“Jamie is awesome. My Luna is high maintenance and an epileptic- she needs anti-seizure meds twice a day and normally shuts down when I am gone. She immediately took to Jamie as her new pack leader and followed her around during our meet and greet so I knew we were in good hands. Jamie even had her eating every meal while I was gone which is very unusual. We got a ton of pictures and communication was great throughout our vacation and while we missed Luna terribly she was in great hands. We have already rebooked with Jamie for our fall trip back to our home state of Michigan. Thank you Jamie for being such a great substitute mama and pack leader for Luna!❤️. “Rachel was amazing!!!!! You can tell she loves animals. My dog is very skeptical of anyone. However, Cooper ran right in as if he was home. We picked him up a couple of days later and I have to tell you that …he looked happy. We even forgot his food by accident and Rachel went and got some for him (i reimbursed of course….don't tell her I told you she did that because she did it only because cooper is her favorite!! Lol). She is a professional and I am looking forward to his next stay with Rachel!!!”
