. Whether it’s a long walk or some playtime in the park, it’s a great way to keep your pets happy and healthy. I believe it is necessary to respect your home and maintain your pet's routine, including feeding schedules and favorite activities, to minimize stress. I send pictures and text updates ensuring you are well informed and aware of your pups activity. Additionally, I personalize each pet's playtime. Whether it’s extra cuddles for a shy pup or more active playtime for an energetic one, I know it is important for the well being and safety of each dog to be aware of their personal needs and preferences.
“My family and I highly recommend Alexis and Adam as dog walkers! They walked my two German Shepherd mixes early in the morning for 16 consecutive days for an hour each while we were on vacation. Always on time, always submitting report cards with photos and the route they walked. On top of that, my dogs, who are rescues with shyness or aggression toward strangers AND severe dog reactivity on walks, LOVED Lex and Adam! As a professional dog trainer and walker myself, I’m extremely careful with people who interact with my dogs, and Lex and Adam exceeded my expectations! It’s clear to me that they take caring for their clients’ dogs seriously and both are extremely nice and personable. Thank you Lex and Adam!!”

“We are absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care Lily provided for our beloved pup, Hazel! Lily's patience, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference in Hazel's walks. She took her time, ensuring Hazel felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. The detailed report card Lily provided after each walk was impressive, giving us a clear picture of Hazel's adventures. We're so grateful to have found Lily and can't wait to have her as our go-to for weekly walks. She truly is a dog lover's dream come true! Five paws up!”

About: Animals have been part of my life since I was little — I grew up with six dogs and started caring for them on my own around age 10. It was never a chore. I genuinely loved it. Since then I’ve looked after pets for friends, family, and neighbors, and that same feeling has never gone away. I do drop-in visits, walks, and boarding. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
