“Jamie was beyond accommodating when our flight plans changed and we had to keep our sweet Laney with her an additional night than originally planned. She was very responsive and communicative and diligently sent us lots of wonderful photos of our pup playing fetch, walking, and playing with her dog. Her large backyard is perfect for dogs who need to run during the day. We hope to use her again in the future!”

“Kim S. Did such a fantastic job boarding our baby for 10 nights! I couldn’t be happier with her service! Our Mozzie was so well cared for and had so much fun with her other pups I was worried he wouldn’t want to come home 😉 Thank you Kim for loving our boy while we were gone. He can’t wait for us to go on another trip so he can stay with you!”

“Scarlett was absolutely amazing with our pups! Treated them so well! Updated us often with pictures, did great with the instructions given and adapted great on the fly when I forgot to tell her a few things beforehand. Will definitely bring my pups back again!”

“Nancy and her family were wonderful with my Kash. He is spoiled and they continued that treatment. Nancy is responsive and great with the pictures. I would recommend her 100%!”

“I can’t say enough about the excellent care my baby receives from Carrie. Gravy just loves to spend time with her and comes home so happy. I always feel at ease leaving her and know that she is in the best of hands ❤️.”

“My dogs have separation anxiety and they get really uncomfortable and sad when I’m gone. Rachel is the only person they will willingly go to overnight - Seriously! Including my friends and parents. My dogs are actually excited to see her and love going to her house. I am so grateful Rachel will keep them because I know they’re getting cuddles and love while I’m on vacation. She also has extensive experience, canine first aid/CPR certifications, dog training skills, and a giant backyard so it helps my stress level too. Thank you!! :)”

I typically am available whenever you need!! I have a very friendly and energetic Husky in my home who loves staying active. We go on walks around the neighborhood about every 2 hours for potty breaks, as well as mental and physical stimulation. “Brittany has been great with my pups. I felt super comf with them staying with her and her family. It helps a lot that she has her pup with her, who's super extroverted and helped get my younger dog out of his shell. I strongly recommend her! I'm just bummed that she's moving away from me 😞”

“I cannot recommend Brittany highly enough! She took such great care of my dog, Jack Daniels, while I was away. From the moment we met, I could tell she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. She kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which really put my mind at ease. Jack Daniels seemed so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of when I returned. It’s clear Brittany is responsible, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be booking her again in the future! Thank you!”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
