My home is a safe, loving environment, and my friendly miniature poodle, Knox, enjoys making new dog friends. 🐾❤️ Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as a dog mom myself. I work during the day, but I’m able to come home and check on pups throughout the day. Evenings and weekends are when I have the most availability for walks, playtime, cuddles, and one-on-one attention. I have a backyard where they can safely run and play, and I can easily accommodate crate-trained dogs if needed. About: I have a sweet beagle that was rescued 7 years ago. I am fully responsible for his care, including feeding, walking, bathing, nail trimming, etc. I always check him for ticks after visiting a park and know how to safely remove them. I enjoy going for long walks, especially in summer, so would be glad to give your dog exercise. My kids have had goats, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, and ducks, which are all fun to play with, and I would be glad to care for your less-typical pets, if needed. I have even cared for lizards and snakes. I am a teacher, so have loads of time available in the summer. During the school year, I am available most weekends and after 4 on weekdays. I always keep dogs on leash when walking them...you never know when a squirrel or other dog will come by or how they will react.

About: I've had dogs off and on my entire life but it wasn't until we adopted our baby girl Coco that I really fell in love. We had 13.5 wonderful years with her, then after she passed we decided to foster dogs in her honor and have been doing this since Sept. 2020 with several local organizations. We have fostered 25 dogs and have sat 26 dogs to date, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral and medical special needs. Our pricing reflects the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is well cared for and part of our family during their stay with us. Or for in house sitting, we are mature, reliable and trustworthy and treat your home like our own. We look forward to hearing from you! My husband and I are retired so we are very flexible in our schedule and decided we want to do something meaningful and enjoyable in our retirement. We have a large 1.5 acre lot with a pond on property. It is very serene and peaceful here. Our yard is only partially fenced so we keep the dogs on leash when walking outside. We make frequent potty breaks and like to take dogs for walks in the woods behind our house. They dogs usually sleep on a bed on the floor in our bedroom but will be crated if we have to leave the house for their own safety.

He was a breeder surrender because he wasn’t “perfect,” meaning he was born without his right front paw. He gets around fine and loves other dogs and people. The second little guy is Boomer, a Yorkie mix who is 4 now. They are both dog and people friendly. I'm hoping to share my love for dogs with others who need help caring for theirs. I’m very allergic to cats so I can’t help with them. Small dogs only. I have experience giving medications and also giving insulin shots, because one of my dogs was diabetic. When a couple of years ago we lost our senior family dog, I started volunteering with a local rescue and have fostered 20+ puppies over the past few years. I have my dogs to attend to as well as yours:) I have a chain and fence for my dogs and my dogs are well trained they hardly even need any chain. I watch for any other dogs for possible interactions. I can walk yours I have a large neighborhood i with lots of space or yours as well

As an owner of a large, very active breed with a history of abuse, I know how important it is for your animal to feel loved and for their lives to be full of physical enrichment. When taking care of your pet, I'll treat them as if they were part of the family! I have a soft spot for doggos and I love cats, too. I'm comfortable with pets of all ages! I work full-time from 8:00 to 4:30 PM. I have availability before my shift and after 5:00 PM, and I’m usually available on the weekends! Your and your pet's comfort is my priority.
