Tootie appeared comfortable and right at home. These are the things I look for when my baby boy stays with a family. Cathleen sent many pictures and kept me updated throughout the day and evening. I loved that! Cathleen is an asset to Rover!
First time Rover user and it was a great experience. Heather was so accomodating and lovely to work with. My pup made herself "right at home" and Heather sent pupdates and pics throughout the week. My 6 year old dog seemed at ease and didn't go through the decompression period usually required after being boarded at the kennel. I'll definitely book with Heather again!
Great experience! They were accommodating for our drop off and pick up, and sent pictures and videos so we could see what our pup was up to while we were away. I'm certain our doggo had so much fun with them (and their pups) we were only missed about 5 minutes in the 8 days we were gone. Highly recommend and will certainly book again.
