We've used several sitters through Rover, and our dog typically struggles to adjust the first few days when staying somewhere new. This was the first time he felt comfortable right away - he warmed up to Leslie immediately, which says so much about her care and approach. It was clear he was well taken care of, and we really appreciated the daily updates and photos. Our dog genuinely seemed happy and relaxed during his stay. We also had a last minute schedule change and needed to extend his stay, and Leslie was incredibly accommodating and understanding. We're so grateful to have found someone our dog connects with so well and would absolutely book with her again.
Leslie takes excellent care of our son. He runs to her every time we drop him off. Lol.
Great sitter!! My boy Langston always comes home happy and healthy. Keeps us updated with pictures and videos. Leslie always responds quickly...keeping her as our sitter!!
Leslie took amazing care of Grady while I was away for a few days. She sent lots of pictures of him walking, eating, playing, and sleeping to let me know he made himself comfortable there.

I stay home which allows me to watch pets throughout the day. I can ensure they are walked, safe from mischief, and have everything they need to be cozy and happy

I love animals and I’ll love and care for your pet like I would my own. That said, I aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel at ease. I can provide plenty of playtime and cuddles, and maintain a routine that includes feeding, exercise, and regular bathroom breaks. Since I work from home, I can supervise them throughout the day and make sure they’re not getting into anything they’re not supposed to If I am pet setting outside of my own home, I make sure to follow routines and preferences to maintain consistency. I value transparency so I make sure to maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and peace of mind until pet owners are reunited with their babies!
A typical day
If allowed, I enjoy doing some learning with their preferred treats to help them learn new tricks or reinforce good behavior. We go on fun walks and little runs to keep them active and stimulated, if they are up for it. Additionally, I like to create relaxing moments together by watching puppy TV or calm music so they can relax and settle in. I aim to keep pets entertained and make an environment where they have everything they need to feel relaxed and comfortable.
