Alicia took wonderful care of my dog, Link, during his boarding stay of a little over four days. She is gentle, attentive, and clearly very in tune with the dogs she boards. I really appreciated that she only takes a small number of dogs at a time so they each get plenty of attention. She sent updates at least twice a day with great photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Link and her dog Zara seemed to become fast friends, and I loved seeing the pictures of them hanging out together. Alicia also made sure to play fetch with him (his favorite!) and kept me updated on his eating, medication, and sleep. The best sign of all—when I picked him up, he didn’t even seem eager to leave, which told me he truly felt comfortable and happy there. I would absolutely recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a caring, reliable boarding sitter. I’m very grateful for the excellent care she gave Link.
We've used several sitters through Rover, and our dog typically struggles to adjust the first few days when staying somewhere new. Isabella was able to accommodate my pup on less than 48 hours notice. She was very responsive and worked with me to make sure I knew my pup was in the best hands. During the stay I received pictures and updates. She also was flexible on the pick up time although I didn’t need it. My dog almost didn’t want to leave when it was time for pick up so I would say he enjoyed it a lot!
