Not only was pick up and drop off super simple, during Ranger's stay they frequently updated me about how he was doing and adjusting to being away. They have several dogs and also watch dogs, so Ranger had plenty of opportunities to play. All of the other dogs were freindly and Ranger appeared to have a great time.
