“Jason gave us so much peace of mind while we were away for the weekend! Regular updates and photos of our dog and was super flexible when our pickup time was changed. I was so happy when I read that he volunteers at his local animal shelter because that really shows how much he cares for dogs & that he can handle all types of dogs!”

“Our lil girl Brownie was real tired from staying with Karma and new fur friends. Karma was great and put us at ease with Brownie’s first stay there. Big fenced in yard to play was an added bonus. We definitely will use her in the future.”

“Katlyn did a wonderful job watching my dog. She was quick to respond to messages, sent lots of picture updates and it was evident she truly cares about animals. We will definitely be using her again!”

“As always, Mocha arrives home, glad to be back, but clearly happy with her stay under your care. It is very reassuring for both my wife and I to know that she is having a good time while staying with you, Jason , Frank and other dogs being carefully attended to. Mocha and I will look forward to her next stay at your home.”

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs since I was a child, and they have always been a very special part of my life. Back home in Thailand, I have four dogs who are truly part of my family. I cared for them from when they were little puppies through their senior years before I moved to the U.S. to study.🫶🏻 . I usually start my day around 7:30 AM, and one of the first things I’ll do is take your pup outside for a morning walk. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I have class for about three hours from 9am -12pm. After class, I’m available until around 4:00 PM, when I leave for my part-time job and get home around 8pm. On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, I go to work from 11-2pm & 4:30-8pm. I do get a break from 2:30-4, so I’ll be able to come let your pup out for a potty break on those days & I’ll also be able to walk and play if weather permits. I’m off on Saturday & sundays 🏡 My Home & Safety I have a spacious home with a large, fully fenced yard, giving your pup plenty of room to play, explore, and enjoy time outside safely. My neighborhood is peaceful and dog-friendly, with many families, children, and dogs around, making it a great environment for walks and outdoor time. Your dog’s safety and comfort are very important to me. I want every pup staying with me to feel safe, relaxed, and loved — just like they’re at home. 🐶❤️ To keep my home and neighborhood safe and comfortable for everyone, I currently accept dogs who are: 💉 Up to date on vaccinations 🏠 House-trained 🐾 Spayed or neutered 🚨 Please let me know if your dog has any allergies, health concerns, or special needs I should know about. 🐶🤎
“She was awesome and extra attentive since I was sending my cats off to temporary foster and their stay with her. She kept me updated on their interactions and progress in a new environment. She also sent lots of pics and allowed me the opportunity to watch them through camera footage. She was great!”

“I felt very relieved leaving my dog Charlie to stay over night with Kelsey. She replied right away to my request even though it was late the night before. She kept me updated on how Charlie was doing and sent pictures of their walks and outings to the beach. I was nervous at first because this was my first time using Rover, but Kelsey was great with communication and helping Charlie who can get anxious at times. I would definitely book with her again whenever I am in the area.”

“Lana did a great job looking after my dogs for the long weekend! She sent photos and kept me up to date with how they were doing. One of my dogs needs medication twice a dog which was administered. There is a lot of space on her property for playing and my dogs had lots of fun!”

“It was very hard to leave our Hope for so long, but we knew she was in excellent hands. We are very pleased with the care and daily updates via pictures. We will definitely leave Hope with Sarah and Brendon when the need presents itself in the future.”

“Hayley was so easy to work with and took great care of our dog! She provided plenty of updates and pictures throughout the stay! Our dog and hers got along perfectly. We will absolutely be using Hayley's services again in the future!”

“My husband and so were so pleased with all Austin did for our Little Lewey. He is our first dog. Lewey is a puppy and almost 5 months old and we went out of town for three days. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous. Lewey liked Austin the second he saw him for the Meet and Greet. Lewey had an amazing time with Austin’s two beautiful dogs. Austin sent us videos and pictures that kept us updated, and it was so appreciated as it helped to calm me and know Lewey was in good hands. He was so happy and active and able to play and run around in a gated backyard that was full of toys! We will continue to contact Austin in the future for daycare and boarding. I would highly recommend his services. I could tell immediately that he is an animal enthusiast. It was as if Lewey lit up the moment he saw him. Thank you, Austin, for all you did for Lewey. We truly appreciate your time and more.”

“We sent out dog Sadie to Pam and Marshall for a combination of daycare and overnight stays over a period of 2.5 weeks. She had the best time and was so excited to see them each time we brought her and came back a happy camper when we picked her up. We loved the picture and video updates too! Highly recommended, we will send Sadie back to Pam and Marshall in a heartbeat next”

“When my girls are with Katie I know they are safe, happy, and healthy! They play and cuddle like true champions. I’m so pleased with Katie. Couldn’t be more thankful!”

“Phyllis far exceeded my expectations! This was the first time we used the Rover.com app and we were hesitant about the whole thing. As soon as we dropped our dog off with Phyllis, we knew he was in great hands! She put our mind at ease by sending pics and videos of our dog while we were on our trip. We highly recommend Phyllis and would absolutely use her again.”
“This was our first opportunity for to board our boy Henry with Flora and wow! - it was a 5 star experience! For example, Flora paid close attention as we reviewed the written notes re feeding and meds - and she asked questions and added her own notes to the instructions - that was a first! Numerous walks, video of playtime, flexibility with arrangements, forming a relationship with Henry - she is wonderful. We look forward to boarding with Flora in the future and have confidence it will be another great experience.”

“Thank you Brittany for caring for our girl while we were on vacation. She was so relaxed and calm when we returned gave us piece of mind to see the picture of her relaxing with your family. "The Fleshman Family "”

Dana was great. She did everything we asked and communicated well. She walked our dog 3 times a day and sent plenty of pictures to let us know how she was doing throughout her stay. We also had some medicine that we needed applied and she did that as well. We are going on another trip in a few weeks and we are planning on using her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
